Very disappointed. I've been a repeat customer in the past and this pace must be under new management because it is no where near the same quality. Upon receiving my order, my dessert cherry pizza did not have any streusel on it. The dessert pizza pictured on the front page of their website shows cherry with streusel and this is how I have ordered it in the past. I called the store and the man couldn't even understand English. Then told me "oh yeah we don't do that anymore". I'm very disappointed at spending $25 for a personal pizza and small dessert pizza and it not even be what's pictured on their main website page. Richie B's on HWY 7 used to be the best, but they had a very premature closing. This place is a very decent replacement for me. We took Pizza to go. Waited 1/2 hour. Got home and pizza was extremely under cooked. I called Capri and the gentleman who answered the phone said I had to come back in to have it remade. I asked if they could deliver the new pizza and they could take the undercooked one. He said he was not authorized. He asked for my telephone number and that the owner would call me right back. Never happened left home came back to Capri. When I arrived The owner was not busy. I showed the owner the pizza and he said the pizza was cooked. Keep in mind when I say undercooked the pizza was see through and bent at the crust. I was given such a hassle I asked for a refund and I assume it was the owner but he said NO refunds. Save yourself the time, money and food poising issue!! By far the worst $26.00 I've ever spent on a grease ball of a pizza and yet somehow the middle of the pizza was raw. Completely disgusting. The 5 piece chicken wings I ordered had a piece of feather hanging out after being fried and thrown in the box. The breadsticks are hard and over cooked. The parmesan cheese packets are old and rock hard. Unbelievably and undoubtedly the worst pizza place I've ever had. Not bad though if you don't mind your colon cleansed. Haven't ordered from here in a while. Now I know why! We did the pasta route this time. The sampler and tortellini with meatballs. Well the bread sticks were tasty. The rest not so much. Every thing from the ravioli and manicotti and sauce tasted like outta the frozen bag. Bad food, bad service. We ordered for takeout at 6:30 pm for a 30 minute wait, we arrived at 7:00 to pick up our food. We stood there for five minutes before they even helped us, and then told us our food would just be a little longer. As time goes by, and we wait there, we check where our food is, only to find they forgot us and our name. The food is finally ready at 7:30. The mozzarella sticks aren't what they sound like, the ravioli is made with a garlic powder, and the pizza is subpar. Not to mention the price is outrageous. read more

This place has disgusting pasta. I had the Italian Sampler. It was obviously store-bought frozen pasta. It was stuck together and undercooked... then covered in a watered-down tomato sauce.
