The golden tofu (not pictured) which was my favorite thing on the menu is not the same AT ALL. it's flavorless and tough. not light, fluffy, and crispy. The Pad Thai tastes like ketchup. It is hidden behind the Fortune Mall, but I think once people start figuring out how authentic their food is, it may blow up, but I hope it is not a really saturated by all the other Vietnamese neighbors. This was an explosion of flavors in my mouth with the blend of sweet pineapple and creamy coconut milk balanced with the savory curry and delicious shrimp. It did not come with any rice so I did order sticky rice on the side. This dish is supposed to be a bit spicy, but I found it to be more on the sweeter side due to the pineapple.
