Very disappointed with the customer service we received today. Blackjack Pizza is currently advertising a promotion on their own website, but we were unable to place the order online or through the app. We called the store and the first person we spoke with was very nice and told us to call back around 3:00 to speak with the owner. When we called back, we spoke with the manager, Ashley, and she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She laughed at us on the phone, was dismissive, and had absolutely no interest in helping. When we asked if they could simply honor the promotion that THEIR website is advertising, her response was basically that it wasn't her problem what the website said. We also asked to speak with the owner and were told Ashley was the highest person there at the time, even though she had just put us on hold to go speak with someone else. We were not asking for a random discount or trying to get something for free. We were trying to order a promotion Blackjack Pizza is actively advertising on its own website. The fact that the promotion couldn't be honored was frustrating, but Ashley's attitude was by far the worst part of the entire experience. Laughing at customers and acting like your company's own advertising is "not your problem" is completely unacceptable behavior for a manager. Horrible customer service and an incredibly disappointing experience. I would have been more than happy to pay full price had she shown even a little kindness or professionalism during the phone call. At that point, it wasn't even about the promotion anymore, it was entirely about the way we were treated. read more

Pretty good takeout/ delivery pizza place. We got the deep dish with extra cheese & sauce, with pepperoni and sausage. The pizza didn't blow us away or did it let us down. I think the pizza is better here than most places but not the best either. Ultimately if you're looking for a good takeout or delivery spot I think you can absolutely give this place a try. We thought the dough was good & we were glad we ordered the extra cheese and sauce. If you want good pizza this should get the job done for you. Check them out if you want & happy eating!! read more

The pizza is very good, but the customer service is awful . I had an issue with my pizza one night and tried to reach out to customer service and nothing but crickets. I have submitted three complaints and two surveys and nothing. I guess they don't care about their customers. Loyalty program is a joke . You have to spend $250 to get one large one topping pizza! read more

Blackjack has always been a solid pizza spot for me but this location in particular has awesome service! I made a relatively large order for my company and they handled it with ease and even found a few coupons for me without me asking which went directly to tip. Thanks team! read more

I'm SOOO done with the crappiness of ALL the Restaurants' in this area. The food is usually trash or the service is trash or both. Ordered from here because after looking around Blackjack yup you read it right has the highest Yelp score of all the pizza places In the area. We ordered a 'large' Jackpot Pizza, with Olives on half. $20+! Ok we'll give it a try. Pizza looks nothing like what I ordered looks like it's missing all the toppings or they're so minced you can't even see them on the pizza! Probably just me but I've been around for awhile aka Old but Blackjack Pizza was on the level of Little Caesar's back in my day, so imagine paying $20+ for a Little Caesar's pizza, that's what you're going g to get. Offered me to drive back to the restaurant, ha because of you're screw up no thanks and 40% off my next order which I'll more than likely never use, so they gave me nothing to condensate. Not only is this pizza so delicious but they are always able to deliver it hot and directly to my front door of my apartment complex. When I have ordered at other places, they have difficulty entering the building at Curate. Not sure why but Anyways, their thin crust pizza is perfection and the flavor is amazing! I'm staying at a nearby hotel without a car & put an online order as soon as I got to my room. I walked over & realized I had placed it at the wrong Thornton location (oops, a little fried after a long day & some serious travel delays.) The manager at this location was AWESOME & immediately put in my order & called the other store to cancel. He got me a refund for the online order because I had to pay again at his store. Always have loved our orders from Black Jack Pizza. But tonight, on our "jackpot" pizza there seemed to be a part of a white plastic bag (?) baked into the toppings. really weird... Ordered from this location the other night. Dipped one of the breadsticks into the cup of marinara that came with the order, and instantly could tell there was a piece of hair in the bite. I'm assuming it was in the pizza sauce cup, because the rest of the bread sticks didn't have any hair on any of it. So it had to have come from the sauce. First I ordered ahead online and set pick up time for 12:15-12:30. I get call on my phone at 12 saying my food has been ready for pick up..the wings taste blahhh soft sponge like skin. After waiting at the counter for 5m I finally pick up my food and the dude says most people pick up right away and I can't set pick up time...pricey food for chain quality food...not going back here when there are several other options with more accurate ordering online. read more

I got a small garden salad with ranch with a large pizza and both were fire. I got the chicken Sriracha pizza and it was delicious. Crust was regular thin crust and it was way better than Dominos or Papa Johns! Only comparison I can make as far as quality since I am not from Colorado..., Great price , meal was great, and staff was super friendly. I would def go back, especially for the salads!
