The good: Pizza- excellent. Came out quickly, hot and fresh tasting. Good topping coverage. Excellent chew on the crust. Exactly what you want. Friendly staff. Unexpectedly decent service. Felt looked after. The drinks were only 1$ for a fountain. Very reasonable! Clean! The entire shop was clean and the staff regularly cleaned tables. The not so good: Salad- 11$ for a "large" salad that was really small and missing ingredients on top was wild. The menu is very difficult to read on the screens above the register. I'm not blind but I have difficulty reading tiny ingredients on the menu. The soda machine was out of nearly everything. Overall I was happy with my experience and will be back. read more

The pizza slices are delicious! The ingredients are fresh! It's so clean and the vibes are cool with an east coast feeling. The staff is nice. You get refills with soda. Get some pizza. read more

Pizza is pretty good. It has a great crunch. We had been a few times and even met the owner. Who is amazing! Not sure if he still owns this place. But the new workers and environment can use a bit of help. One of the workers did not wash hands after using restroom. Workers forgot about our food. They were also petting a dog, I don't know if they washed their hands afterward. Lots of things grossed me out. Lots of people liked it because it was busier. Personally I won't be back. It just felt like the cleanliness lacks care. read more

We had family in town and ordered a bunch of pizzas for everyone to relax and enjoy at the house. We got a pepperoni and cheese, Hawaiian, supreme, and meat lovers. Everyone loved the pizzas! We also ordered some of the garlic knots- we didn't like those quite as much as the pizza as they were a bit under baked and under seasoned. We will definitely order pizzas from here again though! A nice New York style pizza- recommend! read more

Outstanding New York style pizza! This is the best New York style I've ever had in the North Denver Metro area. Great staff and good customer service as well. Go to this place for some excellent food! We will be back for more! read more

We ordered the extra large Supreme Pizza 2 nights in a row and it was EXCELLENT!!! Delivery was timely and friendly. Did I mention that the pizza was EXCELLENT?! Thank you BP!! read more

I like to try new pizza spots and this and been on my list. The garlic knots were 10/10 and you get a decent amount. The pizza has good flavor and the crust is nice and chewy. read more

We've been going here for at least 25 years. When we lived closer, it was definitely once a week. My wife is from New York, it is the closest we've found to NY pizza. We get the plain cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce . . . read more

This pizza is an insult to every NJ pizzeria... do not say you are like the pizza on the Boardwalk. There is no comparison. I very rarely give a bad review but your pizza which I had last night was not eatable. read more

Great!!! Ia very good pizza. I have enjoyed it over the years . They have great sandwiches too, can't go wrong with any choice

If you're wanting some really delicious pizza, do not look further!! This place is perfect and price is right! The slices are really big and you get your money worth. XL can. def feed up to 3 people and it's more like NY style thin pizza. Very good toppings to choose from as well. Service is awesome when ordering ahead for pick up too! From the outside, it looks like a whole in the wall spot. Like mom and pop store. Give this place a try and it will not disappoint!! read more

Great price great food. Lunch from 11-3 and get 2 slices and a drink under $10. That's a win for sure

So this establishment flagged my first review. So here I am again to warn people that I personally had 3 fraudulent charges on my cards from this place. 1 on my credit card, and 2 on my debit card. I had my bank reverse all the fraud charges and let them now. I would not recommend this place at all. This is my first hand experience. read more

"Lucky for us", we found this place on door dash, have ordered from them at least 3 other times since and have never been disappointed, we have not been to the actual restaurant to eat, but that is in the plans for sure. LOVE their food!!!! read more

So glad to have found a good local pizza place! The pizzas are a little pricey, but what isn't these days? Happy to support a small business that makes good food rather than save a few bucks and give it to a big chain with mediocre food. We'll be back! read more

Sooooooo wanted to love this place ...they're close by ....they profess a NY vibe....they have subs! Our first attempt was spot on ....so we assumed our second order would match this epic first experience. Ooooh man...NOPE! Italian sub...three pieces of cold cuts, one piece of cheese, bread. That's it...no toppings...no oils...no herbs....and a hefty $11.00 for my pleasure. Cheesesteak ---the exact same...no onions, no peppers, no love.... Combine this with sad and floppy chicken wings .... No matter the proximity or the vibe - we dont see ourselves here again - the risk of disappointment is too great read more

We had take out from here and everything was sooo good. We're very impressed! The buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite ever!! We have been looking for a good one of those for years in Colorado and so happy we finally found one! Please don't ever get rid of that pizza. :) The cinna knots were also perfection. This will be a go to for us for pizza from now on. read more

As a NY transplant (not that anyone cares), this place has my approval. I haven't been able to find a good place in Denver that does pizza by the slice, but this place takes the cake. Large slices for a reasonable price, good sauce and cheese ratio, and good customer service! Plus, the inside is quite cute and retro. 4.8/5, highly recommend. read more

