They have other pasta you can choose from btw. The creamy dreamy needs more sauce, also there's a hint of nutmeg which I don't like at all, despite that it's still good. Finally stopped by late last week for lunch after hearing recommendations from friends and I was not disappointed by this unique pasta shop! Great service here and everything is made to order. Staff are friendly and helpful with any questions I had and the interior is clean with plenty of sunlight coming through the windows and there are tables all around for seating. I got the spicy chili garlic wontons with Pappardelle and a garlic bread on the side. The pasta was delicious and the pappardelle was cooked al dente and the spicy chili garlic stuck to the pasta well and had a great kick of heat. The wontons paired well in the pasta and was a unique and tasty combination. The garlic bread was decent and dipping it into the sauce was good. Food used to be good here until they switch the meats the bulgogi beef used to be delicious but now its grounded beef and its not the same. I used to eat this place everyday now I dont even go back. I love pasta and have been wanting to try this place out for awhile. I met a friend here on a Tuesday around 1:30 pm for lunch. It's a small, free-standing building with its own little parking lot. There were a few people inside when we got there but we were able to order right away. I love the build-it-yourself aspect of this place. I chose the creamy dreamy sauce and fresh fettuccine noodles ($9.99 base price) and added on chicken ($4) and mushroom & spinach ($1). You can choose a spice level which was really interesting and I got mild. I also got garlic bread for 50¢. After you order, you seat yourself and they'll bring out your food to your table. I believe the pasta is made to order so the wait was a little longer than typical fast food but not bad at all. The portions are quite large and the creamy dreamy sauce was really good. While I was sad to see the old donut shop close at this exact location, I was happy to give this new business a try. The parking situation is fairly easy with their own parking lot. They've made some adjustments to their menu and here's what I've had so far: Bolognese - They seem to have removed this from the menu since then, but it was pretty good. The red tomato sauce was on the sweeter side but it paired well with the savory meat. I suspect the meatballs would be similar! Great chew on the noodles. Spicy Chili Garlic with Mini Wontons- Pretty tasty! The wontons were good too. I like that they have spice levels! Pasta aside, I would probably come back just for the korean mochi corndogs. Their menu items all seem enticing. I wanted to order multiple noodle dishes, but unfortunately I don't have the stomach of a champion. I got the chili garlic butter spaghetti with wontons; it looked so good in the pictures! I was going to get it mild but was informed it is set to medium by default. I think they do have an option to change the spice level but it probably involved manual labor so I said it's fine. To my surprise, the dish was actually quite spicy but you know some dishes taste better the spicier it gets, this was it. There are whole garlic pieces which seem pickled and lightly cooked; there still is a raw texture when you bite into it. Garlic lovers rejoice. Yellow peppers were spicy and I could not further test my limits so I did not finish that. Overall, quite satisfied and will definitely visit again to try other dishes. located in it's own little plaza, this spot serves affordable korean italian fusion pastas. they have a selection of premade pastas or you can make your own starting at 9.99. i made my own with the pappardelle noodles, rose sauce, sausages, and mushrooms and it totaled to be about $15. pretty affordable for the portion size you get. i would say i wish the pappardelle was thicker as the noodle was really thin. it also was not one of their fresher noodle options (spaghetti and fettucine) but would try their fresh noodle next time! overall a great pasta fix read more

