This is located inside the registration area, on the side. Live singer is playing jazz music and they very different types of drinks on the menu. Great experience for girls to hang out, or come after spending the day at the spa

Brian and Cat were amazing! The ambience was great, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was very crowded, but the servers were still very attentive

Great cocktails, service and log cabin vibe. Bartenders always make it welcomed experience.

This place has a wonderful intimate energy, perfect for sharing tapas and settling into a relaxed unhurried evening. The ambiance is warm and inviting, service was attentive and the food is genuinely adventurous in the best way- each small plate a little surprise for the palate. And yes order the crispy chicken. The seasonal menu has me excited to go back and see what they'll do next. Good wine, on site chill background dj, a true encinitas experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something a little different. This one is special.

Here is my honest review. First of all the place is adorable. The decorations and the ambience is…read moregreat. The staff is friendly however they are extremely unprofessional during our entire meal. They were talking amongst each other so much that it was disturbing our conversations at our own dinner table. It also distracted the server from attending to us. There was a 45 minute wait between two tiny meals. We both left hungry. The short ribs were good, but the portion size is so small that it wasn't even enough serving for one person let alone too. The chicken was OK way over fried. Also, I think it's very cheesy to not have filtered water and expect your patrons to order a huge bottle of sparkling or Stillwater water to up the charge of the bill instead of just filtering water and offering that as an option. We really wanted to like this place and wanted to make it a regular spot for us but unfortunately to charge that much and the portions being so small, small and tiny. We both left feeling disappointed and hungry. Also, really taking a back about how Social the staff was amongst each other and that was more important than people eating there. If these things are changed, we will give it another chance. The salad was rather bitter, but on the menu, it didn't describe the breadcrumbs which I would've preferred not to have eaten. We asked a couple of questions to the server and they didn't even know what was on the food and had to ask the Sheff, which is unusual since the menu is so small, not a lot to memorize.

He was incredibly kind and personally made sure we were taken care of throughout the night. We especially appreciated that he kept us informed on how we were doing against our minimum spend and made sure we were well served the entire evening. That level of attentiveness made the night feel easy and well managed from our side. The music and overall energy were great, and the club was packed well beyond the 50 plus guests we brought into the reserved section. It felt lively, celebratory, and like exactly the kind of place you want for a wedding after party. The staff was welcoming, service was strong, and the atmosphere carried the night forward in a really fun way. We would absolutely recommend Copa for anyone looking for an upbeat Palm Springs after party venue.

I had found COPA through an online search for large groups, and to be fair, that's exactly what it is. We got the free tickets so had to arrive by 10, and it seemed like from 9-10 they had a bachelorette party focused hour where hired male dancers went around and danced with the bride to bes. We saw this from outside, and were already a little wary. Inside, the space is pretty small and the transition to multiple bridal party groups sitting down to a makeshift dance floor was pretty awkward - there were rows of seats lining the dance floor area. Once the DJ got underway and the dance floor formed, it was pretty fun! They played old school hits for the most part that we remembered from high school and college. It felt very comfortable as we were surrounded by a sea of other bach parties. It seemed like a bit of a pay-to-play situation - certain brides would get taken up on stage to dance, and it seemed like the ones who had paid for the VIP experience beforehand. We ended up heading out around midnight to see if we could find something with a bit more local ambiance and less bach parties, but appreciated the music and comfortable ambiance.
