Great location, a decent size restaurant with outdoor seating as well. Our first time we sat outside, it was a lovely sunny day so we did have the sun beating on us after a little while. Food was delicious, we went 2 separate occasions so we tried a variety, my only critique is that both times we did order one meal the same and it was different the second time- still good though. I shared a mimosa flight with my husband- they were pretty strong but still had good flavor. Water is not automatically given, so if you would like a glass all you need to do is ask. Fantastic brunch spot! Our food was absolutely delicious. The cinnamon roll was super tasty, the eggs Benedict was delicious, both girls destroyed the French toast and pancakes, and my Denver omelette was amazing. The hash browns were very well done and we truly enjoyed them. They have quite a few seating options, including a diner seating and a nice patio. The service was kind and very friendly. This place is amazing!!! Open and bright space with outdoor seating. I love huevos rancheros and this was incredible. Loved the blue corn tortilla. So hearty and all the sauces sang in harmony together. My husband got the breakfast burrito and it is HUGE! As soon as he cut into it, I was ready with my fork to steal a bite (luckily he did share). I brought my 81 year old bestie for brunch today. She enjoys the upbeat atmosphere. The Jagger is mentioned as an enormous amount of food, in another review on the kids menu. My friend ordered this with orange juice and I was shocked how the waitress chastised her!! My friend explained she was elderly and that is all she could eat. To top it off, she attacked my friend again by missing the orange juice and when requested again, she brought in a child's decorated sippy cup, and humiliated her by saying "that is what you get" with that kids meal. This is a solid brunch spot, honestly nothing to write home about but everything tasted good. We shared the eggs benedict and pancake trio. The flavors were good on the pancakes but I wish they had been fluffier, and the eggs benedict was good but super basic, nothing really outstanding about it. Service was a bit all over the place, at one point we seemed to have 3 servers and they brought our drink order twice. Not a huge deal, just seemed a bit discombobulated. The atmosphere is nice, the patio is the perfect spot for a weekend brunch on a summer day. I've been here a couple times and both times the service was great. The first time, I got the egg sandwich (Colfax'wich) that was filling. This time, I got the mini hot cake trio, a side of 2 eggs, and side of hashbrowns to split. It was more than enough for 2 since we had the sides. Their hash browns are the shredded kind. The mini hot cakes - one was a caramel apple with granola which was my favorite one. There was a blueberry one with candied pecans which was also good. The 3rd was a chocolate salted caramel. That was a good dessert style pancake. They were mostly sweet so I didn't even use my syrup. Lots of toppings. This is a really fun place with good food! read more

Where do I start? My husband and I were looking for a decent brunch spot since we like trying new places. When we first got there, there was a whole line of people still waiting to be seated, and no one was helping any of us. Mind you, I waited 15-20 minutes to be noticed and finally was able to sit down. One of the problems I had was my server. Extremely rude and rushed everything and had a terrible attitude. I like to ask servers what they recommend when coming to a new spot and typically go with that, but he was just spitting out of his ass random things with no eye contact and flying his hands around like he didn't give two flying fucks. after asking, he responded with "the omelette," and didn't even care to look at where I was pointing on the menu, which, funny enough, was NOT the omelette section. Matter of fact, I asked "what hot cakes do you recommend?" So, is this selective hearing? On another note, I asked for an iced latte, and he gave me a hot latte, then rolled his eyes when I asked him politely to get mine switched out for an iced one (like I asked for in the beginning). The music in the restaurant was way too loud, making everyone have to speak loudly to have conversations, thus making it louder. Our waitress couldn't even hear us and messed up a couple of our orders. We had a reservation and ordered immediately when we sat (knew what we wanted before getting there) and the espresso martini took 20 minutes to get to the table. We asked the waitress how "big" the "big cinnamon roll" was and if it could feed all 4 of us and she said yes. It was not "big" and of course we could share it only as quartered. The roll itself was pretty dry and tasted stale. Majority of our food was pretty spicy, without it being clear on the menu. If you can't handle spice very well, I would recommend asking for the sauce on the side. Also the pancakes were probably the biggest things I've ever scene! Nearly the size of a pizza! Delicious pancakes and hash browns! The service was good, but they nickeled and dimed us for everything. I went with my fiancé and we ordered the cinnamon roll skillet meant for two people (literally said meant to share), a side of eggs with cheese, a side of hash browns, the trio pancakes, a vanilla latte, a drip coffee, and a large juice. This was PLENTY of food for two people, but they added a split fee at the end (and did not tell us that there was a split fee when we ordered). It wasn't a large fee (maybe $2), but it was the fact that we didn't purchase one meal and split it. We ordered a lot and shared. They also charged us for adding cheese in the eggs, vanilla in the latte, and the large juice was an upcharge but it was in the same size cup as my normal latte. Decided to come here after flying into Denver early on a random Tuesday. Our server was extremely attentive from the start and gave us some amazing recommendations. We saw the giant cinnamon roll and had to try it. It was good but nothing special and tasted exactly how you would expect. For the main course I ordered the denver omelet and my boyfriend ordered the Tijuana Benedict. I will say it is hard to have an omelet that is above average but this one was! The caramelized onions brought out the flavor of everything. Although it was tasty i was so jealous of what my boyfriend ordered. The Tijuana Benedict was next level. There were so many levels of flavor with a little bit of spicy it all complemented each other very well. Overall the food and service here were excellent. The only thing that kept me from giving this place 5 stars is the price. We paid $75 for all of this which in my opinion is a lot. Another awesome breakfast during our trip to Denver was at HashTAG. The menu was large and had something for every member of our family. I thoroughly enjoyed the French 'wich with bacon,  ham, and jack cheddar cheese between French toast served topped with powdered sugar with bacon syrup and hashbrowns on the side ($15). Pretty much a Monte Cristo but the bread they used for the French toast is very good, thick and chewy. My wife loves green chili so it was obvious that she would order the pork green chili omelet with adobo pork shoulder, Anaheim green chilis, mushrooms, caramelized onions, green chili, and jack cheddar cheese served with hashbrowns ($16.50). Wow, what a plate of food she had and I'm told it was all very good. Our son went big with his large hot cake topped with powdered sugar, butter, and chocolate chips ($8.75).
