Generous with the dressing, and possibly too liberal for my liking. I needed 5 or 6 napkins while eating it, haha. Balanced sandwich, good zip and tang to counter the salty meat. FARM FRESH CHICKEN CLUB ($15) // Grilled chicken breast on a fresh baked bun stacked w/ bacon, arugula, pickled red onions, fresh guacamole, cheddar cheese, ranch & everything bagel seasoning. WOAH. The only thing missing was the kitchen sink. Although a ton of ingredients, they all worked well together, and you could easily taste each one individually. My favorite salad in town: the Everything Wedge Salad (and add the braised chicken!). My god these people know what they are doing. The braised chicken is outrageously tender and delicious. They top the salad with everything bagel seasoning, which is now my exclusive go to topping at home too. Over my many visits I've also demolished their nachos (another favorite) a few of their sandwiches, some tacos and the chicken wings (all different occasions, even I can't eat that much in one sitting). I don't think you can order wrong here. Food comes out fast, and the team in the kitchen are super friendly. The brewery also seemed to employee the servers so that was nice to have help for both at the same time. I was really looking forward to the wedge salad but it was tasteless and boring. I asked for additional blue cheese and bbq sauce and made some more dressing and that made it edible. The pork nachos were the family favorite. And gigantic! I am really hoping it was just this one sandwich and not all of them because the nachos look absolutely amazing but I was really disappointed I spent $23. $23 for any sandwich is just genuinely insane. I ordered the THICC Turkey Bacon Avo with smoked gouda. I'm not sure if there were just too many flavors but the sandwich genuinely smelt like a farm (probably the Colorado sprouts) and tasted sort of sour instead of like, flavorful. I am super stoked on local goods and farm fresh but I dont know that I want my food to SMELL like it came straight from the farm and taste almost sour. I have a hard time believing just the sprouts could ruin the whole sammy but the bread was also very very crunchy and the only thing I could discern outside of sprouts was gouda. IDK. The Italian wasn't my favorite sandwich in the world but I can say it was quality, from the inside to the bread. I like the bread. It's not the everyday roll in a good way. Where do I begin? The service is exceptional!! You are greeted by a smiling gentleman who is happy to take your order whether it's from the walk up window or delivering it to you inside the Platt Park brewery. The guy behind the bar, with long hair, is sweet, moves quickly and is helpful with ordering beers or their cozy fall cocktails. Don't let this one man show fool you! He's on it! The atmosphere is Colorado meets industrial, organic, and communal with long tables, board and card games for everyone to enjoy each other's company. The music is on par, of course we all have our own music tastes, but it's the perfect music for this space. I've saved the best for last.... The sandwiches! I have a weakness for sandwiches, which yes, that also means I am pretty particular when it comes to quality of sandwiches. The bread has to be artisanal they have ciabatta, ( a favorite of mine), but it's different from your thicker ciabatta. It looks unsuspecting at first, I'll be real, but actually it was refreshing because it wasn't so heavy on the carbs but still maintained it's purpose of a legit vessel. I got the Italian job... sploosh! Pepperoni, but legit pepperoni, Genoa salami, ham, Italian prosciutto, I substituted the lettuce shredded for arugula, Italian vinaigrette and vine ripe tomatoes with a sunflower seed basil pesto with fresh mozzarella. I also added giardiniera. it's heavenly! My partner in crime got the special- tuna sandwich.... You're probably thinking tuna salad, yup, so did we, but NOPE! Their morning weekend deals are the best: $6 breakfast burrito or $10 for a huge breakfast burrito and a beer bomber? Can't beat that. The sandwiches are amazing. The bread that they are using for the sandwiches you can tell is freshly baked and it is not one of those mass-produced options. I really like their Italian. It's perfectly layered and has a twist to it: they use fresh mozzarella and a homemade sunflower seeds pesto which I think it's quite delicious.
