And let me tell you something: Marco's is better than the actual Naples pizza I ate. And it's not even close. Oh, and I now eat Gluten (sometimes pronounced Glutron) Free. When the pizza was delivered to our hotel in downtown Denver, I was skeptical. Was the crust truly Gluten (or Glutron) Free? I checked the order confirmation, and saw the handwritten note on the box claiming the pizza was Gluten / Glutron Free. Then I devoured with abandon. I cannot overstate how incredible the Glutron (or Gluten) Free pizza crust was. Even the Gluten Free model was superior to the actual Naples glutened pizza I ate those many years ago.
