We ordered delivery and I like the way their site is laid out and the descriptions are great. I especially like the variety of toppings- always a thumbs up from me when a pizza place offers cream cheese as a topping. The food arrived quite quickly and their delivery person was super friendly! The pizzas were pretty good though one of them was a bit tough which I was surprised about. I was also disappointed with the nickel and dining people for the toppings. The dough tasted good and the toppings were pretty good as well. I think it's a pretty good standard pizza. I am willing to pay more when the food is really good, however the cost of each topping was pretty high especially considering most of the toppings were only on half of the pizza. We got two pizzas and a cheesy bread and including tip it was over $80. Again, the pizzas were pretty good but I don't know that the cost of over $30 per pizza with just a few toppings is reasonable. May just stick with ordering the individual pizzas at the truck.

The crust was super crispy, and just loaded with amazing, locally sourced toppings. The Carmine pizza had Colorado mushrooms, sausage with fennel, fresh basil, multiple types of cheese, including ricotta- my mouth was singing with all the flavors. They generously gave us some additional ricotta cheese- if you are willing to spend the $2 extra for that, you should. It MADE our pizza. The ranch and tomato sauce were good too, and believe you me we ate every bit of them, but the ricotta took it to a whole new level. The pizza was a good size for 2 people, we each got 4 slices and felt a little too full but not painfully full. You could feed 4 on it if you do an additional appetizer or dessert. This is a bare bones operation- they have a kiosk to order from, pay with card, they have a cooler stocked with various drinks. They do have a little bit of seating, so if you live too far to take it to go reasonably, you can absolutely eat it there. The owner was sitting out front and very friendly as he walked us through the ingredients and how long they had been there (3 years!). Highly highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing at best. Their card reader was down, and when I offered to pay with a $100 bill, which was the only cash I had, they declined, stating they do not accept large bills. Additionally, the restroom appeared to be for public use, as there was no signage indicating otherwise, but I was told it was for employees only. Ultimately, I was unable to get my pizza, and their only suggestion was for me to go to an ATM and come back. I ended up going next door and had a much better experience at Wing Stop. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service we received today…read more Blackjack Pizza is currently advertising a promotion on their own website, but we were unable to place the order online or through the app. We called the store and the first person we spoke with was very nice and told us to call back around 3:00 to speak with the owner. When we called back, we spoke with the manager, Ashley, and she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She laughed at us on the phone, was dismissive, and had absolutely no interest in helping. When we asked if they could simply honor the promotion that THEIR website is advertising, her response was basically that it wasn't her problem what the website said. We also asked to speak with the owner and were told Ashley was the highest person there at the time, even though she had just put us on hold to go speak with someone else. We were not asking for a random discount or trying to get something for free. We were trying to order a promotion Blackjack Pizza is actively advertising on its own website. The fact that the promotion couldn't be honored was frustrating, but Ashley's attitude was by far the worst part of the entire experience. Laughing at customers and acting like your company's own advertising is "not your problem" is completely unacceptable behavior for a manager. Horrible customer service and an incredibly disappointing experience. I would have been more than happy to pay full price had she shown even a little kindness or professionalism during the phone call. At that point, it wasn't even about the promotion anymore, it was entirely about the way we were treated.

I went to the store and picked it up during my lunch hour. The person that was standing next to the rack where the pizzas were was on his phone. The moment we walked in, we weren't greeted and there was a girl with black hair/bangs that was filling the toppings. She was slamming things around and filling the containers with aggression. I was very triggered and didn't feel I should be there. She came over and looked at me and I said she could continue what she was doing as I was checking out the menu. When she was done, she came back over again and I said, "I think I'm ready." I ordered a large, original crust, Greek Pepperoni. Now that I'm looking at the receipt, it looks like the order was taken at exactly 7:29pm, check #10133 by Reggie, walk in #132. I don't appreciate feeling like a problem, and or an inconvenience an hour before the store closes for the night. If you do not like your job, go somewhere else. I've spent most of my years in the restaurant industry and this behavior is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I'd never let this behavior fly. I've always been welcomed and accepted and I felt the exact opposite in this situation. It's little situations like this that will make myself pick another franchise to support. My 10 year old daughter even asked, "Mommy, what was wrong with her?" I went above and beyond to thank her and even tipped the staff and when she handed the pizza over to me, no response. I only tipped 10% because of her behavior. I'm extremely disappointed in this branch and have consiedered never returning. I'm not looking for anything free, nor am I a freeloader. I just want respect from a company for a service I paid for. Is this too much to ask? When I was a server, I made $2.13 an hour with tips. these kids have no idea how good they have it.
