The prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistently good. My favorite dessert is the cassava topped with fresh shredded coconut. It's slightly chewy, fragrant, and lightly sweet such a comforting and satisfying treat. Parking in this plaza can be a bit challenging since it's a busy commercial area with many businesses. Ordered a Shrimps Fried rice party tray (medium size) on 12/7/24 for pick up at 10:30AM. I came there at 10:20AM and the front lady told me to wait and then say something in Thai to the male chef to start cooking. Then after she handed me the tray neatly pack. The fried rice was just ok, nothing to rave about to be it needs more basil leaves. They only put like 7 leaves on top of the trays. The rice is lack of flavor... heard from most of my guests. The SHRIMPS however were over cooked and NO FLAVOR and mushy. Per previous Yelp review the shrimps are more plumb and juicy. The one we ordered toda tastes like boiled shrimps just mix in with the rice. They charge extra $5 for adding shrimps when ordering for party tray. First thing first! When you're here, it's just simply good and AFFORDABLE Thai food that has been here forever that many of us grew up with. Despite moans and groans of inflation, they managed to keep their menu reasonably priced. Green curry is divine and a must-have for the weekend. The amazing place, located near the famed T&K supermarket, amongst the asian gate pillar where fans would recognize in "Fast & the Furious" classic film, situates a Thai food amongst a myriad of Vietnamese stores located in Little Saigon, Westminster. Indeed I thought to myself "How good can it tastes if it's Thai food in a Vietnamese courtyard?" Alas, I've come here at least 5 different times. The older woman at the front is a joy to work with. She smiles, does a pleasant transaction at the front, and then comes back with the food with no attitude at all. I always get the Pineapple Fried Rice. For the amount of money, you won't get any greater servings than this anywhere in the entire Orange County. It is very generous. Pro tip is that if you order something, Thai Tea just costs an extra 1 dollar -- which, might I add, tastes out of this world! The pineapple fried rice has everything you would need served with chicken. Of course, for the price you are paying, it is not on the same par as an expensive sit in Thai restaurant HOWEVER, the portion more than makes up for it. I am a picky eater but this hits the spot. If this pineapple fried rice tasted as AMAZING as the more expensive places for this price, it would be a 5 star yelp review! The stuffed coconut balls are the best they're my favorite texture on the outside is soft the coconut filling on the inside is not very sweet just perfect for my liking. The Thai pandan flavor layer dessert is pretty good but I can't taste any pandan flavor at all. The lady owner is very nice the son is nice too he answered every questions I had without giving me attitude. I'm looking forward to see what other desserts they have to offer on my next visit. My wife loves Thai foods so we stopped by this food to go place as we were taking my kid from a tennis match. We ordered beef pad Thai, shrimp papaya salad, green curry beef, combination desserts, ice tea and an ice coffee. The total price was 43 bucks which is really cheap. They told us to come back in 20 minutes. Freshly made meals on the go and it's 5 minutes from our place. My kid and I ate the beef pad Thai, both of us thought it was so-so, missing some flavor. It had bean sprouts, tofu and small amounts of beef which was fine for 10 dollars. The beef was tender maybe next time asked to pay more for added beef. Still a good price and a big portion. My wife and I tried the papaya salad which was good with a pungent taste of the marinated sauce but very spicy even for me. Next time will have tell them don't put too many Thai peppers in their sauce and not to add too much sauce as it spilled all over. I had the green curry was very good with a variety of vegetables in the coconut sauce with tender beef. We had to cook our own rice because it doesn't come with it but definitely tasty. The drinks were too sweet but we added water to lessen the sweetness but still pretty good for a buck each. The mom is very nice and sweet, and her son usually helps to sell at the front. This place is a hidden gem located on Bolsa and Bushard, in the T&K Supermarket shopping center with The Loop and Thach Che Hien Khanh. I am writing this review based on their desserts, and not their food. I have had their pad Thai with chicken and their Thai tea. The Thai tea is really good, but the pad Thai was average. Their desserts though, are out of this world! My favorite is the Thai dessert with jackfruit bits, taro pieces, and mochi balls. If you like the Vietnamese che Thai, this is way better! You will never go back to che Thai again after trying this! Another one of my favorite desserts is the mochi ball filled with fresh coconut shreds. Melts in your mouth. They have a layered dessert with pandan leaf and coconut which is pretty good. Looks like the Vietnamese banh da lon, but it is soft and does not have the chewy texture of the banh da lon. This isn't the first time I experienced his extremely unfriendly behavior so I shouldn't be surprised. No restaurant is worth it to have such a nasty person serve you.
