We wanted to try something new so we gave this place a shot. Public parking available and you have to pay at the kiosk so keep that in mind. We walked up to the cool container looking venue and as we walked up to the hostes area there was no one standing there. We had to walk up to a server to ask if it was self seating, they proceeded to say yes so we sat ourselves. We sat on the upper level over looking the beach. Music playing a little loud but you could still hold a conversation. Now, what I was not a fan of was that you scan a bar code to look at the menu. You then have to place your order over the phone and tip and pay before you even get service. I was not a fan of this method. How do you tip on service you have not had? Not only that, who carries cash now a days if you didn't want to tip as you placed your order. We asked a server that was bringing food to a table if that was the way to order and she said yes. Reason being they have had tables walk out on them without paying their bill. I get it, but it was annoying that service was ran that way. We proceed to look over the menu on our phone and placed our order all at once hoping drinks came out first then the appetizer followed by the main course, but it does not really work out that well. We placed our order and drinks came out first which is a plus but the appetizer and main dishes all come out together. Gaucho Hazy IPA - Can never go wrong with a hazy IPA. comes in a can so they bring out glass to go with it. Nice citrizy yet very lite and not such a punch to the face like other IPAs. Went down smooth and refreshing. Calamari - Deep-fried calamari with lemon aioli, olives, almonds, and grilled lemon. This was fried perfectly and good. The bonus was the fried olives that came on this plate. Could have used a little more of those. Seasoned well and had a nice crunch. Lobster Roll - Lobster meat mixed with creamy mayo guacamole served on a brioche roll with black bean spread with a side of fries. Roll was nice and toasted with that creamy mayo and tender lobster meat was a good contrast. Fries were good. They were hot and had a nice outer crunch with a chewy center. Can't go wrong with a good fry. Gaucho Salad - Romaine napa cabbage, blue cheese, almonds, raisins, bacon vinaigrette. This salad had a lot of potential to be great but it was just ok. Needed salt to balance out the place. It really needed more of everything. Needed more blue cheese, almonds, raisons and of course they need to crumble more bacon on this salad. We did add shrimp to the salad that was cooked perfectly and added a bit more to the salad. The experience was ok and food was good but not sure we would be back. If you are around the area give this place a shot. Stay hungry my friends. read more

Came today and put our number down and told it would be about a 45 minute wait. Never got a text but the girl with the sunglasses seemed confused on how to use the tablet. We finally went to see how much loner it would be to find MULTIPLE TABLES OPEN and was seated as soon as we walked up and many people were being seated upon arrival so had we not went up there who knows how long we would've been waiting for. After being seated it took a minute to get service. Our food came and our beverages were never delivered till we asked for them. Usually you get your drinks before you even get your food. Server was all over the place and didn't come to see if anything was needed but in general the staff seems to be all over the place leaving you with a feeling that the establishment just doesn't have a good flow of how the service should go. Vibes are decent. Staff are friendly. I had a lobster roll and it was good. Food overall is good. Like 5/5. Cocktails are really good. The bar staff hustled their behinds off! This one girl at the bar was working really hard and moving fast. She seemed like a bar manager The weird thing about this place is the open seating concept. Disclosure: they were hosting a wedding on the top floor so it was really busy. However, the open seating concept was rough. People were walking in from different sides trying to get tables, while others had been waiting longer. I watched a family of 4 stand near a table and had to wait 10 minutes before it was cleaned. There wasn't designated wait staff? So you had to order on the app or QR code. But if you had a menu you had wait staff? We sat at the bar and my mother in law waited 45 minutes for her meal. We all finished by the time she got her meal. The family of 4 I mentioned got food before her Good beach concept. But they need to figure out logistics. Are they serving people with wait staff? Are they not? Why is the kitchen disorganized? I'm hopeful they'll improve so I'll return and give them another shot read more

We roll up on our bikes whenever we hit the boardwalk on the weekends. The to go spot has amazing beers for only $8. Order at the main restaurant from QR code on table. Great cocktails, guacamole and burger. Need to try more of the menu! The playground/park Nextdoor has been cleared of all the encampments and riff raff. Security at the front keeps a close eye on EVERYTHING. Grab a beer and a soft serve cone and treat yourself to a ride down the roller-slide at the playground. Trust me. I have to share my experience at this horrible place. As my friends looked to me to find a restaurant before we went to Daytrip in LB. I found this restaurant and as showing up with my friends, the food and drinks were shit. The drinks were expensive and the food did not taste good. The waiter was confused the whole time and forgot about our drinks a numerous amount of times. As they kept coming over with the wrong food and drinks, and we kept turning the waiter down cuz it wasn't our food or drinks. We were in a rush as we had to leave to go to the restaurant and took a pic of the bill for reference. I paid for the bill nearly $400. As looking at my bill as it went through a couple days later. I GOT CHARGED ALL THE FOOD THAT THE WAITER WAS BRINGING OVER. ILL SAY THAT AGAIN, ALL THE FOOD AND DRINKS THAT WE TURNED DOWN. I called the restaurant over 20 times 2 days later, I then called a numerous amount the 3rd day as finally someone picked up. I talked to the lady and the manager and told them as I didn't order the items on the bill and he said I would be refunded. NEVER got refunded and the restaurant has the nerve to send a signed receipt of my signature to my credit card. The unbelievable amount of disrespect from this restaurant is HORRIBLE. Never got a call back about getting a refunded for the stuff I didn't even order. It's unbelievable and horrible. I will write my review to all social media of this horrible customer service. They deserve to be SHUT DOWN. I have never experienced such horrible service, environment, disrespect, and disgusting food. read more
