The chicken parm is so good! It's crispy , great texture and flavor. Best we have had in denver. We struggle to find good Italian in denver and this might be the best we have had in a while. Nevertheless if this was in the tri state area, it would not be this hard to get a table bc it's easier to find solid delicious Italian . Service was good and very warm. The room is busy and loud but, old school style. The spicy ala vodka was good- not the best I've had but nice, homemade pasta. Focaccia was delicious. Prices are high but at least the food was really good. Room is small and tough to get a reservation. They have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy which stunk as I was not feeling great the night before and they said they would charge us 50pp if we cancelled when we reached out that morning. Wonder if this is necessary since they turned away people who walked in. I think a 4 hour cancellation policy is a little fairer. Nevertheless we went and I was able to enjoy myself. I first tried to go to Florence on my birthday in June. We got there shortly after it opened, but we were told that we could come back at 8:45 which didn't work for us. I'm moving out of state and couldn't snag a reservation so I heard if you show up before they open, you can get it. The restaurant opens at 5:00 and we got there at 4:15. About 15 minutes later, a father and son showed up. At 5 o'clock, the host opened the doors and told everyone that they would seat reservations first. My friend and I were standing in the doorway and the male host looks completely through us as if we were ghosts and goes to the father and son and ask them to come with him. They informed him that we were actually next, and he sat us at the bar. While sitting at the bar, I noticed that the same male host, sat the father and son at a booth. While the bar has a great atmosphere, a lovely bartender and comfortable seats I couldn't help but think that it was rather odd that even though we got there at 4:15, we're first in line and waited 45 minutes, that the two men behind us were seated at a preferred table. I asked the bartender if she knew why they were given a table over us and she didn't so she went to get the host to talk to us. The host said that they had tried to dine at the restaurant the previous night and weren't able to get in so the chef recognized them and wanted to give them the table of a canceled reservation so that they could have a special experience. I let the host know that I have also tried to dine at this restaurant, but was unable to get in and that this was my bucket list restaurant before I moved out of state. I let him know that we had gotten there at 4:15 to ensure that we were able to get a seat. I also let him know that the optics of the situation had a tone of misogyny where two women who were first in line were overlooked and two men were given the better table. He assured me that wasn't the case and that the chef just wanted the two men to have a nice meal. Honestly, I wish that we just left and walked out because it was incredibly uncomfortable. I noticed who I thought was probably the manager behind the bar working throughout the night and assumed that somebody would come over and apologize, however, that never happened. Our lovely bartender Cassie, who is absolutely incredible the entire night didn't even know what had happened, but knew that something was off so she gave us a piece of cheesecake which was a very lovely gesture. Given the owners response on Google I stand by the concerns of misogyny and found it to be pretty toxic. Also it's not about the booth vs bar, but I'll update this when he responds. I will start by saying I don't think I'm the target audience of this type of restaurant. It's American-Italian which in my mind is more casual and basic while I prefer a more elevated Italian spot. Nonetheless I had to try and see what all the hype was about. While all the food we had was good, the service great, and the portions fair, the prices are too expensive for this type of food. My husband (who is Italian) said the food reminded him of the restaurant he grew up going to in a small, very Italian, town but it was a large and affordable restaurant where immigrant families gathered. The prices here are also about 25-30% more a dish than listed online which is an outdated menu (they don't currently have lasagna either). For a restaurant that opened less than a year ago, it seems crazy for the prices to have gone up that much and it seems like they raised the prices simply because they knew they could with the high demand. Our favorite was the veal Parmesan (it's listed as chicken parm on the menu but for a $4 up charge you can sub for veal) which was crispy, cheesy and saucy with tender meat. The spicy rigatoni alla vodka was fine but nothing earth shattering. Their giant meatball was nice and moist. I mistakenly ordered the broccoli rabe thinking it was like broccolini, but it's actually rapini, a bitter vegetable I'm not a big fan of (but on me for not realizing). I set notifications on open table and scored a reservation on