    Hawaiian Roll
    Eugene A.

I ate here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon a little after 1PM. It wasn't busy yet so I was immediately seated. The seats are up against the bar and aren't raised. Thankfully, their seats and tables can accommodate whether you're dining solo or with a small group. I am fond of the dimmed ambience as it fits the dark black aesthetic. I ordered their Miso Ramen, which comes with ground pork, green onion slices, mushrooms, soft boiled egg and ramen noodles. The pork broth had an umami taste while it complements the al dente noodles and ground pork. I chose to avail the BOGO 50% deal they currently offer upon pairing the ramen with specialty rolls. I chose the Hawaiian Roll which is a California roll topped with tuna and avocado slices. The Hawaiian Roll was a bit heavily dipped in soy sauce which kinda overpowered the sushi overall. I suggest not drenching the special rolls in soy sauce and please allow your guests to dip the rolls themselves. It would be helpful if you could please provide some sliced ginger to balance the flavors. Other than that, it was still pretty decent and the tuna was fresh. Ramen Mura is the place for legit ramen and sushi at Rodeo 39!

Went to Rodeo 39 to browse dinner ideas. Stopped by this ramen shop and had the tonkatsu. It was enjoyable, the broth wasn't so heavy for me which I like. I

I've never heard of this ramen place. Decided to try it since we were in this food court. Apparently it's ranked # 3 Yelp ramen shops. Sweet: Good pricing options since this is a newer location. Currently buy one get one half off. I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu. The noodles had a nice chewy consistency. Sour: Ramen is one of my favorites and this one didn't quite hit like some of my favorites. The black garlic lacked the essence it should have. The broth was decent but not my favorite. The chashu was a bit overcooked and dry. The service was good and food came out fast.

Oh my, a classic tempura & tuna roll? Yum!

Craving some yummy ramen in a cozy spot? Behold, Ramen Mura presents the exact opportunity. Located within the Rodeo 39 Public Market in Stanton, Ramen Mura truly satisfied our cravings on a Saturday night. I love how the seating is bar-style and makes you feel like you're at a small ramen shop in Japan which is cool. We ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu and the Habanero ramen and both offered a great flavorful kick and were delicious. The chashu had a nice texture and the broths in both were rich and tasty. The noodles were perfect too, not overcooked nor tough. The Shrimp Tempura roll was also decent though a bit smaller portion and a bit on the soggy side. All in all, the food here is awesome and you really can't go wrong. It was also cool they had a BOGO 50% deal going on as well! And of course I have to give a shoutout to the staff here who were super attentive, friendly and helpful! Give em a try if you're out at Rodeo 39 and craving some bomb ramen!

    1. The ramen has nice thickness to the broth, and it was not too spicy! The sushi roll was also good! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! The interior is cozy! 3. The staff were friendly and timely! It was ready after 10 mins! 4. There are only indoor seatings! There are few seats available at the counter! 5. Parking lot is huge, but it can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: This spot does not have their own restrooms, but there is a restroom area in the food hall! What an amazing find! We were walking around and were greeted by a waitress who told us there was a special offer for buy one get one 50% off so we thought, why not?! We ordered a few rolls and ramen to share. The rolls were so good! The salmon lovers roll was incredible! Salmon was fresh and texture was perfect. The lobster roll was also really really good!!! The Hawaiian roll was another great choice. It doesn't seem like you can go wrong with the choices here. The ramen was also delicious!! The shoyu broth was so good with tons of veggies. Our waitress, Carolyn, was so kind and helpful. The restaurant itself was small but very clean and comfortable.

I go here once a week because the Black Ramen is still the best. This restaurant was a few minutes late with our ramen last week so they offered a free selection of appetizer. Of course we chose the Snow Crab Roll for each person.

Located in Rodeo 39, Ramen Mura is still in their soft opening phase! We had visited their other location in Santa Ana and were excited that they opened a new spot closer to us. They still have soft opening specials including buy one ramen or sushi roll, and get the next ramen / roll 50% off. They also had some deals on appetizers. The ramen itself was flavorful and yummy. I enjoyed the sushi and it was very filling! Service was attentive and friendly. Very happy with this new ramen location.

