We went to get dinner while out of town for vacation. I got a Gluten Free pizza and my husband got their thinner crust meat lover type of pizza. The workers making the pizza were nice and patient considering how busy it was. It was a little difficult to find a table but one became free and we enjoyed our meal. We both liked ours, the only thing I didn't care for is the pesto that I got as my main sauce prior to toppings. It was too thick and next time I will get a different sauce. First off, pizzas are done as individual size. Typical size us 1- inch but there is a smaller size. Salads are also available. The pizza maker takes the dough and walks down the topping bar. Sauces, cheeses, meats, veggies and more options available. You pick and choose, it's all one price. When done they put it in an oven for about 5 minutes then out comes the pizza you wanted. Sauces toppers such as ranch, bbq, sriracha and others are available to be drizzled on top or as a dipper. I add a drink for a total price of about $10. The price is worth it. Pizza is delicious & made fast. However, this particular location (Westminster) has a habit of omitting all phone and app ordering for reasons still unclear. We order ~4x/month, and it's been happening more and more, including the last 4 orders in a row. We're then forced to drive, go inside to order and wait (busy with kids/work- sometimes this is not so convenient). Many, many times it's not busy at all. Its apparent it's not bc they are overwhelmed with orders; could be any day of the week. There's always an diff excuse from an employee of why the app and phones are down. I'm beginning to think it's pure laziness. We love the pizza but a lot of the times think twice about going because of this "glitch". I can't eat normal pizza dough for a while so the cauliflower crust was the reason went to Mod Pizza. I didn't think it was going to be any good, but I could hardly tell the difference. Sure, the texture is a little different, but man it was such a good pizza! It's a little too pricey to go there often, at lest for me, but it's well worth it as a treat. The people are great too. Howdy y'all This is my new favorite pizza place. It's wood fired, thin crust or "double crust" to make them thick. It's always pretty well kept/clean, they are fast and the ingredients are fresh and have good flavor. New to this style of pies? I'll go through it fast. Walk in and check out the standard pie board. Pick one as a base pie and then have them modify it or make it as stated. There are two sizes, Mini and the Mod. The Mod is big enough for two people, but I like to eat two slices and have the other two for breakfast. Each pie is a fixed price, no matter how many different toppings you put on. Just to give an example - I get the Calixico for my base. Then add extra red sauce, a bit of Pesto, Parmesan cheese, chicken, spicy sausage, bacon (pretty much fresh cooked and chopped), then roasted spicy red peppers, black olives, roasted n chopped Brussels Sprouts, Jalapeños - then top it with a little bit of Gorgonzola and some Asiago cheeses. Pizza is my favorite food. End of story. Since I've moved to Denver I've made it a priority to find what I believe is the best tasting pizza in the area. This is not it. BUT.....this place is so so so so awesome! I mean, where else can you order a pizza with as many toppings as you want (mine had 7 I believe) for no charge? REALLY?!? After choosing the toppings for an 11" (the standard size) my total came up to $8.55. I mean good lord you can't beat that. Oh yeah.......and it's GOOD. Also I put my order in for pickup, but arrived early (I read online that they are pretty quick to make them). I was told it wasn't ready yet, but then they asked if I wanted a free drink while I wait. Ummm hells yeah? When I met some friends here for lunch, I was pleased with the quality of the pizza and service I received at this location. I also asked for some modifications of my pizza (no meat, a few other added items) and was happy with the outcome. One thing to note: the people who work here are focused on getting your order correct and in the oven quickly, so be prepared for some rapid-fire questions. Not being a regular here, I had to ask for a repeat of the questions several times before I could make a decision. First time there, awesome experience! Went with my boyfriend. We got The Caspian with pineapple and mushroom added. I'm pretty sure we could have added a Million toppings and they would have been cool with it. We also got the cinnimon bread with chocolate dipping sauce. It was good, but it probably would have been better warm from the oven. I felt that everything was reasonably priced. It was just over seven dollars for a pizza which we decided to share. Between the pizza and cinnimon bread I was full, so I could only imagine how filling a whole pizza would be in your own. Under ten bucks for a pizza that you can add unlimited toppings to is a thumbs up in my book The staff were all very nice, pleasant, and helpful. I have no complaints at all. I did use the restroom (no pix on that) and it was clean, tidy and nice. Parking isn't really an issue because it's in the huge Promenade plaza.