my birthday. They brought out complimentary bubbles and wished me happy birthday on numerous occasions which was a nice touch. Definitely one of my favorite Italian spots in Denver! Service is impeccable and the inside is dim lit and romantic for a date night or fun girls night! Most important thing to be aware of for this restaurant is the reservations are competitive. Get online at midnight 30 days in advance to have a shot. The servers were super friendly in person and gave a great walk through of the menu. We started with some cocktails and I got the ruby red which was a little sweet and tart- fantastic. The stars of the whole meal were the Caesar salad and focaccia. The Caesar was loaded with Parmesan and I would come back for that alone. The pasta was delectable- particularly the squash special. While it's not the best pasta dish I've had in Denver, still very enjoyable. The key lime pie was dessert and was super creamy and tart. It came out a wee bit melted but still so good. Among the hardest reservations to snag in the Denver metro. Is it worth it? Yes! Is it the best Italian food I've ever had? Probably not. This establishment under the Odell family does it exactly what you would expect provide an upscale Italian, old world opulence type of experience with flavorful borderline inventive take on classical Italian food. The standouts were the drinks, strong flavorful and not too sweet a pet peeve of mine. The cod fish was incredible - buttery and flavorful. Probably the best cooked fish that I've had in Denver. The spicy rigatoni was nice, similar to carbones recipe but not quite as rich. Couple minor points of improvement: would be nice to squeeze some floral arrangements in the corners of the restaurant. Also, a dessert cart would've been a nice add. Finally - bathroom cleanliness, at this price point that should be a consistent check. Since this is so difficult to get reservations, a friend and I decided to wait in line for when they opened and try our luck for bar seating. There were probably 20 people in line when they opened, but some of those people had reservations. There are 10 bar seats and we were lucky to get two. If you can't make it at 5, trying again around 6 when the first bar seats start leaving might work. I got the pear cocktail that was good. We shared a very large Caesar which we couldn't finish. WOW is this place hard to get a reservation at! It took us about 1-1.5 months to get one and finally got one on a Wednesday night. Once we showed up, we realized why - there are literally less than than 15 tables. Between two of us we shared the caesar salad, focaccia bread, burrata, and the vodka pasta. The caesar salad and focaccia bread were delicious! The burrata was neither of our favorite burrata we've had - it was very acidic and vinegar-y, likely due to the tomatoes being pickled which we found to be odd, and had we known this, likely would not have ordered it as it was not a typical burrata. The vodka pasta was great, it had a perfect level of spice to it, and was so saucy each noodle exploded in your mouth and was great. This is hands down my favorite Italian food I've had in Denver. It's classic, comforting, and feels like a warm nonna hug in the best way possible. Florence Supper Club comes from the team behind Odell's Bagels, which already had my trust, and they absolutely delivered here. This is classic Italian done with care, intention, and just the right amount of polish. Nothing feels overworked. Everything feels right. We ordered a lot of the menu and honestly, I was going to narrow it down to favorite bites, but I loved everything. Every dish hit. We were so excited to try this restaurant and were so bummed at the experience. No kidding, it took 40 minutes just to get our drinks. We had three tables sat after ours and they received their drinks AND some apps before we got our first round of cocktails. I saw reviews talking about alleged New York-levels of Italian food from Florence, especially their chicken parmigiana (a high bar indeed, but certainly worthy of my attention, given my experience with eating there for years). Florence isn't big but it's cozy. A little loud but they were busy and that's a good problem to have. The Caesar salad was great and easily fed two of us! The romaine was well coated with a thick, delicious dressing that wasn't going anywhere. The chicken parmigiana didn't come with pasta so we asked if it were possible to get some. They had spaghetti marinara (not on their menu) that we could order so we did. We liked the sauce. It was delicious and not too watery. As far as the main entree itself went, one piece of chicken parmigiana easily fed two people... The breast was butterflied and the size of the plate, too! It looked amazing, smelled wonderful and I couldn't wait to cut into it and put a piece into my mouth... ...and that's when I noticed my knife COULDN'T cut into it... Yep... You can probably what happened next... It was chewy and a little bit dried out. It wasn't enjoyable at all and couldn't be saved by the sauce. How utterly disappointing. This was such an