Been wanting to come here to try the pho sate and I was under the weather and Pho 79 was closed so finally got my chance. Upon first taste, I was immediately impressed with how unique the pho sate was. Very nutty and savory. Adding chili oil made it even better. I very much enjoyed the flavor and richness of the broth and the serving is pretty large as well. Definitely a must try in the OC.

I've seen this pho restaurant many times, but today was my first time trying it. Since it's newly opened, the interior is clean and spacious. When we walked in, a male server immediately showed us to our table. However, after sitting for about 15 minutes, no one came to bring menus or ask what we wanted to order, even though the restaurant was not very busy at the time. I had to wave to get the server's attention before he remembered to bring us the menus. After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for the food. What was frustrating was that customers who came in after us were served before we were. I'm not sure how their service or order management works. I ordered the small bowl of pho with rare beef, tendon, and tripe for $13. My friend ordered the five-color rice dish for $17.50. The pho was decent overall, and the broth was flavorful, but my order was incorrect because it came without tendon, which is the part I like most. I informed the server, and he later brought out a small bowl of tendon separately. Unfortunately, the five color rice was very disappointing and overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area. The area itself is busy, but there is plenty of parking available nearby, which is convenient.

This was my first time coming here since I've always seen this place everytime I go to chipotle here. Yesterday, I went here with my dad since my dad wanted to try this place out. We got pho dac biet and I got a Thai tea since they were doing a BOGO Thai tea & second drink is $2. The pho dac biet was a 4/5 since it was decent the noodles were a soft & chewy. The broth has a good flavor of pho. The meat was soft, chewy, and cook was good. The Thai tea was a 3/5 since I had better Thai tea at the other boba shop this one is just decent. The flavors are there it's just I had better Thai tea. The service was fast & employee is super nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking. I would come back if I want a good pho fix me up when I'm shopping at Marshall's or anyplace around me.

Restaurant is big and clean. Plenty of parking available in the strip mall. Food was pretty tasty. The portions were generous. The service was SO slow. It took them a minute to acknowledge us and be seated even though the restaurant was less than halfway full. They never came with the bill or to check on drinks. Not even to clear plates. We had to go up and ask for containers and the bill. That takes away from the experience. I almost gave them 3 stars for that. We probably won't be back as there are a lot of pho spots in the area.

    1. The pho had a good broth, and the meat portion was generous! The matcha milk tea had a delicious blend! 2. The spot has a fun casual ambiance! The interior is really spacious! 3. There are only indoor seatings! There are a lot of tables available! 4. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! It took less than 10 mins! 5. Parking lot is huge! Spots are double-lined and not compact! Note: You pay at the front! There are also single-person restrooms for customers! Photo: Matcha Milk Tea, Pho Dac Biet, and Water

A small place in a strip mall, well lit and clean. Seating and service was quick but we had to ask for water refills. The Pho was hot and could have used a bit more flavor but all in all it was good. The chicken vermicelli was excellent. Highly recommend for a quick warm up on a cool evening.

During lunch break, we decided to try something new. We have always seen this place, but never really walked inside. Its very spacious on the inside and smells just like PHO Soup! The service was quick as they got our food to us within minutes. I ordered the beef pho and my wife the combination. Both were super flavorful and we will be back again! I want to try some of the appetizers next time besides the crab won tongs!

I came here with my 2.5 year old toddler, who loves Pho. I had moved away from GG area, so I no longer was like 5 mins drive from this place but I was in the area over the weekend. I don't think I noticed it before, but maybe because I didn't have to order for my child before but they had had a "kids pho" for $8.99. It was beef brisket pho w/apple juice. I ordered that, and it had more than enough noodles in the bowl. I had to order another bowl of broth, which they charged me $2 (as extra noodles). My child enjoyed their pho, especially the broth. I ordered my usual. The beef stew. Ofc it was delicious just as I remembered. It had a lot of customers dining in & out pretty fast, but the staff was always attentive when I needed things like a cup of ice for my childs apple juice because it wasn't cold. Prices definitely increased from my post over 2 years ago. I believe I paid $16 for beef stew pho. Overall, I don't mind paying their prices because I know that they're really good, easy self seating and good service. One thing I did notice, they don't have the sign up anymore to give veterans 10% off. Date of visit: 3/1/25

Came back here for the second time because it was delicious. Service was still quick and they were very friendly. Broth was always hot. A bowl definitely fills you up. One of our favorite pho spot now!

Looks like a great spot for big groups! They have a few large tables. I got the pho tai with the big noodles (delicious). Staff is friendly!

Satay pho is the popular thing to get here it seems and it's quite good to try as something different than the norm. Standard modern decor and spacious for viet restaurants nowadays. Service is good, zero issue, came here to eat at 10am with a friend lol. Satay pho... not sure if I'm super keen to repeat but it did taste good. I was interested because I like satay sauce in Chinese hotpot that I'm used to eating so I was very hopeful that it would be very nice, it was a little below that but not disappointing really. Just not amazingly great enough that this overrides my desire to go to other pho places.

I ordered the #1, Banh Canh Tom Cua Thit. Vietnamese udon with crab, shrimp and pork. I love the chewy texture of the thick noodles. The soup reminded me of Rou Geng Tang, a Taiwanese thick soup but is still considerably different in flavor profile. It was delicious albeit a bit bland so I had to add the lemon and fish sauce that's on every table. I also added a ton of the chili sauce which I absolutely loved. It's very spicy and has the flavor profile of puréed fresh chilis. Tread lightly if you don't have a high heat tolerance like I do. Overall, it's good, albeit a bit pricey for what it is. In each bowl theres two shrimps, generous with the pork, but didn't really notice much crab. Still one of top Banh Canhs in my books!

Service chill, can pay at register in the front, like typical viet restaraunt where they kinda leave you to it. The Grandpa's noodles was good (a dryer noodle), great portion, meat was tender, the radish cube looking things was crispy bits of pork skin. The menu is unique here and mostly in vietnamese. I think I had wished for some sauce to go with the noodles (but I understand its mostly with the soup on the side), good tightness of the meatballs :D... They have the classic condiments on the side, the pickled garlic isn't very crunchy and kind of on the sweet side, the pickled chili does have that slight acidic kick that works well. I modified my noodle to egg for a dollar. The soup was good, on the more umami soy/beef side than clear. The wontons were abundant too, instead of a chili oil the sauce is more like a tangy sweet chili vinegrette thing. I was very appalled and I stood there wondering if he really just said that to me after I had an experience. I asked him why he didn't want me to be a customer anymore. And he turns to a customer to ring them out, ignoring me. So I waited til he was done with that transaction & repeated my question. He flat out said "because you're annoying." WOW. That's just so rude. And unfortunate bc I thought the food was really good & wanted to come back for the clam & the sweet corn milk. So I definitely wouldn't want to be a customer anyways with that kind of attitude towards a customer. Btw they give you plastic utensils here even for dining in which is a con.