Boardwalk Pizzeria - Pizza with Bacon, Ham and Pineapple (had to eat a slice before the picture for the review) - Pizza Near Me - Northglenn, Colorado

My wife and I came home from work and Like many that have a busy schedule, we did not feel like cooking. I decided to order a pizza. I searched on Yelp for the best pizza places in my area that deliver. There were several and I decided to check out Boardwalk pizzeria. They had several specialty pizzas and you can also create your own. I wanted to create my own and chose the following toppings. Pepperoni Mushroom Jalapeño Pineapple Fresh basil Anchovies (side) All of the toppings were fresh I went with an 18" XL original crust, red sauce and mozzarella cheese, I figured I would go with their standard base ingredients. I placed the call and was greeted kindly. I explained my choices to the gentleman (Tom) and he repeated my request which was nice. Tom then said that it would take approximately 45 minutes to be delivered. It actually took 30 minutes. I tipped the driver and anxiously awaited the reveal. The pizza was not extremely heavy as I would have imagined for being an extra large, However, it was perfectly proportioned. The crust was thin but not too thin and had a great chew to it. We enjoyed the pizza, especially the crust. The total came to $31 which isn't bad for an extra large with the toppings I went with. The 18 inch extra large will easily feed three adults. They also have numerous appetizers, salads, calzones and desserts. I recommend giving them a try, We will definitely order from Boardwalk pizzeria again. read more

We were looking for good pizza while visiting Denver and I found this little gem on Yelp. The service was great, and the pizza was good. It was not New York pizza as we've had it, but the crust was very good and the pizza was very good. We really thought the decor was cute and enjoyed the food. The employees were friendly and fast. read more

Fun little pizza spot, not upscale but old-school. Basic cheese pizza for my kid was good, and the Margherita pizza was excellent for me. Yummy cannoli too. When we're back in the area we'll visit again read more

Kind of a dirty little place but the pizza was good. We picked it up and took it home. We were pretty happy with the pizza.

I love this place. It's local and they're friendly and fast. I order here about once a week and will continue.

A pretty good hole-in-the wall pizza place. The cheese is excellent and has a lot of flavor. The pepperoni and jalapenos I got on the pizza were good too. The crust was good for colorado bread-y crust. It had good flavor, but it was definitely far too think for Jersey Boardwalk pizza crust. They apparently sell slices before 2 pm, but the owner was nice about making me a small pizza around 3. read more

Being from NY we knew this was going to be good when we pulled in. No fancy sign and just about everything was made to order. The calzone was fresh and cooked to perfection. It was melted on the inside but not burning your mouth when you bite into it. We had 4 regular slices all cooked to perfection. Perfect amount of grease and easily foldable. This is our new favorite spot. read more

Garbage service. I ordered a pizza and they got it wrong. They said they would honor and replace it. They never did We called back and they very rudely hung up . They said call back and talk to the owner. This was a Monday. Not even a busy Day. I spend a lot of money at this business and tip well. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THERE ARE OTHER INDEPENDENT PIZZA RESTAURANTS. read more

I was hungry for pizza, but I didn't want an entire pizza. I saw how close this restaurant was to me and gave them a call to see if they had any lunch specials. First time, rang through to voice mail. Second call, I was put on hold forever, so I just drove over here. The Exterior isn't very promising, but the interior was spacious and decorated in a kid-friendly motif, with games and large booths and tables. There were two lunch specials: 1 slice of pizza and a medium drink for $3.50 or two slices for $6.50. I went big. Maybe I should have asked how big the slices were. They are ENORMOUS! Good pizza, too. In the same parking lot with Santiago's and Red Lobster. Even though the lot is big, all of the places up front were gone. Dine in/delivery/carry out. Good Za! We'll be back! read more

Boardwalk Pizzeria - Lunch special, 2 pieces and a drink - Pizza Near Me - Northglenn, Colorado

Meh. The tip-off to me was that when I asked for oregano, they couldn't produce any. The did provide a shaker of garlic, but the little that was in it was caked at the bottom. This is all indicative of some rather tasteless pizza. read more

Doesn't look like much when you walk past but inside is a cute little hole in the wall pizza place. Also has a claw machine, pool table, amusement park mirror, tv, and other quarter machines. We got the lunch special that was 2 huge slices of pizza and a drink for $6.50 read more

A neighborhood secret gem for others to try out. If you enjoy calzones, they are generous and consistently delicious. The pizza there is great and will still order from there since they are down the street. I was just concerned because the person making the food was not in a mask and was wearing flip flops. Bomb pizza great price awesome service!!!! Could use an update inside but who cares. One of my favorite places in Denver for lunch!!

Great pizza with fresh toppings. When you dine in it gives you the old school pizzeria feel. They just celebrated 25 years open and I can vouch for why they have been around that long. They even make extra small pizzas if it is a just one person you need to feed. Highly recommended. read more
