We had an amazing time at happy hour! They have such good deals and our waiter was awesome! We will be back! The happy hour food was really yummy, we got the ricotta & flatbread.

We came for dinner and enjoyed the patio so much. We had the flat bread, burrata and brussels sprouts. The happy hour deals are great. Tyler was our server and he was excellent. We plan to come back!

We had a group of 14 come in for dinner and ordered many dishes which I tried many of: Cocktails - 3/5: I had a whiskey sour and old fashioned. I think they used demerara in both which gave a carmel flavor that I didn't appreciate. Burrata - 4/5: The fresh mozzarella texture was more like a whipped cream cheese than an oozing cream that I had expected but still delicious when paired with the excellent bread. Calamari - 3/5: The plate we got was all rings and no tentacles. Breading was a little heavy and not as crispy as I would have wanted. Salad - 4/5: We tried the caesar, arugula, pear and beet salads. I enjoyed all of them *Pork* Osso Bucco - 1/5: A huge disappointment. Firstly, it isn't a tender crosscut of veal shank but rather a pork shank. I like pork shanks but this one which was was tough, dry, and stringy. The sauce was overly sweet sweet. On the bright side the creamy risoto and broccolini were well executed. My father ordered the same dish and his was the same. Buccatini Carbonara - 3/5: It was okay but didn't taste authentic to me. The color was too light so I think they used heavy cream instead of only egg yolks and parmesan cheese. Chicken Parm - 4/5: This dish is massive! The chicken was fairly moist, breading was crispy, red sauce tasted fresh, and there was plenty of cheese. Tiramisu - 4/5: Solid but I would have liked a higher ratio of lady fingers to cream. The server did a wonderful job of handling our large group so no complaints with the service. The ambiance was casual and laid back. Parking is valet only which is $15 with validation.

    Arugula salad with salmon

Like most restaurants in downtown Denver, the food is unmemorable. I came here for a lunch with co-workers and it was busier than I expected for a basement in Larimer Square. We made a reservation as we had a larger group, but probably fine to walk in without one for a smaller group on a weekday. Service was attentive and friendly but a bit slow. Portion sizes were huge, especially the sandwiches. I opted for an arugula salad with salmon, the salad itself was fresh though a bit overdressed, but the salmon I added on was overcooked and flavorless. I would recommend adding some sort of carb to this meal if you get a salad because I was hungry immediately after this meal. Overall an ok lunch spot if someone else is paying, the location is its biggest pro.

I've been here a couple of times recently, so will review both experiences. Our service was good both times. A friend and I came for the Sunday drag brunch and had an amazing time! The queens make it so fun and interactive and they were great about posing for pictures. It's not really an extensive brunch menu, but we got the bottomless mimosas, cinnamon rolls (wish you could buy a single and not just a four pack), and chicken and waffles, which were all great for brunch. Then a couple of weeks later, a friend and I sat on the patio on a beautiful afternoon. We just got drinks and shared the beet salad which I love. Our bill did get messed up that time though. They have automatic fees of 23% and are very clear on the bill that the mandatory service charge is not a gratuity.

Truly a stellar experience celebrating a friend's birthday... We came with a big group of about 10 people, and the staff handled it flawlessly--from the seating arrangements to the service, everything was smooth and well-organized. It's not always easy to find a place that can accommodate a large party while still delivering top-notch food and service, but they absolutely nailed it. The meal itself was outstanding. We started with a variety of fresh salads, which were crisp, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta dishes were a real highlight--each one cooked al dente and full of rich, authentic Italian flavor. The pizzas were just as impressive, with delicious crusts and fresh toppings that had everyone reaching for seconds -- the burrata is so good. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff remained attentive throughout the evening--even with a full table. They made sure drinks were topped up, courses came out in good time, and everyone felt well taken care of. If you're looking for genuine Italian cuisine and a place that can handle a crowd without sacrificing quality, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again! Note: There is a 22% mandatory service fee and the expectation of an additional tip.

Enjoyable Italian dinner on the patio with coworkers! Our waiter Josh was kind, attentive, well knowledgeable about the wine list and menu & we all enjoyed his service. We had a mix of cocktails and alcohol free spirits which was enjoyed by all. I enjoyed my refreshing Little Rickey which is a cucumber lavender lemonade & the short rib with potato gnocchi.

We sat outside, so cute. Service was excellent (Josh and Terry). Wine list was on point, I love a wine list that divides the wines by region. I got wild mushroom fusilli, it was amazing. We also got the ricotta and grilled bread appetizer, it was so good.

Food = 5, Service =3 Osteria Marco is located on larimer street downtown and they have outside and inside seating. We made a reservation which was great because we did not have to wait to be seated. The vibes and atmosphere were very vibrant which was really fun for a date night. When our food arrived, we were very pleased. The lobster pasta was very good but the wild mushroom dish was absolutely amazing!! As far as service, we were disappointed that the hostess didn't really acknowledge us when we arrived and never even made eye contact. However she was very fun and charismatic with her colleague who was talking to her. Also, with a 22% Creating Happy People fee for all orders, I would have expected a more prompt service experience at the table. We sat for while with empty glasses and it took awhile to take our orders each time.

We had a large group reservation at Osteria Marco, and the staff took great care of us. We enjoyed the platter with various cheese, crackers, meat. Burrata was delicious. For entree, I had one of their most popular pastas - the wild mushroom fusilli. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the mushroom sauce was creamy and flavorful. Conveniently located in Larimer Square.

We wanted a good dinner in a lively atmosphere. This place delivered. We ordered the burrata. It's not my favorite dish but even I was converted with this one. Just fabulously rich and dreamy. The mushroom fusilli and the bolognese were also pasta standouts. We all agreed these were terrific. And the butterscotch bread pudding was fantastic for dessert. Service was friendly and responsive and the underground room was surprisingly cozy. A winner.

