    Breezy duo, Longanisa
    Anthony G.

Had this cute Filipino spot in rodeo 39 and it exceeded my expectations! The longanisa was so good and the portion was great for what you pay for. I was kind of skeptical about the longanisa because I grew up eating it so I'm picky when it comes to it, but I know for sure I will be coming back here for more of it. Solid spot all around.

This is my boyfriend and I's 2nd time coming to rodeo 39 just to eat at Lil Breezy. While we were ordering we were greeted by the owner, who was so welcoming and helpful when we were deciding what to get. We really enjoy their Breezy plates and have tried the Longanisa, Short Ribs, and Pork Adobo, but we always come back for the Longanisa. We also tried their Garlic Soy Wings this time around and really enjoyed their crispiness and flavor as well. Overall I would definitely recommend to stop by to get your filipino food cravings satisfied by an amazing staff.

Pork Adobo Breakfast Burrito and side of tallow fries!

We ordered a breakfast adobo burrito and Tallow fries... and it was bomb! Service was quick, and the location had lots of seating and was not too loud! There are so many things I want to try on the menu! So we will definitely be back and we will definitely refer people to try it out!

Hidden gem alert! I stumbled upon Lil' Breezy after driving by Beach Blvd and spotting Rodeo 39. A quick Yelp search told me it was a public market, so we decided to check it out -- and tucked away in the back corner was Lil' Breezy, a Filipino-Hawaiian fusion spot and it happened to be opening day! I hadn't been to their main restaurant, Breezy, but after this experience, I definitely will. I ordered their Jax Loco Moco, and let me just say -- I've been to Maui and Oahu and have tried many, many, many loco mocos across the islands... and this was hands-down the best I've ever had. The flavors, the texture, the balance of the gravy and the perfectly cooked egg -- everything was spot on. The gravy was definitely the MVP of the dish. So happy to have discovered this place. The food, the vibe, and the friendly energy made it such a great experience. Can't wait to come back and try their Ube French Toast for breakfast next time!

First time trying lil breezy today and it didn't disappoint. We had the chicken strips with tallow fries, loco moco, and the ube French toast. It was all soo good! That service was great. The ambiance is very modern and upscale! Totally recommend!

Gabby did a great job describing this unique restaurant. The Lolo's Garlic Soy Wings are tasty! They are made fresh to order and the crispy batter is awesome. I can tell they were fried in fresh clean oil. I would love to come back and try something else. The Tallo Fries are cooked in beef fat.

Service was 20/10, chicken was seasoned AMAZINGLY, garlic rice was fire, salad was on point. Come here for sure for some good eats. My only semi-negative thing that I can say is that for the price the serving isn't thaaaat great. But still gets the job done I'm def not HUNGRY after finishing this.

Much needed Filipino punch for the area! Already loved their San Juan location and this made it even easier for my faves - be sure to try their Adobo Burrito and they've even got a few specials in collaboration with the bar in Rodeo too. Definitely a must try for some brunch faves with a twist

i tried the pork adobo breakfast burrito (14.99) and it paired well with salsa verde. there was a good balance of each ingredient, with very tender pork. i would have preferred the rice to be a little less mushy, but overall was yummy. i would order it again.

Amazing presentation, great crew, excellent service, perfect taste. The meat is juicy and the sauce is a perfect fit!

Came in here on a Sunday, and surprised that a lot of shops at Rodeo 39 have closed down. I got the Kainoa Smash Burger! It was absolutely incredible, it had caramelized onions, pickles, and cheddar. It came with a side of tallow fries, which if you don't know are french fries cooked in beef tallow! It was only $9.99 which is super cheap in this economy. Everything is made fresh to order. The workers put our food away in very nice tupperware and napkins and the appropriate utensils and condiments. My boyfriend got the Island Chicken Bowl and he really enjoyed his food and it came with a side salad that had an orange vinagrette which was incredibly tasty!!!

    Ube French Toast, the best!

Ordered some Grubhub for carry out but ended up eating in the restaurant. We ordered the beef tapsilog bowl, and pork adobo bowl. The order was it ready when we arrived. But didn't take long for them to prepare a fresh plate. Maybe 10 minutes. The service was friendly and we even got some wonton sabao bowls as well. Food: the food hit the spot for my craving. My wife also enjoyed the meal as well! Portion size was good for the price with over 2 and a half cups of rice per serving from my estimate and ample meat for each dish as well. We definitely will come back and try some other dishes like pork sisig etc. They also have a section for food that's already prepared, though we didn't partake in those. Overall 4.5, only negative was the order from Grubhub was not ready as quoted.

Average space in the sense it's rectangular & like any mom/pop hole in the wall. You step in, tables to your right going all the way back, & left front side has cash register, sweets display, & water dispenser while the rest of the left was the kitchen. Menu was straightforward but could benefit from having a description in case you're not familiar (like my BF). * Service: the reason I'm docking by 1 star. The lady was nice, but not very attentive, & it wasn't like it was busy. We needed to ask or follow up on 2-3 things. My BF was eyeing some dessert when we were first ordering but she didn't try to sell it to us ‍ * Food: surprisingly good as it was both our first time there. He got the adobo bowl & the chicken was tender/juicy & pretty much fell off the bone. I got the tocino plate & the meat was flavorful with just the right amount of garlic in the rice. We also got one chicken skewer & one pork skewer, which was a bit smaller than I'm used to but the smoky flavor & tenderness was spot on. My only issue was the portion compared to the price. * Final Thoughts: mom/pop Filipino food that is great on flavor but leaves something to be desired with customer service. Would recommend & will return again for the food. * Final Grade: B+ or 8.5/10

They have decent breakfast and lunch selections. I went with the two item combo but we actually wanted three items, so I got a small size of the sinigang. Other than the combo options, they do not have any posted prices of aka carte items or the prices of the individual small, medium and large containers. I asked how much a small is and the guy said it depends on the item. They should just have a set price on the S,M,L containers. Anyway I got the two item combo with Lechon Kawali and the tofu & Pork ears along with the small sinigang. When I went to pay it was $29.70. I should have questioned it, but instead I asked for a receipt. That didn't do any good because all they gave me was the charge receipt and not itemized. Later when the line dwindled down I asked again how much the small sinigang was and why did my $15.49 combo become almost $30.00? She said the small sinigang was $10.79. If I knew how much they were charging me I could have just ordered two of the two item combos or a single item combo and for about the same price I paid, I would have gotten more. That's Filipino service for you. If they cared about their customers, the lady could have suggested to just order a combo instead of the individual entree and I would get more value for the similar price. If there's a next time, I know what to do. If they aren't going to advice customers of the price because they don't show it posted for us to see, then I'll ask them for the price of each item and see if they get annoyed with me. The other annoying thing that happened is she asked if we were eating it there or to go and I said we would eat it there so she gave us one plastic fork and one spoon. The annoying thing is you have to go back to the counter and the line was so long and the two people there were both serving the customers ordering food, so I hate to be rude but I had to cut them off and say you only gave me one set of silverware, I need another. Also the other reason we don't eat here too often is they are only open six days a week and only from 7:00am to 2:00 pm each day.
