The crust was super crispy, and just loaded with amazing, locally sourced toppings. The Carmine pizza had Colorado mushrooms, sausage with fennel, fresh basil, multiple types of cheese, including ricotta- my mouth was singing with all the flavors. This is a bare bones operation- they have a kiosk to order from, pay with card, they have a cooler stocked with various drinks.
