The pics are half eaten bc ... they looked so good we just ate them up. My grandma got the pear salad and ate the whole thing she loved it. Wish they had a picture of a strawberry dessert thing they just added it. I got the lava cake and it was soooo yummy.

I can't tell what makes it special and unique as an Italian restaurant. It's not advertised that they make their own pasta so I couldn't really tell you. This is truly a 2.75 star experience. It's a really popular place for a first dates (we saw a lot of first dates). But this place is small so if you talk in a louder voice, I can hear your first date conversation from across the room and I now know what your favorite color is and a story about your aunt. Just keep that in mind (it's also not a loud restaurant so your date will be able to hear you). Food was okay. The chicken piccata was underwhelming. The best part was the pasta itself. Not enough chicken pieces for what it is. The fried mozzarella was interesting but not for me. The best was the chicken Alfredo and even that was just okay. For the price that we paid, I would've preferred to go to the chain and get their chicken Alfredo because it's always enough to last me 2 meals.

My friend and I came to Parma Trattoria craving some good Italian food. This was our first time,…read moreand we were thoroughly impressed by the food. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server quickly took our orders and provided us with complimentary bread. I ordered the pappardelle Bolognese, and it was absolutely delicious. The perfectly seasoned Bolognese sauce was thick and made from San Marzano tomatoes. A hearty and hefty amount of meat was also mixed into the sauce, all pairing perfectly with the thick pappardelle pasta. The sauce was so perfect and delicious, I even took the left-over sauce home to plate on my own pasta. I would highly recommend Parma Trattoria for authentic and delicious Italian food.

A Friday, 4-6 pm. No happy hour. No Music, and No Mozzarella?…read more I sat at the bar and received great service from a busy bartender. Not only did she up sell a fantastic bottle of red, but she was consistently engaged with taking and filling pick up orders. Parm Management needs to make up their minds: Be a Takeout Joint or Bar. The Bar's too small for both. But worse, I ordered Formaggi (Cheese): Bufala Mozzarella (Buffalo) | Fior di Latte Mozzarella (Cow) | Pecorino (Sheep) | Burrata (Cow). I even mentioned looking forward to sampling ALL the Mozzarella AT A "MOZZARELLA BAR" What I got, only had two Mozzarella cheeses. When I asked why, I was told that, "The chef puts whatever he wants on the plate!" I was told the same story about the music: When a certain manager is there, he plays music. When he's not there, they play nothing audible. So the food was good, service was good, and atmosphere was ok. I may return to checkout a new bar

I guess I just came at a bad time when they were changing out shifts. The whole experience lacked authenticity for me, and it just wasn't what I expect when I dine out. I didn't enjoy the experience. I understand that people all have different tastes, and there are many factors involved helping us either to like, or dislike anything, but this place just didn't do it for me. It's probably me, and I am not the clientele they are looking to attract. That's okay. Your experience might be different and better. Try it for yourself, and see.

While this restaurant has a retro decor, with older chandeliers, furniture, fabric, etc which is…read morekind of fun, the rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired. We went to an early dinner, so it wasn't very busy yet, but felt rushed through everything and the timing of drinks, food, bill and to-go boxes, felt awkward and off. We ordered drinks right away, and mine came relatively fast, but they couldn't find all the ingredients for one of the specialty cocktails, so that came out at least 20 minutes later and between the salad and main course. The salad arrived on a plate that had just come out of the refrigerator, and was iceberg lettuce with some dressing on top. Super simple. My spaghetti with mushroom sauce was surprisingly bland. I used to love this restaurant 25 years ago when I was in college, but now I feel like I could do better at home with a jar of Ragu sauce. For almost $20, it's definitely not worth it. The third course is a scoop of spumoni or vanilla ice cream, which is a nice touch. The to-go boxes and bill arrived before I was even halfway done with my meal and we just guessed we would need them. On a normal night out, these things seem to just happen with the right timing, and you hardly notice anything awkward. Here, the whole experience was a bit awkward. The staff was friendly, and I'm sure they're doing their best, but I definitely won't return.

The lady greeted me quickly and gave me a menu. My drink arrived quickly as well as the salad. The salad was iceberg lettuce and two cherry tomatoes. Not great. But my spaghetti and sausage was excellent. Thick, homemade pasta and the sausage had some heat, so beware. And the portions were generous, enough for me to have two more times. I was never asked if I'd like a refill on my drink, in fact I didn't see the lady until I was ready to leave. Bottom line; I'd order take out next time. The restaurant lobby and wait staff is unwelcoming, stuffy, messy and crowded.

Warning dine in is only available until 3:00 daily. Emphasis on takeout I suppose. Garlic cheese bread was dynamite, probably best I've ever had literally! Spaghetti was meh! Noodles are made fresh as well as the meatballs and sausage which the sausage I do believe comes from Louisville or Lafayette. None of us were falling out of our seats over the meal but it was ok. I felt the meal was pricey . $85 with 3 softdrinks. Less tips. Atmosphere was nothing to brag about row of tables with checkered cloths. Would I go back? Probably not. Sauce didn't have much flavor and a little watery for my taste but you may like it if you have stomach issues. But anything is worth trying once right?
