Horrible service. I called in to place my order and was told it would take about 20 mins for the food to be ready. I arrived 20 mins later, paid for my food and was told to wait near the pickup side and they would call me when it was ready. So 45 mins later I'm still standing there waiting for my 3 breakfast burritos. I asked the old blonde lady when my burritos would be ready and she tells me she will check but does nothing. I got my burritos 1.5 hrs after placing my order and the old blonde lady was giving me attitude because I asked for pico de gallo. I understand it was a Sunday and it gets busy but 1.5 hrs for 3 breakfast burritos? You've got to be kidding me..oh and the old blonde lady said she was the manager...never coming here again! went here after reading a couple Yelp reviews. Tried the club sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were so good! large portion served with the sandwich. Tried fried zucchini, nice and firm and freshly made. Hubby had rib eye steak and eggs for $6 and said it was decent. It looked like a great steak for only $6. I love this place! Why? Affordable prices and big portions. It's a fairly new location, so the interior is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all day which is a blessing when I'm craving bacon and eggs at night but don't want to make the trip to norm's or denny's. read more

This place is your traditional American diner. It's a great place if you're not into large busy restaurants like Norm's. It's rather quiet and peaceful and you'll see elder people come in too, so you know it's a pretty nice place. Their breakfast burrito is ginormous and literally full of a breakfast plate. I used to like going here, but today I'm done and will not return. I ordered the pancake special and Harry's omelette to go. I asked for extra syrup and the waitress acted like I asked for her first born. She stated very rudely that she gave me 3 when they usually only give 2 packs. I explained that some people use syrup for things other than pancakes and I would be more than happy to pay for any extra. She was really rude so I will not be returning there anymore. The food is below okay or great. It's not even standard! The breading of onion ring is too hard to chew or swallow. fries is too soggy. Steak I ordered medium but came out well done and chewy. We are frequent customers of Harry's Cafe and we usually come in the evenings. The man who works the front register has been a disappointment in recent times. We went last night and he started to wipe his nose with his fingers as he was also preparing our drinks. His attitude is not the best and we have decided we really do not want to return. After running a few errands my hunny and I decided to grab a bite here. First impression I had was that this restaurant is clean and a good amount of people eating here. Customer service was spot on and everyone was nice and friendly. I noticed there was just one cook and no one assisting him which was a concern to me. He looked pretty overwhelmed. I ordered a grilled chicken burger w/onion rings and my hunny ordered a steak burrito. My burger was flavorless and bread was soggy. The onion rings were over cooked. My hunnies burrito was ok. The steak in his burrito was charred and dry. I think maybe the food came out tasting bland and over cooked due to just one cook in the kitchen. It's quality over quantity and those who think it is the other way around should reconsider their strategy. This is not a restaurant I will return to. I mean tough chewy gristle. Onion rings were medium warm. Not fresh out of the frier by any means. Girlfriend got chef salad looked like a dinner salad with little bit ham cheese cucumber tomatoe and hard boiled egg. But she told me used to eat chef salad and take half home. Things have changed. So she ordered Italian dressing and blue cheese. Nerve of the girl to charge. 50 cents for half and half dressings for a salad. Very disappointed. But have to tell you they had some great breakfast special offers cheap. But knowing how crappy the pastrami was would be afraid of their steaks and other meats. My boyfriend and I came which wasn't the first time we've came a few other times. But after yesterday I don't think we will. We had the bacon cheeseburgers and as soon as we had a like 2 or 3 bites we notice the meat wasn't cooked right or something wasn't good we couldn't even finish it we left most of it. At night we weren't feeling good and still today we don't and made us sick. Not sure what it was but that's all we ate yesterday and I know for a fact it was that.