Craving something soupy, decided to give this spot a try. It's located in Rodeo 39, always saw this spot every time I came so why not. It the BOGO deal caught my attention, but a ramen or a specialty roll and get one 50%. I got the Spicy Tonkotsu ramen broth extra and the Sunkissed Roll. The Sunkissed roll was delish! Salmon was fresh, and the spicy tuna was really good (considering I am particular with how spicy tuna is made). The ramen noodles was a little soft for my liking, chashu was okay, and egg was soft boiled but wish it was seasoned/marinated. The broth was good. For someone who was a server at sushi and ramen restaurants before I am particular with my sushi and ramen. Ambience is chill, not busy when I came in. There was music playing, server was kind and attentive. Overall, I'd come back for BOGO deal for the sushi and probably sake next time, not so much for the ramen.

    Receipt. 2nd visit.

The ramen was excellent. Good amount of soup, noodles, and meat. The service was timely. You don't have to wait long. This is 1 of the few ramen places or brand left that offer ramen around $15 since minimum wage is around $16 (1 hour of work) in California now. No extreme inflation or greedflation. It's a business with a fair price. The environment is nice for an indoor small ramen shop.

**Hella umami Ramen & Sushi at Rodeo39 Market** If you're looking for a ramen spot that's bursting with flavor, you *have* to check this place out at Rodeo39 Market! Although it's a small spot with only bar seating, it packs a big punch when it comes to umami goodness. Don't let the size fool you--the experience here is amazing. The **Black Garlic Ramen** is hands down one of my favorite ramens I've had. The broth is absolutely divine--rich, savory, and full of deep, comforting flavors that keep you coming back for more. The pork belly wasn't as melt-in-your-mouth as I've had at other spots, but it still had a great bite to it and complemented the rich broth perfectly. And if you love sushi, you're in for a treat. The **sushi rolls** here are fresh and generously sized, leaving you feeling satisfied after just a few bites. I'm always hungry, but this roll was more than enough to fill me up! The service really stood out as well. There was only one waitress, but she was super friendly, efficient, and quick--especially considering it was a busy lunchtime rush. It's clear that they care about the customer experience, even with the small setup. Definitely a must-visit spot for ramen and sushi lovers alike! Don't skip this place--you'll be back for more. Other: -parking fills up fast -$$, great discounts right now -inside rodeo 39 market, it's a vibe -public restrooms at the back of the market -busy 12-1pm

My coworker and I had a quick Xmas lunch here and it was terrific. My coworker never tired Ramen before, so this was a good find. It's located at Rodeo 39 in Stanton. It's small and quaint, great bar type atmosphere. Lunch seemed busy, we were seated fairly quick and service was excellent. Now for the food....we ordered appetizers-Edamame, California Rolls and Black Ramen. Edamame is very good, it wasn't over cooked or salty, my coworker said the California Rolls were really good. I had the Black Ramen and shared with my coworker. I thought it was really good, the broth was delicious. My coworker also really liked it. Overall Ramen Mura is an excellent choice for any time of the day.

We had the spicy tonkotsu, and it was solid. The broth had great flavor, and the chashu had a nice char that really stood out. I do wish there had been a little more broth, but overall, I was pretty impressed. They're currently running a BOGO 50% promotion, so I'd definitely recommend giving it a try for yourself!

Since it was such a hot day, we ordered the Hiyashi Chuka (chilled ramen) and the Oroshi Soba Combo with grated radish and tempura. Both were super refreshing and exactly what we were craving. The Hiyashi Chuka had a great balance of flavors with fresh toppings, and the soba was light, chewy, and paired really well with the crispy tempura. The hot tea was a nice touch, and everyone working there was friendly and welcoming. We also loved how extensive the menu is. I really love their white miso tsukemen, the thick noodles are slightly chilled and served with a wedge of lime which is a nice way to lighten the very rich broth. I've had their red miso before but its deeper flavor is a bit too powerful for my taste, so for those who like something with more umph, that's a great choice as well.

Spice is subjective, so don't blame me if your experience is different, but I didn't find it all that particularly spicy - what I did find though was some wonderfully flavored broth with a perfect blend of spice and notes from the vegetables and other spices. The noodles were cooked proper, and everything was warm and fresh! My son said his katsu was perfectly cooked as well, nice and crunchy and not overly fried.
