Well, this review kinda hurts because the food is still really good. I understand that prices go up, but I could understand if you still got the amount of food you were once able to get. Now YOU have to put noodles in your small bowl then fill it with the other ingredients. The noodles take up the entire bowl so you can't get as much of the other ingredients. Not sure why they made this drastic change but you definitely don't get what you are paying for. read more

Located next to the Fedex Office so makes a convenient stop for lunch after visiting other businesses. Stopped in for lunch on a weekday and got a 1 meat mongolian bbq. If you get mongolian bbq, a fountain drink is only an additional $0.99. Altogther, the lunch and drink was $21. The mongolian bbq is standard procedure - pick your meat from the freezer case and then all-you-can-pile on a separate bowl with noodles, veggies, and sauce. Still, there's no way anybody can pile up $20 worth of ingredients and it makes the lunch expensive for what you get. read more

I love this place for Mongolian BBQ but ***WARNING!!!!!!*** DO NOT ever consider trying the boba- no matter what flavor. It tastes worse than a protein shake and they all taste the same. It's colored powder, milk powder, mixed with ice and blended. Boba has no taste. Got one for myself and 2 kids on a hot day. Figured it would be a treat. We couldn't get past the 3rd sip. The ice cream is gone. The prices went up and the customer service is a hit or miss. I last went on Friday at 8pm, an hour before closing. I picked 2 meat boxes and loaded up on white onions and mushrooms. My husband piled on the noodles and while I was putting the DIY sauces in the bowl I knocked over the noodles. The gentleman behind the counter said he "should charge [me] an extra $4" for the noodles. Upon ringing us up he did not charge me the extra $4, so I tipped him for being nice. While cooking I noticed that all my noodles that had fallen over on the tray were put aside to be thrown away. I wish I knew he was being passively aggressive and asked me while ringing it up, because I'd rather have paid extra than to waste it out of spite. Majorly bummed because even with the raise in prices, it was hard to find one local to where I live so I kept going. Might be a while til I return, the low carb Mongolian albeit delicious, has left a sour taste on my tongue. Anyone have suggestions for Mongolian, send it my way. Much appreciated! read more

I'm not sure if the owner has changed, but prices went up this past year and the food quality and quanity went down. You have to add noodles into your bowl prior to everything else, which forces you to choose from more noodles and less add-ons. The add-on availability isn't consistent from my last two visits and makes me prefer the mall genghis khan over this location. Its a shame, might have to drive the extra mile to other locations for noodles now. read more

I read so many reviews of people complaining about the guy who owns this place. I didn't understand at first. The food is fine and I like that the meat is separated from the vegetables, etc. One time, I was coming up to the counter to pay and got some food on my hands. I asked the gentleman for a napkin and he told me to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. I would have done that anyway but do not need someone else to tell me to do so. I needed a napkin immediate to get the dripping food juices off my hands so I could pay. I have never been back after this incident. Used to love this place because you didn't have to go to the mall to get good Mongolian food. Must be new owners because prices have gone up and now you have to put the noodle in the bowl before adding the veggies. Noodles are always added by the chief after at most locations. Definitely dont get as much and big disappointment. I loved this place because it was close the house but will be looking elsewhere for my Mongolian fix. read more

Came here with some friends on a Friday and got some delicious Mongolian bbq food! For $16.69 (one meat box), the portions are so so good. They also offer a (Double portion meat pack for 19.99) Similar to great khans / genghis khan, the self serve bar for condiments and noodles are perfect to customize your meal. Service is amazing and friendly; after two visits here I figured a review is appropriate and I highly recommend coming here! It satisfied my cravings and was nostalgic since I used to get Mongolian bbq at the local malls. read more

This place is amazing. Ever since my boyfriend and I discovered it we have been returning customers for years now. You start off picking your meat choice (or you can opt for non) and they have plenty. You then grab your noodles and place whatever veggies you want. Some days I feel healthier than others so I put a lot or none if I just want all the noodles!!! Next they ask you what sauces you want and if you want spicy. The spice definitely hits. read more

Used to really enjoy this place, but like everything prices have gone up and their meat amount is much less than you used to get. They even got smaller containers dead give away. I can't justify $18 for 7 thin pieces on chicken at that. Staff has always been great , but the female owner is super disrespectful. Still in disbelief at the service. We've come here many times and enjoyed the food and service in the past. However, the most recent time we went I asked for a napkin while we were still getting our food because my hands got wet from the frost on the prepackaged meat. The lady proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't give me a napkin before we paid and that I shouldn't be touching the food without tongs. I clarified for her that I did NOT touch the food but just had some moisture on my hands from the meat container, but she kept giving me the guilty treatment. I hate to stop coming here because we really enjoyed our previous visits but this really left a bad impression. Service is good. Mongolian BBQ station is super clean. Ambiance sucks and I would never have an enjoyable meal sitting at a tiny table in the middle of the everything. It's not a typical Mongolian place with the pockets and combo plates so that instantly was displeasing. Also, seriously! Such cheap asses they can't buy any sriracha due to the shortage. This place is very good, and the flavor of the noodles are so much better than the other "popular" places. I'm glad that my bowl doesn't have to fit the meats and noodles as the meats are prepackaged which saves a ton of room. I've been coming here for a very long time and the male owner and female owner are always welcoming! They always ask about my daughter and they have conversations with her. When we go I never have to remind them for the extra plate or straw for my daughters canned soda they always remember. It's this type of service that makes me come back to this place. I was craving the Mongolian place I used to get at a mall but glad I found this one near me plus it tastes just like the other one. I'm taking a star off because you only get about 6-8 pieces of meat that obviously shrink when cooked so you're eating mostly noodles for about $13. Service is fine.
