Tried lil breezy for the first time because a friend recommended it. It's located inside Rodeo39. You order and then they'll text you when your order is ready. I came on a Sunday around 11:30 am and there were plenty of seats inside Rodeo39. I tried the smashed burger and fries. The burger was pretty good. It def tastes better than how it looks haha. The fries were perfectly cooked as well! I need to come back to try their Ube French toast and other items!
Place Looked Very cool, Staff was Nice... Menu, Lights, decor etc... Love to support Local... wanted to try out da Ube style French toast... waited Awhile... considering dis Place was packed... it was understandable... French toast came in a Very Nice decorative bag... stylish For sure! Props ... Love it! But For da French Toast it Was piping Hot ripping with Hot oil... as you tried to chew, it just burns up yur Mouth lol ... ube sauce/Foam was great but you Need @ Least 3 of them to cut the cholesterol... of the Hot oil going Down yur Arteries! Dis dish reminded me Of Burger King's French Toast Sticks in Hawaii LoL! But this One was Super Krunchey and Burnt, Hard to eat... around... just da Middle portion is edible... Threw Away the Rest and just kept the cool bag... OooH well I should Have gotten da Kalbi plate i guess... good job though... Awesome Spot,,, French Toast I Prefer Pan Fried vs. HellaH deeeep Pried!!! Good Luck Fam! It's a 2.8 Star For Me ... Hopefully we can Turn it Around Next Trip! ALoHA!!!
Was looking for this for awhile and was abit disappointed in the foods. It wasn't that bad nor that good, it was just okey and either under seasoned or too much of the sweet gravy over the rice. Located in the left corner in Rodeo 39 Stanton and it was nice and clean with good varies dishes. Staff are nice and friendly. Easy order and they texted once the foods are done for pickup. Dine-in among the community seating area. The foods are looking great and inviting, we ordered Jax Loco Moco & the Breezy Does It. Portion is great for the prices but the Breezy does it wasn't does it well at all. The rib was not favorable nor well marinated, abit chewy, the sausage is way too sweet for my taste, the shrimp was greatly cooked and the potatoes salad was also good. As for the Loco Mono, just too heavy on the sauce and tastes abit fatty (which is good but too much is overwhelming). The meat is good. Overall, it was okey foods.

OMG what a delicious find!!!! I had the Pork Adobo and my friend had the steak. We both had garlic fried rice and the Mac salad. It was all delicious. I do have to say that I took some leftovers home and my adobo and rice was even better the next day. I can't wait to go back. I just wish they had lumpia on their menu.....maybe one day
Ordered The Breezy duo with Honey Basil Ribeye, Grilled Garlic Lemon Prawns and garlic rice. The rice was heavy on the pepper and a mild taste of garlic. Still really good. Ribeye was dry and a bit rough. It had bits of gristle. Heavy soy sauce taste; it doesn't feel like honey and basil. Bit into a sugar crystal. The prawns are grilled with garlic butter and a lemon on the side. Cooked nicely. Also got the Smash burger. Its good but nothing spectacular. Don't really taste the house sauce. The side of fries are crispy and soft on the inside. Its a good price for burger and fries; $10. Decent experience, however, there's some room for improvement. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Lots of seating area and there's a DJ on the weekends.

Great food! Friendly server. I had the garlic prawns plate. It was delicious with big prawns loaded with garlic. Just like in Hawaii. My kids each got the loco moco and loved it too.
The soy garlic wings were probably my favorite thing here. We also got the loco moco and a 3-item combo. It wasn't bad, but it definitely feels like the food is catered toward a white demographic. The potato salad lacked flavor, and the chicken adobo was just okay. The Filipino chicken was good, but the longanisa tasted store-bought. Even the garlic rice tasted like it was seasoned with garlic powder instead of actual garlic. The loco moco had the same issue, it just lacked flavor. The gravy tasted more like a penne pasta sauce than an actual gravy, and while the patty was a substantial size, it was dry and unseasoned. Overall, the menu is just catered to a very American palate.
This is a new filo-hawaiian spot in Rodeo 39, located in the left corner by the bathroom. They have rice bowls with longanisa, ribeye, and even shrimp. But the one that caught my attention was the loco moco which comes with rice and egg. This was actually surprisingly good, and I highly recommend it for anyone trying this spot for the first time. A quick Yelp search told me it was a public market, so we decided to check it out -- and tucked away in the back corner was Lil' Breezy, a Filipino-Hawaiian fusion spot and it happened to be opening day! I hadn't been to their main restaurant, Breezy, but after this experience, I definitely will. I ordered their Jax Loco Moco, and let me just say -- I've been to Maui and Oahu and have tried many, many, many loco mocos across the islands... and this was hands-down the best I've ever had. The flavors, the texture, the balance of the gravy and the perfectly cooked egg -- everything was spot on. The gravy was definitely the MVP of the dish. So happy to have discovered this place. The food, the vibe, and the friendly energy made it such a great experience. Can't wait to come back and try their Ube French Toast for breakfast next time!
The shaved ice was amazing! We found this location off of TikTok and it did not disappoint. Very refreshing and taste was top notch!

