OMG! These sandwiches are the absolute BEST I've ever had. I had the BLT on Sourdough with onion rings and my husband had the Meatball sub. The bacon on the BLT was crispy and perfectly cooked. I love that the lettuce was a spring mix instead of the traditional iceberg lettuce. Everything blended together perfectly. The beer battered onion rings were to die for. I've never had onion rings with a coating so light and crispy. It reminded me of a lighter tempura coating. My husband said his meatball sub was the best he's ever had. I was talking to the owner and he said they sell out of their meatball and sausage & peppers subs everyday by 3pm. If you're anywhere close to this place you must stop!! You won't be disappointed.

Fun lunch spot/ have a couple sandwiches on the menu and then make your own subs. Some different breads and meat. Patio! And liquor license. Great for the neighborhood- definitely need a lunch spot and this is it!

All the sandwiches I've had have been great but I say with zero exaggeration that they have the best onion rings I've ever had in my life. I usually get the meatball sub but the italian is good too. Everyone is really nice and this is a huge improvement on the Greek place that used to be here. Love coming here for lunch after spending a morning at roostercat. Don't skip the onion rings!!

They did it again! Incredible sandwich yesterday. Everything is so fresh the sandwich was huge love the staff. Everyone's just so friendly.

Had another amazing sandwich yesterday! This thing is huge! Everything is so fresh! This is the only place I'll get a sandwich from!

The food was absolutely delicious with big portions :) service made me feel at home! And the ambience was homey and comforting and clean. I liked this place so much I changed my mind from taking it to go, to eating in! Highly recommend. Amazing eats and vibes.

Amazing new sandwich spot! The breakfast menu has plenty of options to choose from, everything is made to order (and delicious), and they offer each breakfast sandwich toasted, with butter. Staff is so friendly and helpful too. It's a classic vibe inside with plenty of seating, including an outdoor patio and a bar. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Checked out this new deli shop and it did not disappoint. The sandwiches were hands-down some of the best I've had--fresh, flavorful, and generously made. The customer service really stood out too: friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. If you're looking for a new go-to sandwich spot, this is it!!! The ambiance was warm, clean, and inviting, making it an easy place to want to hang out and enjoy your meal!

Sandwiches are on point--generously filled and definitely not skimpy--and the staff is friendly and welcoming. 10/10, highly recommend!

So their sign, "Hungry? Good food" with an arrow pointing toward the front door drew me in. It looks very new and felt like a family affair. I was in the mood for a good sandwich and asked the guy behind the counter what he recommends. Without hesitation he said the meatball parm. What am I going to do... not listen to such a firm recommendation??? I sat at the small bar with a tv while I waited. And waited. The wait was a bit on the long side - I'm assuming they are still working out some kinks. Order up! When I finally sunk my teeth into the 8" roll w meatballs, chicken Parmesan, and marinara I'm sorry to say that I wasn't blown away. I'm not a salt guy but I felt it needed something to give it a bit more flavor. The bread was good and the portion was generous for the price. I ate half and took the other half home. The staff was all really nice and checked in on me which I appreciate. I want to give another try for sure. 5 stars for service and 3 for food.

I saw a full page article in the Denver Post on Thursday. This is a new east coast style all-day breakfast place on Lincoln Ave. They open at 6am. Breakfast sandwiches are only $10 with egg, cheese and choice of meat on 5 different breads and 4 styles of egg preparation. Or just $8 without meat. They have sides like bagel & cream cheese, oatmeal or hash browns for low prices. Lunch starts at 10am. They have hoagie style subs, sandwiches, chicken tenders & a chicken melt plus deli salads and desserts. A good selection of bottled beers, Truly waters, Cutwater canned cocktails plus Suncruiser & High Noon seltzers. I got the Rueben on marble rye, tater tots and a Coors Banquet. The Rueben was well filled but not overstuffed. The tater tots were hot & crunchy. It's been a long time since I had a Coors Banquet. Perfect compliment. They accept cards and cash. Plenty of street parking and pay lots nearby.

This place rocks. The staff is super friendly, the portions are insane, and most importantly, the food is delicious.

You order at the counter, grab a number, and then find a table. Seating was filling up quickly, but we managed to snag one. I went with the Focaccia & Mozzarella, and wow. The house-made focaccia might be some of the best I've ever had, soft, fresh, and with that perfect bounce you want from focaccia. It's filled with fresh mozzarella and spinach pesto, and I added chicken for extra protein. The sandwich is huge, easily big enough to split with someone. The sandwich itself is on the pricier side ($17 + $6 for chicken), but the quality is there. You can also add prosciutto for less, which I'd definitely consider next time. The house pickles on the side were gas. We also grabbed a half loaf of sourdough for around $6, which I thought was a great option. My fiancée and I sometimes struggle to finish a full loaf, so being able to buy half was perfect. I had some toasted with breakfast the next morning, and the sourdough was excellent too. They also have a great-looking pastry selection, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to work my way through the other sandwiches, both grilled and cold. If you love sandwiches, Leven Deli is worth the stop.

I ordered a pesto mozzarella focaccia sandwich and added chicken, coconut ube latte and the tahini brownie. Initially I thought it was expensive but then I saw the portions! Lasted me two whole meals and was stuffed both times. Everything was DELISH and so fresh and the bread is made in house!! The coconut latte was also a surprise because usually restaurant coffees are meh, but it was VERY good. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ONE THING FROM THIS REVIEW LET IT BE THIS: GET THE TAHINI BROWNIE. I've never had anything like it- crunchy, soft, moist, DELICIOUS. And so worth every penny. Will absolutely be back this place is so cute and great for a casual breakfast or lunch

Lou's was a cute & cozy deli that made us the most amazing Italian style sandwiches. They also had home made pastas, speciality grocery items & catering. There was limited indoor seating with one table for six, some counter seating & an outdoor patio. We parked on the street. We ordered the Chicken Parm & the Fried Prosciutto BLT Sandwiches online & ate there. Our order was ready right on time & the staff were friendly & fast. The Chicken Parm was delicious - a nicely seasoned chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella & a very flavorful marinara sauce. My favorite was the Fried Prosciutto BLT, it was fantastic. The prosciutto was crispy & was instead of bacon. In addition, there was shredded lettuce, tomato & a great tasting garlic aioli on a toasted Ciabatta Roll. While the former Ambli space has been brightened and renovated to look very much like an east shore market, the seating is less than comfortable. I guess the combo of poor food, bad service and uncomfortable seating is great for turning tables? I will put aside the TERRIBLE service and focus purely on the food. We ate at Zaidy's for breakfast. Many of the breakfast sandwiches are based on their in-house-made bagels. This is a failure! The bagels taste stale for "freshly made" and I find it very odd for a Jewish-themed joint to toss bacon into the sandwich (I personally love bacon, BTW). So setting aside the shanda (shame) bacon...with the cheese, there is an utter lack of seasoning. The breakfast sandwich came with home fried potatoes which were cooked nice and crisp but lacking any seasoning whatsoever. The latke grilled cheese looks appealing but is basically a greasy sponge filled with limp tomato and undercoooked cheese. And finally, the blintzes are an embarrassment to any self-respecting Jew. Zaddy's version are these small pockets that are under fried and more the size of a hamantaschen than a true blinze. I see no reason to rush back. Another few blocks down the street is Sam's 3, where a far better breakfast could be realized and Rosenberg's bagel on Monoco for better bread (albeit that Rosenberg's doesn't serve sandwiches)