I came back after a few months and oh boy I am so glad I did. I got the Spicy Chili Garlic with Chicken and also the Creamy Curry with Smoked sausage. Both of the dishes were good to me but the alone that stood out to me was the Spicy Noodle with Chicken. STRAIGHT GASSSS! Definitely gotta come and try that out! The service was amazing, I came in during their anniversary and they were giving out gift cards with every purchase. The owner was filled with energy and made me throughly enjoy supporting their restaurant. They have a new menu as well as a bell that you can ring next to the door! The sauce coats the noodle so it's very easy to eat. I'd say that it's decently spicy so be sure to have some water. I ordered it with chicken and they give a generous amount as well. It wasn't dry and it soaks up the spicy chili sauce pretty well. I like how they put the garlic on the side just in case someone doesn't like it. I personally liked it because it was pickled as well. I love the flavor of OG spaghetti and I haven't really found any other place I like other than OSF for their spaghetti with clams and mizithra. I must say I enjoyed Wow spaghetti. I just have meat sauce and it must be spicy. I added mushroom and spinach and it was delicious. Pasta was al dente, sauce was appropriate for amount of pasta. I'd like to have a bit more pasta as I don't feel it is enough. My daughter's favorite is the truffle spaghetti with mushrooms and spinach, spicy. It's a little mom and pop kind of joint, clean. Today was the day i had time to stop by after work. First impressions- i was immediately greeted by the staff. I like the atmosphere. Staff are very friendly to everyone. They absolutely left me wow-ed! If you ask me, there is definitely a lack of take-out pasta concepts. Wow Spaghetti is serving up just that, but with a spicy fusion twist! With Bulgogi Pasta and Wontons on their menu, I wouldn't say that what they serve is Italian by any means. I went with their signature Wow Spaghetti with bacon which features a Rosé sauce (creamy tomato base). Love that you can adjust for spice level and customize with tons of different toppings. Casual dining, good service, has its own parking lot. Had a great experience with this fast food pasta. Portions are pretty hefty. You can choose 3 pasta shapes pappardelle, fettuccini, spaghetti. I chose mild spice, it was just right for the spaghetti and creamy dreamy flavors. Sauces are tasty, appropriate ratio to pasta, noodles are a good texture. I am so happy that I found Wow Spaghetti! I am not usually in this area of Westminster but had an errand around here and happened to drive by it and I decided to try it out. I almost can never eat pasta, especially a bolognese or red sauce pasta, because of my garlic allergy. They put minimal garlic powder in the bolognese sauce and Italian seasoning in the meatballs (no garlic), thus I decided to risk it and try it out. I was able to eat it and the pasta and sauce tasted amazing! Very flavorful! The tagliatelle pasta was freshly cooked and was the right consistency! The serving size was also good and generous! This will definitely be my go-to place for bolognese pasta even if it's a bit of a drive for me. The staff were also so friendly and helpful with checking on the ingredients for my allergies too. 5 stars!! read more

As someone who loves pasta, I was excited to see a new fast casual style restaurant. Sometimes you want a nice bowl of pasta without having to sit down at a restaurant or make it yourself at home. Contrary to their name, I unfortunately was not wowed by what I tried. I understand that they have just opened so I hope they take the time to improve so they can live up to their potential. I ordered the half and half corn dog with the hot Cheetos add on, spicy chili garlic wonton noodle, and the creamy dreamy with shrimp. The corn dog was the only thing I enjoyed. The batter was light and crispy with the cheese nicely melted. The hot dog part itself was okay and didn't taste like the best quality hot dog you can get. For $5, this wasn't bad. The part that fell flat was the hot Cheetos option. Serving it in a bag is fun but a complete gimmick. They literally just stuck the regular corn dog in a bag of crushed hot Cheetos. The Cheetos weren't crushed fine enough so it didn't stick to the corn dog. This could be improved on if they blended the hot Cheetos in a food processor so it becomes a fine powder. They should coat the entirety of the corn dog in the powder (like they do at other Korean corn dog places) and still serve it in the bag with some more crushed up Cheetos in the bag. I would also like to see some housemade sauces for the corn dogs besides ketchup and mustard. I was disappointed by both noodle dishes. The noodles I see are made in house but the rest of the components are lackluster and not fresh. The "creamy dreamy" sauce is basically alfredo but a watered down version of it. It was very watery which led to a bland creamy sauce with no flavor or depth. I don't expect much from a cream sauce but it should be seasoned well or it just tastes like noodles cooked in heavy cream. The shrimp was tiny and definitely frozen. For $15 I would hope they used fresh or decently sized shrimp. The chili garlic wonton noodles were nothing special. It definitely had a kick at a medium spice level. The wontons were not good and tasted exactly like the frozen wontons you buy in bulk at Costco. The flavor profile just tasted like chili oil with a bit of sweetness. Needs a bit more balance of sweet, savory, and acidity so that it doesn't get so heavy. I was hoping for a lot better as someone who craves pasta often. I hope my constructive feedback can be used to improve their recipes and would love to give them another chance in the future. read more