If you are looking for the best shave ice, closest thing to Hawaii, look no further. Legitimately would compete with delicious natural flavors and perfect balance of sweetness that left us wanting more. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to random strangers because it's that good! 10/10 read more

Ok, it's pricey but good. :) This place is a fusion of both Hawaiian food and Filipino food. Was greeted by the cashier. She was friendly. Ordered a loco moco and a breezy special with 3 meats. The choices I have picked out was chicken, longonisa, and Korean short ribs. Waited a good 15 mins to receive our food. We actually had a good view at the cook that was preparing our order. I hardly see my food being prepared, felt weird but intimate. They serve you a good amount. Not to much not too little, just right. The quality of food is superb. Great presentation! The food itself is delicious. I recommend this place to eat filipino food. There are alot of Asian eats in the surrounding food court. This has got to be a choice to try out. Located inside rodeo. Smash burger and tallow fries for 9.99 caught my eye. Fries were great. Burger was ok for the price can't beat it The combo plate breezy does it. Was just ok to me. My wife brought me here, and we absolutely loved the food! We also visited their other location, the San Juan Capistrano Breezy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful tasting food there as well. The hospitality here is absolutely grade A, and we were continually impressed by their highly attentive service throughout our meal. Every dish was fantastic, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it even better. I really wish they'd open a location near our place in Irvine!! Delicious food. Next time we try the shaved ice. read more

From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome, and the food absolutely lived up to the hospitality. I ordered the Breezy Does it, which lets you choose three proteins. I went with the garlic prawns, short ribs, and longanisa, and each one was outstanding. The garlic prawns were packed with flavor, the short ribs were tender, and the longanisa had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. We also ordered the Loco Moco, and the gravy isn't your typical brown gravy--which is what makes it even better. It has its own unique flavor that complements the dish perfectly and really sets it apart from the standard version. The beef tallow fries speak for themselves. They're perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with that rich beef tallow flavor that makes them incredibly addictive. For dessert, we had the Lowtide Breeze--shaved ice nestled over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Every bite took me back to my trip to Hawaii. The flavors felt authentic, the quality was top-notch, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Gabby did a great job describing this unique restaurant. The Lolo's Garlic Soy Wings are tasty! They are made fresh to order and the crispy batter is awesome. I can tell they were fried in fresh clean oil. I would love to come back and try something else. The Tallo Fries are cooked in beef fat. read more

This is my boyfriend and I's 2nd time coming to rodeo 39 just to eat at Lil Breezy. While we were ordering we were greeted by the owner, who was so welcoming and helpful when we were deciding what to get. We really enjoy their Breezy plates and have tried the Longanisa, Short Ribs, and Pork Adobo, but we always come back for the Longanisa. We also tried their Garlic Soy Wings this time around and really enjoyed their crispiness and flavor as well. Overall I would definitely recommend to stop by to get your filipino food cravings satisfied by an amazing staff. read more

Had this cute Filipino spot in rodeo 39 and it exceeded my expectations! The longanisa was so good and the portion was great for what you pay for. I was kind of skeptical about the longanisa because I grew up eating it so I'm picky when it comes to it, but I know for sure I will be coming back here for more of it. i tried the pork adobo breakfast burrito (14.99) and it paired well with salsa verde. there was a good balance of each ingredient, with very tender pork. i would have preferred the rice to be a little less mushy, but overall was yummy. i would order it again. read more

I ordered Breezy plate with three protein. I was surprised to see how small the portions were. The bbq chicken tasted great, but the rib eye was overcooked and hard to chew. Overall, the food twas okay, but the portion of protein I received was truly a waste of money! I was still hungry after eating it. Very disappointed read more

Service was 20/10, chicken was seasoned AMAZINGLY, garlic rice was fire, salad was on point. Come here for sure for some good eats. My only semi-negative thing that I can say is that for the price the serving isn't thaaaat great. But still gets the job done I'm def not HUNGRY after finishing this. read more

Came in here on a Sunday, and surprised that a lot of shops at Rodeo 39 have closed down. I got the Kainoa Smash Burger! It was absolutely incredible, it had caramelized onions, pickles, and cheddar. It came with a side of tallow fries, which if you don't know are french fries cooked in beef tallow! It was only $9.99 which is super cheap in this economy. Everything is made fresh to order. The workers put our food away in very nice tupperware and napkins and the appropriate utensils and condiments. My boyfriend got the Island Chicken Bowl and he really enjoyed his food and it came with a side salad that had an orange vinagrette which was incredibly tasty!!! read more
