Wow spaghetti has really wowed me! I always drive by this place and it has been on my try list for so long. The concept is simple featuring many different pastas, you can even build your own! We originally came here for lunch for a quick bite- trying the bulgogi pasta, pizza bagel and garlic toast. The bulgogi pasta was not too sweet and had a good mix of savory. The pasta really soaked up the sauce well and they were generous with the meat portions. Pizza bagel was cheesy and a better version of the frozen ones! Garlic bread is only 50¢ so that is non negotiable! We actually came back for dinner the same day to try out more. The truffle mushroom was creamy and savory! I'm not sure if it's family owned, but the owners and the employees alike are extremely nice and friendly whenever I come in. The food has always been delicious and the inside of the restaurant is extremely clean and themed to their brand! My Pasta Ratings: * Creamy Dreamy -- 5/5 This is one of my favorites! The alfredo sauce pairs well with their fettuccine and goes super well with bacon or chicken! I would recommend this for chicken alfredo lovers! * Rosé -- 5/5 I enjoy their Rosé with meatballs or their seafood blend! This is like pink sauce, I believe it's a mix of their basic spaghetti sauce and creamy dreamy, I can't be sure. Regardless, this is also a comforting dish. * Bulgogi Cream -- 4/5 It tastes like the creamy dreamy sort of, but the meat makes the pasta extremely oily. The bulgogi itself though is good, I just didn't enjoy the oil. * Buldak -- 4/5 This is VERY SPICY so be warned! Their buldak corn cheese pasta is perfect for buldak or spicy food lovers. My only concern is just how much corn they put in it, it can be a bit overkill sometimes. * Truffle -- 4/5 Their truffle mushroom pasta was also very good, I just believe they put too much mushroom in it. * Curry -- 3/5 Personally, I just don't think curry belongs with pasta like this in terms of flavor. Went to wow and was happy to find it pretty empty. I get the impression that this place is well known for take out as many people came through to pick up stuff. I feel that the actual pasta was well cooked and good consistency. The prices were not bad but just on the border of being too much for what it was. I ended up having the chili garlic which I was really not a fan of. Garlic bread was really not great. Was similar to just what you might get at the grocery store as it was just soggy with butter and somewhat bland. This place is great! First time trying Wow Spaghetti! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly. I have been wanting to try this spot forever. There is a type of pasta called pappardelle that they have here as a choice for your pasta dish. Let me start by saying every place that I have gone that has been super fancy Italian dishes, have gotten this pasta type so wrong. So, I said, why not go ahead and try this spot. Well, let me tell you something, this has been by far the best executed pappardelle Pasta I have had! The pasta itself, was thin throughout and consistent. Just what I was looking for! The cook was perfectly, al dente, not squishy, and not too chewy. It's not cheap, and it's gonna take a bit because they do make it when you order it, but I think it's worth it. You can also totally customize it to however you want. Keep in mind that the more things you are the more expensive it will be. And even though, it comes in this little cardboard container, you can slap this pasta in a fancy ceramic dish, and I would pay as much money as these other expensive Italian places. I am looking forward to trying out some of the other more unconventional flavors, like the sweet garlic soy and the spicy chili garlic. read more

A great place for takeout. The selection of pastas go beyond the regular spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered the bulgogi spaghetti with garlic bread and mild spicy, which was tame by Korean fusion standards. The garlic bread was fresh and strong, a perfect match to counterbalance the meats flavor. They also let you include extras like parmesan and spinach to make it healthier or less so. The staff was very nice and quickly prepared the food so they improve the ambiance for people eating in. Only downside is this place really is more to pick up and go than sit down. The room only can hold 23 people according to fire code, and their handicapped accessible table doesn't have special seating, so if you're in a party where an ADA need would ask for a booth or something softer than a metal chair, just get take out. This place was good but overpriced. I ended up getting the fettuccini noodles with rose sauce (mix of the Alfredo and marinara) and meatballs. I think the total was $15 or so. The noodles itself were VERY good. Nice and soft and a large portion. The sauce was good too. Not too oily or heavy but the meatballs were more like from the frozen bag at the grocery store that you put in a crock pot. They did not taste freshly made and were small. So overall it was really good but think the price point should come down a few dollars - maybe $12 max. I would still come back though to try other things on the menu. read more

Tried it again and got creamy dreamy (alfredo) sauce on fettuccine with a side of meatballs. The Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy and as good as any Alfredo sauce I ever had anywhere. The meatballs I got were good. The garlic bread would have been better on French bread, not ciabatta. The texture of the fresh fettuccine was excellent as was the service. The fresh pasta was so good - you could tell the quality. The flavors of all of these dishes were phenomenal and unique. Plus, they were all about $10-13 for 2 meals worth each. The creamy curry felt like it could've been served in a sit-down, upscale restaurant for at least double that. Pretty darn good! I love the mix and match of ingredients and they are pretty fast. I have been here twice and the traditional spaghetti and meatballs, I added spinach, is actually probably my favorite. The spicy garlic sauce one is really good too, but my only gripe with that one is it's so salty. I wish they would pull back on the soy sauce just or salt just a bit. My bf got curry cream and I got rose, tastes exactly like how I would expect, personally preferred my rose sauce. It had quite a bit of spicy kick even at medium level. Portion was generous on both items. You have the option of going with regular spaghetti or fettuccine for pasta options. Sigh I actually wanted to like this place. It was a Sunday night and I had a cardio session and was pretty hungry to eat something for dinner. Wow Spaghetti has been on my radar for awhile so I decided to drive over here and give it a try. I went with their house special pink spaghetti with shrimp and all the other toppings. I used a yelp check in and got free garlic bread. I was the only walk in at that time and they had a few pick up orders. They cooked my food fresh so it did take over 10 minutes to get it. The workers were super friendly, inviting, and the place was clean. Afterwards I picked up some boba tea and then drove home, so I really didn't get to the food until an hour later. When I opened my food it was adorned with tortilla chips, something I didn't see from the pictures online. Not sure why I got the tortilla chips, something new that they are doing? Regardless, the chips were so soggy from sitting in the food, so that was not good. As for the spaghetti itself, it wasn't memorable. The sauce was so dense by the time I got to the food that I barely ate even half of it. I honestly just munched on the shrimp and ate maybe 3 fork full of the spaghetti and tossed the rest. With the limited menu and their house special spaghetti not being so great, I won't be back. Maybe it was an off day for them, but I would say give this place a try to see for yourself and maybe eat the food on the spot. read more
