AMAZING food and deals! I found this place inside of a food court with several other businesses and their prices are so good, I decided to give them a try above the other food options! Have been feeling under the weather the past couple days and REALLY wanted ramen but didn't feel up to going to my normal spots...nor would it be smart for myself or other people while I'm sick. I ate here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon a little after 1PM. It wasn't busy yet so I was immediately seated. The seats are up against the bar and aren't raised. Thankfully, their seats and tables can accommodate whether you're dining solo or with a small group. I am fond of the dimmed ambience as it fits the dark black aesthetic. I ordered their Miso Ramen, which comes with ground pork, green onion slices, mushrooms, soft boiled egg and ramen noodles. The pork broth had an umami taste while it complements the al dente noodles and ground pork. I chose to avail the BOGO 50% deal they currently offer upon pairing the ramen with specialty rolls. I chose the Hawaiian Roll which is a California roll topped with tuna and avocado slices. The Hawaiian Roll was a bit heavily dipped in soy sauce which kinda overpowered the sushi overall. I suggest not drenching the special rolls in soy sauce and please allow your guests to dip the rolls themselves. It would be helpful if you could please provide some sliced ginger to balance the flavors. Other than that, it was still pretty decent and the tuna was fresh. In addition to the many ramen variations, their menu features a good selection of different apps. For the bogo, I got the black ramen while my friend got the tonkotsu ramen. The black ramen was pretty good. A bit too salty for me, but I still liked the taste. My friend's tonkotsu broth was also good. The pork was tender and not too fatty which I prefer. We also got an order of chashu fries and thought these were good. We were quite full from the soup but brought the leftover fries home to warm in the air fryer. The ramen here tastes fine. Currently eating the black garlic ramen with tonkotsu and just absolutely DEVOURED a baked lobster roll. Baked lobster roll comes with a creamy soy ginger sauce, they don't scrimp on the lobster chunks on top either it was absolutely delicious. 5/5, no notes. The black garlic ramen broth is very rich and tasty. Not the BEST ramen broth I've ever had but it's close. It's very good. Rich and savory. The standout element is the tonkotsu. It has a beautiful hint of char along the edges and is just perfectly cooked. The kikurage (crunchy black wood ear mushroom strips) is delicious and I don't even like mushrooms. Sprouts are good. 4.75 out of 5 ramen, VERY good. Food is wonderful but also the young woman working up front is extremely sweet. Helped me pick a broth and a roll to go with it. I had already paid but I noticed these little puff pastries someone else ordered and asked what they were. Japanese style cream puffs. I asked to add them to my order, apologized for making her ring me up again. She said don't worry about it and gave me some for free.