We stumbled on this place while hopping around Larimer one afternoon and finally came back! The pasta was absolutely delicious. I knew what I wanted to eat before coming. We shad a ton of food. I got the lobster pasta and my guy ordered off of the restaurant week menu. He ordered the Caesar salad, mushroom pasta (my favorite), and eggplant parmesan. A few cocktails and some lemon cello to tie it all together. We had a corner table that was nice and cozy.

One of my Colorado friends recommended checking out this Italian restaurant while we were visiting Denver, and I'm so glad that we did! The restaurant is nestled in the heart of Larimer Square, a very popular outdoor square filled with restaurants and shops with rows of Colorado flags hung up with lights above the space -- definitely recommend this location (especially if you want some cute photos) if you're in town visiting! As for the restaurant itself, we chose indoor seating for our big group of 10, and the inside eating area is actually downstairs and underground, which gave it a unique speakeasy vibe! Our server was very accommodating and attentive for our large party, and we all truly enjoyed our food items! From the apps, the calamari and burrata were some of my favorites and I can see why their creamy sweet burrata is one of their most popular dishes! My Chicken Parmesan (two huge pieces of chicken by the way!) was perfectly crispy while still having a tender inside. I did was that the noodles that came with this dish had a lighter amount of sauce because the chicken itself already had plenty of it! The portion sizes for every dish were very generous so please be ready to share food or have plenty of leftovers haha! Huge shout-out to the establishment for being patient and accommodating to my larger party, and you made this one heck of a memorable experience for our group! :)

I recently decided that I am not going to live a gluten free lifestyle even if my 4th cousin from 23andme suggested that everyone on earth is gluten intolerant and there is a global conspiracy to poison us all with gluten ataxia. Starting with the bread, we were already impressed. The texture was perfect, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. There was another review that said it's not that great. Not sure what that persons problem is. I didn't know what to order so got the pasta rustica, a little marinara some ricotta. After that bread was brought over so we could dip into the already placed olive oil and vinegar that was on the table prior to sitting. We started with the calamari with was tasty but noticed the breading kept falling off the rings. I kept having to scoop the fallen breading out of the dipping sauce. For entrees, I got the mussels and linguine and my husband got the chicken piccata. Every mussel in my dish had meat in it which was nice but I felt like the overall dish was missing something as it was quite acidic tasting.. maybe some cream? The chicken piccata was pretty good, with mushrooms, artichokes, carrots, broccolini, and capers. My husband doesn't really like mushrooms or artichokes so I had a few bites of those and they were tasty. He said the dish reminded him of "old world piccata" and not the modern dish he was expecting of just chicken, capers, and pasta. But he said he did enjoy it. Service was slow and we did hear the next table have some complaints and their bill was comped. We did wait a bit between each course and for the server to appear for the bill. Overall, Odyssey restaurant was ok. The vibe is very cool as it is a converted home.

However, we ended up showing up an hour before our reservation hoping to just get seated and we got in right away. Cassey was our incredible waiter and he made the night very memorable. After learning it was our first time there, he very patiently walked us through the menu and how the restaurant generally worked with serving sizes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ambience was great and cozy. We sat on the patio and it was mildly windy but it still felt nice being kept away in a corner of downtown. Starting with the appetizers, you HAVE TO get the burrata with some bread. It's the perfect flavor combination with the texture of the bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious. The salad was also a really great refreshing balance with the heavier burrata and bread. It's such a simple salad with the most amazing flavors of pickled shallots, buttermilk dressing, and Parmesan. They truly have some of the best cheeses ever. For the mains, I got the lobster tagliatelle and my partner got the lamb rigatoni. We also got smashed potatoes to share with cheese. Everything was impeccable. I was hesitant to get the lobster dish because it's such a low chance that a lobster dish is actually going to taste as good because it's a very difficult dish to perfect but I can confidently say it's probably one of the best ones I've had. The tomato base sauce with celery and chile with the lobster is the perfect combination. I do have to say a DISCLAIMER if you're not good with spicy food it's not for you. It has a pretty strong kick throughout the eating process so do not get it if you can't handle spice. Other than that, it's one of the most flavorful seafood pasta dishes I've ever had. I tried my partners lamb rigatoni and they truly perfected the rendering of it in the sauce and it's such a perfect overall dish with a good serving for rigatoni in general. If you're extra hungry, I would get the cheesy potatoes, they are perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and warm on the inside with the perfect amount of cheese and salt flakes. To close the night, we, of course, got the tiramisu which was very well made. Now, I have been to Paris and actually had it with the best cream on earth so it won't top that. However, it is a close second and probably the best I've had in America. I highly highly highly recommend you try it out. The service is impeccable and Cassey was the best company to have around to talk about celebrations, house of dragon, and having a good night. Thanks for making my birthday a great experience!

Absolutely loved this place. Honestly, not sure why the reviews aren't even higher than they are,…read morebut to each their own I suppose. The restaurant has a classic old school Italian rat pack throwback vibe. It's fun and lively and a great place to join friends for dinner. Food here is genuinely delicious. I grew up in a big Italian family and have eaten a lot of Italian food over the years. This is exactly the kind of Italian comfort food I was hoping for. Super flavorful and delicious dishes that won't disappoint. We tried the Gnnochi Salsicia, Lobster Ravioli, Tasty Treats and lasagna (always kind of hesitant to try a lasagna or spaghetti) and all of them were amazing. The Lobster Ravioli and Gnnochi were probably the table favorites and were genuinely two of the best dishes I've had at an Italian food spot in a long time. Absolutely plan to make this a regular stop moving forward!
