Culver's has recently moved up on my list from maybe once or twice a year to my go to spot when I'm in the mood for a decent burger. Their combination of quality, price, and service is really hard to beat. They're cheaper than the usual fast food places. You get more good and it's a lot higher quality. We came through the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon, and it was pretty busy. After paying at the window, they had us pull off to the side while we waited for our 4 mini concrete mixers. We ended up waiting for 45 mins from when we placed our order :( we finally had to flag someone down to check on our order, and shortly after they brought out 4 melted concrete mixers :'( they forgot about us We love Culver's and concrete mixers, but we're definitely bummed about this experience. We are unsure if the "pull-to-the-side-and-wait" method is reliable after our recent experience. read more

I really had a strong desire for fish and chips so daughter and myself went to this location. I had heard really good things about the fish and there are YouTube videos with people enjoying the Culver's fish. Sadly it was a disappointing run for us. When we drove up we decided to go inside and perhaps beat the long line of cars at the drive in. It was quite busy but that gave me some hope the meal would be great. Besides the fish dinner with fries, bun and cole slaw we also ordered a couple of burgers. And then we waited and waited and waited! Finally a manager noticed the inside people were not getting it done fast enough. She took charge and finally made it happen for us. But surely the food would be good? I'm sorry to say it was not anything to get excited about. My fish seemed overcooked as did the burgers. Now to be fair they were very busy and their fish is still better than my fast food burger joint but it was not that great. Now the bun, Cole slaw and fries were okay but it was a letdown for me. I still ate it all so it was decent but just not what I had hoped for. I took a couple of photos including of the fish dinner but all I can say is that I was disappointed. Someone did come around giving out ice cream samples and I know Culver's has a large choice of excellent ice cream flavors but we didn't order that so I'm left wondering what could have been. read more

I have had two check-ins recently so writing for both. Both were drive-thru experience. The person who greeted me over the intercom was pleasant. My second experience has more detail than the first so I will focus on that. I had some specific customizations from my husband and my son as I was picking up our dinner. The person taking my order was able to match their customizations to the basket that included the majority of their selections and just add the remaining additions and subtractions from there. Both were specific burgers. I got a Reuben basket. For sides, we all had something different. My husband wanted crinkle fries, my son opted for onion rings and I opted for cheese curds with marinara. My husband and I both wanted root beer, the Culver's root beer is really tasty. My son asked for a root beer float. Everything was still hot and fresh when I got it home and we all enjoyed our meal. read more

Burgers are always an American stable. They make a good burger, and pretzel bites are awesome! My family and I have been to Culver's in at least 5 different states. They have ALL been friendly and prompt. They are clean, but this Memorial Day Weekend got me. They had a table set, to honor, and remember our fallen. It meant so much to me I wanted to share. Knowing the high standards of their food I was very disappointed with the taste and temperature of my burger. The gentleman that waited on me asked if I wanted a double. He should have told me I needed a double. The hamburger was skimpy, flavorless and lukewarm. I was looking forward to a juicy, spicy meal. That's not what I got. Waited in the drive through for 12 mins waiting for one of the more simple orders of the day. Food was cold and I was upset. The location had no one waiting at the time and I was the first one in the line. Very disappointed due to the fact a single deluxe burger is now over $5. Walked in dining room 4/15 around 1045am. Was greeted by an employee kid with a huge wad of tissue hanging out of his nose coming from restroom. Amazing display of lack of any care for food safety at all. Would be willing to bet hand washing never even crossed this employees mind. Watched this employee walk like this across cooking line, food prep areas, not a concern in the world. A manager was sitting at first booth but naturally they had their head buried in a laptop. Simply my favorite fast food restaurant. Great food, fast & attentive service, every time I go there. Fresh made food and excellent frozen custard. My go-to meals are Butter burgers and fish fillet. I prefer their onion rings but the French fries are good and some folks won't pass on cheese curds. Culver's root beer is my favorite drink. Of course, a frozen custard dish or cone is a must. The little woman and I drive by the Culver's in Westminster from time to time and decided to drop in. There must've been 8 young people behind the counter all dressed in bright blue. We approached to place an order and the kid at the register refused to acknowledge and greet us until I spoke to him. He was literally staring into space...We got our order delivered to us and in plain view a young guy, an employee there was coughing, sneezing and wiping his drippy nose with his bare fingers. He got up and worked the dining room cleaning up and delivering food and not once did he wash his hands. Where was management? Management should've sent him home. My burger, if that's what you want to call it was whisp thin, over cooked and pathetic..it's hard to ruin a burger but Culver's managed to do so. read more

