Located inside Rodeo 39, and for some reason I thought dogs were allowed inside... apparently not, so that was my bad lol. What initially caught my attention was the super cute bear logo, and honestly, I'm always down for Thai food, especially when I show up absolutely starving and ready to inhale everything. We got the fried rice with steak, which I think was an extra $8, which felt a little steep for the add-on, but the portion was solid. We also got the pad see ew with max spice, and the server did the whole "are you sure?" warning, which immediately made me nervous because I was expecting my life to flash before my eyes. But honestly? It was more like Buldak noodle spicy. Definitely a good kick, enough to make you feel it, but not the unbearable, regret-your-life kind of spicy I had mentally prepared for. The shrimp in the pad see ew were surprisingly super tender. The thai tea was mid hahahahh the bear got me again.

One of the best chicken pad thai!! Noodle texture was chewy but soft. Portion size was big. Price was reasonable. Overall experience was great.

We tried the garlic chicken roll and it was Bomb! The sauce is something I have never tasted and wow, was it the topping to this experience! Food is cooked to order and it is well worth the wait for fresh food. I highly recommend to give it a try. The rolls was a great choice along with the Thai tea to finish it off.

The flavor and portion size were just right. I switched to garlic rice, and that was good, too. I thought I'd try some of the other items next time.

Krapow is a Thai restaurant located within Rodeo 39 in Stanton. I came here on a Monday for lunch and ordered their Krapow Bowl with chicken and a fried egg. The service was quick and friendly. Since I was here on a weekday during the lunch, Rodeo 39 wasn't that crowded. The place is kept really clean. The Krapow bowl was delicious! The egg was fired perfectly and the flavors were so good. I would definitely be coming back for more.

Darlene, my friend, ordered the Tom Yum pasta and ordered it plant based with tofu, mushrooms, noodles, with a nice lemon grass, garlic, with a light spice level. I tried to take a photo of her dish, but she devoured it quickly. Haha. It smelled amazingly. I bought it, but I wasn't personally starving yet. I will definitely return to order a chicken dish for myself. The cashier is friendly and loves her job.

This place is inside Rodeo 39 and it's amazing! I love Thai food and this place actually nails it on flavors and simplicity. The basil especially comes out in the bowl and the yellow curry with chicken had very high quality pieces of chicken. The service was great as I talked over what best to order and it didn't disappoint. Love coming to Rodeo 39 and try all the options here!

Might be one of my favorite Thai spots at the moment!! I got their Pad See Ew with steak and it was so flavorful and delicious. I was honestly super surprised by how good it tasted and expected it to be just like any other Thai food spot. Their steak was so juicy and since we got it in medium spice, there was a nice kick! I also got the frozen Thai tea drink which helped with the spiciness. I definitely need to come back to try their other items!

Located inside Rodeo 39. The sweetest people ever! The food was delicious and plated well. I wasn't bloated after which was a good sign. The food wasn't oily and portioned well. I do feel like it was a bit over priced but I'm not complaining it was still delicious.

I lovee authentic asian food and I must say this place has authentic Thai food! Not only that, the service was amazing! The lady at the counter today went above and beyond for my needs and the decor is so cute! I had Thai basil fried rice n mango sticky fried rice. It was 10/10 a must try!!!

Solid Thai spot inside Rodeo 39! We were surprised to see them take over the old Kra Z Laotian spot last year. We have been meaning to give Kra-Pow a try and finally got to a few days ago! What we ordered: 1. Papaya Salad - good flavor and medium spice is pretty spicy! 2. Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl - love the grilled chicken with the sauces. Very savory. 3. Tom Yum Pasta - surprisingly delicious! Definitely a wild card, but has all of the Tom Yum flavors paired with bouncy pasta noodles. 4. Ground Beef Kra-Pow Bowl - simple but so good! The ground beef had a nice char and isn't overly greasy. It pairs perfectly with the rice. 5. Pad See Ew - a classic. You can't go wrong with this. Such delicious smoky flavor to the chicken and the flat noodles are nice and saucy. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions of food. The prices were very reasonable too. The food does take about 20 minutes to be prepared, but worth the wait! The food here is delicious and we can't wait to come back for more.

Located inside of Rodeo 39, Kra-Pow serves Thai food, including rice dishes, noodles, soups, and grill items. We got the Tom Yum Pasta and the Pad Kee Mao. The Tom Yum Pasta has linguini pasta tossed in tom yum sauce, mushroom, onion, heirloom tomato, and topped with cilantro. The Pad Kee Mao has flat rice noodles with stir-fried egg, peppers, and Thai basil. Both had good flavor, but geesh these were SPICY! I'll be honest, my spice tolerance isn't the best, but I definitely feel like these were way spicier than something labeled mild should be. We really wanted to try their Tempura Cauliflower appetizer because the Thai chimichurri dipping sauce sounded interesting, but unfortunately it wasn't available.

They definitely understand the meaning of spice here, which is amazing. I'm usually underwhelmed by "spicy" dishes, even at other Thai restaurants, but this place delivers the spice. I ordered the Padseeeew (why don't they use spaces between words for this menu item? Lol) with chicken at a spice level of 4 (out of 5). It was disappointing they did not have skirt steak available (which I originally wanted) shortly after opening on a Friday near lunchtime, but so it goes. The cashier was friendly and efficient. There was a line of about 8 people ahead of me, but she knocked out their orders quickly. After she told me skirt steak was out of stock, I asked for a recommendation, and she said chicken is the most popular (side note: I wonder if this is because it's the cheapest protein option along with tofu). The food came out about 20 min after I ordered, and it was piping hot, so obviously freshly made. They apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. I sat down at a table and started to dig in. My first impressions: great wok hei and generous amounts of chicken and veg. The Chinese broccoli was sometimes inconsistently cut, with big leafy pieces here and there. And the noodles themselves were also broken into small bite-sized pieces instead of being intact strands. As for the protein, the chicken had a "gamey" (for lack of a better word) quality to it. Like it tasted strongly of chicken (in an unpleasant way) instead of having a neutral or marinated flavor or something. That was off-putting to me. The spice came through from the first bite. It was almost too spicy (even though I'm a hot sauce fiend), but that was on me for choosing such a high spice level. I'd describe it as a bit spicier than El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Chile Habanero sauce. Compared to other pad see ew dishes, this one leaned more savory than sweet. I couldn't detect much sweetness at all, but that could've been due to the spice masking it. The food was definitely filling, and I was satiated for many hours later. I do want to try the skirt steak at some point, but perhaps with fried rice or a different dish.

The pad Thai was delicious and I'm usually very picky with my pad Thais. The noodles were super soft and it had a solid tangy flavor to them. The menu has been simplified and the number of dishes has dropped dramatically. The prices have gone up, but that's the norm nowadays. Quantity is about average. I wouldn't say they're big portions or small portions, just enough. I ordered several dishes. I ordered the Ong choi, the chicken Pad See, but ended up getting a beef Pad See instead. A garlic pork dish which was tough and dry and a panang beef curry. The Ong Choi was tasty with what looked like peanuts or maybe beans as toppings. The Pad Su was a touch on the sweet side, but the curry on the panang beef is something I would put on top of white rice to add extra oomph. The service was quick and besides a little mistake in the ordering (no biggie) everything was fine. I do like the new decorations, but there is a weird smell as you enter the restaurant like a leaking gas line. Sit near the rear and you won't smell it at all.