My bf loves this place!! He doesn't crave any other pasta place except Wow Spaghetti :') I adore it too, we had takeout plenty of times. It's definitely a gem and everyone working there is so nice and informative. The bacon is the cherry on top. It's not super dry like breakfast diner style, it's thick and juicy almost! He gets: Spaghetti with meatballs, add bacon & parsley, medium spice and a bunch of garlic toasts I get: Rose (formerly Wow spaghetti), spaghetti w/ bacon (+ sometimes meatballs) & parsley, medium spicy Their portions are huge and super filling!! My only hope is they can allow us to separate the sauce (I keep forgetting to ask if they'd accomodate that). I have a smaller appetite and for carb-heavy foods, that means mine ends up as leftovers the next day - and it'd be nicer if it wasn't mixed in with the rose sauce. read more

WOW Spaghetti has potential. I've been here twice now and tried most things on the menu. My favorite item is the Cream Dreamy Chicken which is loaded with chicken so that is a big plus. The creaminess of the white sauce is a classic done just right and their pasta has a nice soft chewiness to it. This is something I wouldn't mind getting once a week because it hits the craving spot at a fair price. My only con was adding meatballs ($3 extra) because I wanted more protein. The meatball is about 2" wide and it's a pair for the $3 so $1.50 each. I don't think it is worth it for that price IMO. Spicy Chili Garlic With Mini Wontons - This was pretty good. It is definitely spicy as is so I caution anyone wanting to make it more spicy if you are not a super spicy eater. Maybe try it as is first then come back and get a higher heat next time. Love the amount of garlic they add in, I wish it was slightly saucier and not as dry- maybe some vinegar or something mixed in will give it a more balanced taste to combat the high heat. Just a preference. Spaghetti With Meatballs - I am not a fan of spaghetti but I figure why not try it at a place that literally has it in their name, maybe it'll convert me? Although it tasted pretty decent- I am still not a spaghetti person. I prefer creamier sauce than tomatoe-y tarty sauce. This was rendered in meat sauce and topped off with 2 meatballs. Sausage Mochi Dog - This was alright. Kinda wish they had more sauce options instead of just ketchup and mustard packets. Other Korean corn dog places have special sauces they mix and that is what makes it unique is the assortment of dipping sauces. The mochi dog itself didn't really stand out and it was a lot skinnier than most other places so there's that. Like I mentioned at the start of this review- this place has potential. They've changed the menu to many times. I came when they had korean corn dogs too and it was my favorite i town. Since they remove it I haven't really been back. They offer a fresh pasta concept where you're getting quality food for a fair price. The flour is imported and it's BEST eaten right away. Spoke with the owner and he wanted to give the US a quick fast, affordable noodle dish like they do in Asia. Where you can stand eat and go. That's why the portions are smaller than most pasta places. I actually prefer it. I think it's a fair size. Other places are overserving and that's why America is obese. Because it was that good, I want to buy it again on Monday, but of course I remember they closed in Monday :( So today, Tuesday, I went back and order the creamy dreamy chicken w/ medium of spicy level, garnish w/ Wow Way, and garlic bread, which I believe they just added on the menu board, cuz I dont remember seeing or asked on Sunday. So its good that they are still adding on, or adjusting with the customer demand/want. But just a suggestion, the creamy dreamy chicken on Sunday and today was not the same. Like I mentioned the sauce was very generous, but today, not so much. Just enough to cover the pasta. So, maybe be more consistent with the measurement of the ingredients, so we get the same taste and flavor and amount in every orders? Because I really like the pasta and the sauce... Has about 4/5 tables, decor is very simple red/white color, and has kid friendly seating. Their sauces are seasoned, pasta flavor is excellent and texture is great, but their protein may need some work. The management whom I think was management in back of house was very nice due to an issue we had with our order and gave us a hand written gift card for a meal when we come back.