Must try their frozen custard!! Chocolate is my fav. Second fav is vanilla custard with blackberry sauce. I'm from Wisconsin, and Culver's is a staple. I will say that here in Colorado the service is not as fast or consistent. But they do appear to hire a diverse group of people at this location- ages and capability- so I do give them a little extra slack. They serve their custard at a lower temperature intentionally to enhance the flavor, so do order fresh-- do not get the pre-packed pints from the fridge. (Pro tip, if you do order their pints which are a deal, ask them to pack them fresh for you.) If the custard is runny/liquidy that is not what it should be. It should still be firm. Unfortunately that has happened to us a couple times here, but not often. I also found that the food at this location is not as consistent as it is in Wisconsin. But overall I still LOVE their frozen custard, and need to get their smashed butterburger and onion rings whenever I go. (The custard is MUCH better than shake shack, and I would say the burgers are as well.) They have crinkle fries, which are okay, but I almost always go for the battered onion rings which are perfection. Oh yea, and they now have gluten free buns for an extra charge. The gf bun tasted pretty good all things considered, but you do have to assemble the burger yourself if you choose this option- it comes sealed in a bag for safety reasons. But a great option if needed. I would say one of my least favorite things at Culver's in general is the fried cheese curds, since the breading should be a batter instead, and there is no sauce to dip. For a good cheese curd a visit to Wisconsin is a must haha. Also skip the turtle sundae.... Way too sweet. read more

Horrible. I used to come here to get the CONCRETE ice creams, and fries, but the past 3 times I've come they are served like wet cement! My son loved this spot, even better than Dairy Queen's blizzards, but now I can't even bring him to enjoy them. When I asked the worker/manager the past 2 times, one said 'it's the time of night' and the other said 'it might be the machine' Very disappointing. Get your stuff together please. Really frustrating experience at Culver's tonight. Ordered a small flavor of the day with added hot fudge. I waited in the drive-thru line for maybe 2 minutes. It was very quick. I was handed my Concrete cup and it was absolutely covered in ice cream (see picture). Thank goodness I had baby wipes - I used seven to completely clean the cup off. The team member who made this and who gave it to me in the drive-through had to have noticed. The cup was an absolute mess on the outside. The inside contents are another story. A totally melted and soup like consistency for the concrete (see picture). Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. These repeated situations make me question the sanitation practices of team members and food prep practices. How does this continue to happen? How is this decent customer service? read more

I just waited 20 min for 2 malts I asked lady in drive thru what the problem was she said there were being made another worker comes out to deliver more food says there was a problem with the order it was skipped I call to speak with a manager Eric says it's being handled and he will take care of it. my girlfriend and I were desperately craving cheese curds and knew that Culver's was a great place to get some. we went out in the snow and cold and drove there and saw a few other things on the menu that we wanted...three items total. The drive thru process was successful and we got home and put on shrek the third so we could set the vibes while we ate our snacks. Then, I pulled our food out of the bag and there was only 2 items! Stopped in earlier today and was really let down by Culver's. I am from Chicago and have been eating Culver's in Wisconsin since I was little. Great fast food and usually consistent. Today was different, ordered a cheeseburger just ketchup, shake, and a few other items. Had a call and had to rush out when I got my order. Ran home and had to do a few things before eating. It was then that I realized that they didn't give me my shake. Partially my fault cause I was in a hurry and just assumed it was in the one bag they gave me. So I move on from the shake and pull out my burger and see they put everything but the ketchup on and that's what got me upset. Toppings are easy enough to remove, but they put Mayo on the burger. If there is one thing I can't stand, it's Mayo on a burger. I was so upset I trashed the whole bag. If you want Culver's, find another location. 2 stars cause Culver's is usually good. read more

I've come here a few times, so far it's been a good experience but every now and then we get a cashier that looks very asleep. Didn't ask if we wanted to add toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.) I told him we wanted the burgers with ALL the toppings. Order comes out and the burgers have no toppings and he walked away too fast to check if everything was okay. The best thing about this place and worth five stars was the staff. What wonderfully kind & smiling people! Unfortunately the food I got was not worth the time or money. I randomly got a flyer for this place a little while back promoting their fish and custard, and I had never heard of this place. There wasn't one really near me so I did swing out of the way to check it out. it would seem fish is really not their specialty. It was nice sized pieces but was the most rubbery, bland & tasteless fried fish. Even the fries were blah and rubbery. It was a real let down. Perhaps this is with the expectation that anyone getting the fish are just going to super coat it with their tartar sauce, which is different and flavorful, but I'm not a big tartar sauce person. The coleslaw also pretty mayo heavy, also not my jam. It was pricey for the fish plate for a fast casual/drive through setting. Lots of other places in Denver do this way better for less. read more
