Wanted to try another restaurant at Rodeo39 and Ramen Mura looked good! They also had a really appealing bogo deal on ramen where it was buy one bowl of ramen and get the second half off. In addition to the many ramen variations, their menu features a good selection of different apps. For the bogo, I got the black ramen while my friend got the tonkotsu ramen. The black ramen was pretty good. A bit too salty for me, but I still liked the taste. My friend's tonkotsu broth was also good. The pork was tender and not too fatty which I prefer. We also got an order of chashu fries and thought these were good. We were quite full from the soup but brought the leftover fries home to warm in the air fryer. The ramen here tastes fine. It's nothing too special so I don't think I'd get ramen here again. read more

Even though the ramen was bogo 50% it still didn't help that the ramen was extremely bland and barely tasted like anything. We got the Black Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen, which are supposed to be very flavorful broths. The service was good though. They're very nice. I ate here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon a little after 1PM. It wasn't busy yet so I was immediately seated. The seats are up against the bar and aren't raised. Thankfully, their seats and tables can accommodate whether you're dining solo or with a small group. I am fond of the dimmed ambience as it fits the dark black aesthetic. I ordered their Miso Ramen, which comes with ground pork, green onion slices, mushrooms, soft boiled egg and ramen noodles. The pork broth had an umami taste while it complements the al dente noodles and ground pork. I chose to avail the BOGO 50% deal they currently offer upon pairing the ramen with specialty rolls. I chose the Hawaiian Roll which is a California roll topped with tuna and avocado slices. The Hawaiian Roll was a bit heavily dipped in soy sauce which kinda overpowered the sushi overall. I suggest not drenching the special rolls in soy sauce and please allow your guests to dip the rolls themselves. It would be helpful if you could please provide some sliced ginger to balance the flavors. Other than that, it was still pretty decent and the tuna was fresh. Sour: Ramen is one of my favorites and this one didn't quite hit like some of my favorites. The black garlic lacked the essence it should have. The broth was decent but not my favorite. What an amazing find! We were walking around and were greeted by a waitress who told us there was a special offer for buy one get one 50% off so we thought, why not?! We ordered a few rolls and ramen to share. The rolls were so good! The salmon lovers roll was incredible! Salmon was fresh and texture was perfect. The lobster roll was also really really good!!! Salmon was fresh, and the spicy tuna was really good (considering I am particular with how spicy tuna is made). OMG I totally came here today with my friend and forgot to take pictures. It was so good so you'll just have to take my word for it! We got the black ramen and a couple sushi rolls and the chicken bites for the appetizer. It was cool and rainy today so that ramen hit the SPOT. The broth was so good.
