My boyfriend & I go to this particular diner all the time. We come here because the food consistently tastes amazing and the service is fantastic. I'm pretty particular about my food and I always like it prepared a certain way (I know, I'm one of those!) The employees are always very accommodating & never make me feel bad about the way I order, regardless of how tedious my requests are. The workers are personable, speedy, and remember their regulars! When Chad & I first started coming here, we would get the carne asada breakfast or tacos. You definitely can't go wrong with carne asada. The meat has been consistently juicy, not to mention the awesome huge portions! Our girl always hooks it up with a bowl of fresh pico de gallo. This is our favorite, and because they know us now, our meals always come with a side of it. Now that's good customer service. We've also tried the omelettes & fish tacos. Those are pretty bomb too! We're never disappointed when we come to this Harry's Cafe. Although we like venturing out & trying different foods, it's always nice to go somewhere home-y & know that we'll be treated well and be able to pig out on some delicious comida for a reasonably good price. read more

Harry's Cafe definitely never fails me. They have been around for as long as I can remember and are still good to this day. The customer service is always pleasant. Never have I had a bad experience at this location. I come here with my family often and we always have a good time with lots of laughs. Their food is delicious and is nice and fresh. Recently because of Covid my family and I haven't been out that much but we found out they started delivering so we immediately tried it out. The food was nice and hot when it got to my home and ready for us to eat. They had not messed up out order and had given us everything we had asked for. My boyfriend introduced me to this place and I was surprised at the huge amount of food for the small amount of money. Unfortunately, the past two times my boyfriend and I have gone has been a disappointment. The first time was due to a young waitress that was going back and forth attending her boyfriend instead of getting our oder right, "isolated incident" I thought. Tonight the food was a disaster. My boyfriend order the rib dinner for him and the grilled chicken dinner for me, both dinners came with baked potatoes, green salads and vegetable soup. The ribs were 95% fat and the rest meat, my boyfriend refused to eat them because he was afraid of getting a heart attack. Both soups and baked potatoes smelled and tasted old. I do not know if it is worth paying that awesome amount for some great hopes of food since hopes of food do not fill bellies. read more

Once again I ordered Harry's specialty breakfast burrito the pancake special and side order of onion rings. I ordered it over the phone the lady on the phone told me that it was going to take a little bit cuz they're very busy. I believer her so I came by in about 30 minutes and she wasn't lying it was packed I'd say Controlled Chaos would be the correct answer the Two Sisters behind the counter busting their hump the two Cooks we're doing a orchestrated ballet cooking food everybody in there was doing their part. This is another great local place to have have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I usually go to the second location near Katella and Dale, which has a drive thru, but i found myself at this location since I was already heading to Home depot right next door. The person at the counter was friendly and inviting and i went with my favorite, the avacado burger combo. The burger was cooked well, well dressed wrapped tightly for the epic journey home. The burger was up to par, although i think the fries could have been cooked a minute longer, but they were still good. I think Harry knows how make a good burger, and great breakfast items. Since both locations have the same menu and they're pretty close together you can go to the one of your choice in case either location is really busy. read more

Upon entering this place you will get overwhelm with the variety of food they serve here, they serve everything from your traditional American breakfast [served all day btw] to special dishes like kabobs to Mexican food, so this place has something for everyone. So far we had tried there: broasted chicken dinner, beef kabob dinner, chicken noodle soup, beef veggie soup, pastrami sandwich, fries, sweet potatoes fries, fried zucchini, steak and eggs special, and Harry's Cafe burger special. Note this isn't all in one sitting, we've been here a few times already and so far we haven't had anything we didn't like. Their food isnt that spectacular that it makes you want to come running back. Its worth it for their bfest or burgers. Mexican food is really hit or miss and id avoid it. You place your order at the counter, but then a server brings your food (this always confuses me. Do you tip, or no? We did.) Great selection of American and Mexican favorites. But I think the winner was the carne asada plate, which included eggs and wonderfully crispy hash browns in addition to nuggets of spicy beef. Served with hot sauce, it was the perfect breakfast-lunch bridge. Solidly diner atmosphere: casual and a little rushed. Friendly, attentive servers offer to refill your coffee every five minutes. I wish the food came on dishes instead of Styrofoam, but I guess it's easier for them this way. Bonus: get a horchata to go. Order food here last night was very disappointed for the steak I order medium came out very burn super well done. They give you super thin steak for dinner. The soup taste nothing like water and milk, the fries and onion ring are hard to chew and I can tasted is been long time outside & they using old oil. Tasty Pastrami Cheese Burger with french fries and a Super Cold Pepsi. The fried Zucchini were really tasty with the creamy thick ranch dressing. The yellow peppers and fresh HOT tomato salsa added some great flavor to the burger. The green tomatillos salsa was flavorful and did not have to much garlic. Man...this place is bad. The ham was so dry that my son end up eating only 3 small pieces and he didn't want to eat any more. This come from a kid that love eating ham. I try a piece myself and it was dry and hard. On top of that, my rib eye steak was chewing as heck. Bubble gum may have been easier to chew on. The two stars is for the cleanliness of the place.