unexpected delight. I reserved our spot on Open Table, completely blind (just thought something called a Supper Club sounded a little romantic) about a month ago. We arrived to a very old school Italian spot. Every wall and ceiling is painted red, there are red and white checked linens on the tables and black tufted leather/pleather booths. Verrrry old school. We were given a pretty tight menu... only four options per section, and about a dozen cocktails to pick from. The amaretto sour I got was delicious and my husband had no complaints on his old fashioned. The waiter said he honestly loved everything on the menu (and that this was the first time in his 20 years of waiting tables where he could say that). OK. Meanwhile, I'm seeing these plates of impressive bread and cased salad come out, so we ordered one of each. The bread was insane, as was the hulking heap of caesar salad (tons of finely grated Parmesan). We cleaned our plates. The Caesar dressing was lovely... decent bit of garlic but still tangy and complex. We ordered the chicken parm and the spicy rigatoni for dinner and the deliciousness continued. The chicken was tender, delicately breaded and was enough for three people. Doesn't come with pasta, which was where the spicy rigatoni came to the rescue. The pasta was obviously fresh but the hero was the sauce... rich and well rounded with the perfect amount of heat. Service was impeccable and the vibe was professional but unrushed. Just the perfect evening. We got the recommended cheesecake to go, and that was also perfection. Light and yet complex... very unlike cheesecake, but in its own way, perfectly cheesecake. We will definitely come back. Intimate, perfect renditions of the classics, and confident in every single thing on the menu. So well done. After going somewhat viral, a girlfriend of mine and I decided to try this place out. We booked our table over a week in advance, 5pm for 2 people, as there was no options for a later time, sooner date, or more people. There is street parking, a good amount of it, but if it is full, it could be a little walk. Inside has a sultry, New York style atmosphere, with an old-fashioned jazz club feel, brick walls, dim lighting with ornate lamps. Our server, Molly was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. There is no cell reception or Wi-Fi in the restaurant, at least for us, so we were unable to check out photos of the dishes to help us choose. She went through all of the items on the menu, specifying details about Ones with unique naming or ingredients and giving her recommendations. We decided to start with the focaccia and olive oil, as well as a meatball. The focaccia was delicious, perfectly oily and salty, a real experience on the palate. The meatball was OK, I asked for ricotta on the side, but they didn't have any so they brought extra Parmesan. I felt like it could've benefited from the cold fresh creaminess of some ricotta, and I thought the meatball was good but not great. We knew we wanted to try the spicy pasta alla vodka, we had seen videos of it looking delicious and creamy. The flavors were indeed delicious, but there should have been more sauce. We actually let Molly know this as she was clearing our plates, just as a word of recommendation for next time, and she came back later and mentioned they were taking it off our bill. Even though we Tried to insist that was not our intention, they were so kind and adamant that we not pay for it unless we enjoy every dish fully. We also had the lasagna, again I felt like the flavors were really good, but the texture was lacking, there was no gooey cheesiness between the pasta layers to tie in the dish. The service by our waiter was outstanding / I forgot his name - Eli maybe . Great guy who said he's been there since the opening in December 2025 which we were surprised by because the place looks like an old school Italian joint. The food was delicious and well thought out. The menu was small but offered enough options, it was hard to choose and the chef made an off menu item for one in our party. We tried the cheesecake and key lime pie for dessert - highly recommend both but the key lime was absolutely the best I've ever had. It had some sort of toasted meringue on top that was out of this world delicious. . Before we left, I made reservations for our next visit which isn't until May! . I was last here just after they opened in late December. Then in February I tried to make another reservation, but the earliest I could get was April 1st at 5pm. I sat at the bar for a different perspective and was served by Billy R. She/her was nice. I noticed a few items had left the menu and most food items increased in price by up to $4 including drinks. I started with a proper Negroni. Then their large house salad and house-made Foccacia bread and olive oil. Great salad and bread. I got a cup of olive oil. Next was the Chicken Parmesan. A truly massive entree ($36). I ate half and took the rest home with 1 slice of Foccacia. I paired a glass of Northern Italian white wine with my entree. Lots of food, but I wanted dessert.
