We brought my son there to eat dinner yesterday and it was delicious. The store is impeccably clean with new tables and chairs and floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space bright. The food is kid-friendly with classics like Wow Spaghetti (sloppy joe), Bolognese with meatballs, and butter garlic noodles. There are also a lot of interesting fusion flavors like kimchi, bulgogi, gochujang, garlic soy, and mentaiko pastas. There are fancier ones like the lobster bisque, seafood and mushroom truffle pastas. They also have ravioli, simple pizzas (cheese & pepperoni), and Korean corndogs! I like that you can choose the type of pasta you want, so it's customized and made to order. Note that when the cashier asks if you want to add mushroom and spinach, it is an additional $1. It is a good portion size and you will definitely be stuffed after! My husband got the rose pasta with pappardelle which he really enjoyed the flavor of. The pappardelle noodle texture was perfect. I got the chicken Caesar salad pasta, which I enjoyed because the lettuce and fresh lemon made it feel lighter and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The Caesar dressing it was mixed with was on the tangier side, which I do not mind. I liked that the pasta was warm so it was not a cold dish. My son got the Wow Spaghetti, which comes with a garlic bread, which he really loved. The sauce is very unique and delicious! They were running a 50% off corndog sale, which meant you could get a coated corndog for $3.50, and it was totally worth it. For pasta, I tried a few of the premade options since I typically don't like making my own. Here are my thoughts: Rosé with Shrimp - Very tasty and not overly sauced. The shrimp were fresh, and the noodles tasted freshly made. I added mushrooms for an extra $1, which was a nice touch. Solid noods. (4.5/5) Bulgogi Cream Pasta - I really liked this one. It has a medium level of spice, but it's not too overwhelming. Not overly creamy, yet very flavorful. Fresh pasta as well. Absolute banger. (5/5) Korean Corndogs - They were freshly made. This place is truly a hole-in-the-wall, you'll miss it if you don't know it, kind of place, but if you can find it, it's a treasure. It's also pretty heavy on Korean fusion with pasta, so love it. Not gonna lie, the prices did scare me a bit at first because they were pretty high and the pictures on Yelp had me fooled into thinking it was small. But when it came out, boy were we wrong. The bowl was packed and it was a pretty large portion. We ordered 3 different things to try, but one bowl was enough to feed all 3 of us, so obviously we didn't finish and brought the remainder home. What a happy surprise though, because I absolutely love both Asian and Italian food, and this place is the perfect fusion of the two! While ordering, I asked about the wontons I had seen mentioned in older Yelp reviews. The owner kindly let me know they no longer serve them but then surprised me with a dumpling to try. That gesture alone showed how amazing the service is truly 10/10 hospitality. As for the food : also a 10/10. Everything we tried was delicious, and I'm already excited to come back and experiment with different combos on the menu. I really love the pasta here and how customizable it is! I've tried both the Rose and the Creamy Dreamy sauces, and I definitely prefer the Creamy Dreamy since it has a richer white sauce base. I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I was disappointed to learn that they permanently switched the Bulgogi from ribeye to ground beef recently. I was told it's because ground beef soaks up the sauce better, but for me, the texture just isn't the same. Ribeye had a much better bite and felt like a higher-quality option. While the flavor is still there and some people may enjoy the change, I wish they had kept both choices available. It also seems like the switch to ground beef is more about cutting costs than maintaining quality for the customer, especially since the meal price appears to have stayed the same despite the use of a cheaper protein. read more

She warned me that they spicy garlic is not for the faint of heart. I went for it anyways because we love spicy food in my family. This is a pretty good quick bite to eat! If you don't have a lot of time, but when a delicious meal, I would recommend this spot. The portions don't look huge, but they are quite heavy because it's pasta so you could definitely make two meals or share this amongst two people.. the service here was friendly. The pasta really soaked up the sauce well and they were generous with the meat portions. Pizza bagel was cheesy and a better version of the frozen ones! The food has always been delicious and the inside of the restaurant is extremely clean and themed to their brand! My Pasta Ratings: * Creamy Dreamy -- 5/5 This is one of my favorites! The alfredo sauce pairs well with their fettuccine and goes super well with bacon or chicken! I would recommend this for chicken alfredo lovers! * Rosé -- 5/5 I enjoy their Rosé with meatballs or their seafood blend! This is like pink sauce, I believe it's a mix of their basic spaghetti sauce and creamy dreamy, I can't be sure. Regardless, this is also a comforting dish. * Bulgogi Cream -- 4/5 It tastes like the creamy dreamy sort of, but the meat makes the pasta extremely oily. The bulgogi itself though is good, I just didn't enjoy the oil. * Buldak -- 4/5 This is VERY SPICY so be warned! Their buldak corn cheese pasta is perfect for buldak or spicy food lovers. My only concern is just how much corn they put in it, it can be a bit overkill sometimes. * Truffle -- 4/5 Their truffle mushroom pasta was also very good, I just believe they put too much mushroom in it. * Curry -- 3/5 Personally, I just don't think curry belongs with pasta like this in terms of flavor. It was enjoyable but not for me! If you like curry, I would suggest giving this a try though. * Lobster Ravioli -- 2/5 I personally would not recommend getting any of their ravioli. I feel that the actual pasta was well cooked and good consistency. The prices were not bad but just on the border of being too much for what it was. I ended up having the chili garlic which I was really not a fan of. Garlic bread was really not great. Was similar to just what you might get at the grocery store as it was just soggy with butter and somewhat bland. I have been wanting to try this spot forever. There is a type of pasta called pappardelle that they have here as a choice for your pasta dish. Let me start by saying every place that I have gone that has been super fancy Italian dishes, have gotten this pasta type so wrong. So, I said, why not go ahead and try this spot. Well, let me tell you something, this has been by far the best executed pappardelle Pasta I have had! The pasta itself, was thin throughout and consistent. Just what I was looking for! The cook was perfectly, al dente, not squishy, and not too chewy. It's not cheap, and it's gonna take a bit because they do make it when you order it, but I think it's worth it. You can also totally customize it to however you want. Keep in mind that the more things you are the more expensive it will be. And even though, it comes in this little cardboard container, you can slap this pasta in a fancy ceramic dish, and I would pay as much money as these other expensive Italian places.
