Mission BBQ for the month of May is offering this to our wonderful Armed Forces. Daily military discount throughout the year.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. We had a group of 9 and all sat at the front table together. The food was hot and delicious and for my birthday I got a peach cobler. I cannot recommend this place enough! The 6 pack of the variety of bbq sauces was the big discussion of the meal. All sauces are a must try! Amazing staff and atmosphere was wonderful and we will always make our way back to Mission BBQ.

Alright, we tried their BBQ again, this time as a to-go order early on a Wednesday evening. It was so good. Way better and more moist meat than our first time here! The pulled chicken was particularly delicious. Even the green beans seemed to have a more appropriate onion level this time. Hooray!

We went there on a Sunday afternoon. It is a very interesting place. First, the people were very friendly and helpful in explaining all the dishes. There was a steady pulse of activity as the restaurant took our orders at the counter. We also ordered drinks and sat down at a table of our own choosing. I noticed it was a booth with wood seats. There were also tables with wood chairs spread throughout. The theme of the place was patriotic and a bit old fashioned. It seemed busy and people were enjoying the food. I took a few photos and when our order was ready we sent someone to pick it up for us. The booth had 6 different bbq sauces so something for everyone. My spouse ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on top which was huge and quite tasty. I ordered a half pound cheeseburger and a side of Mac and cheese. One daughter ordered the bbq shrimp and another the turkey sandwich. All the food looked good and was tasty. My hamburger was thick though not as juicy as I had hoped. The shrimp was excellent. The turkey was good enough for my daughter. All in all a pleasant experience. Pricing was reasonable but it did come up to around $70 for the four meals since we added some drinks and sides. This place is worth considering if you are hungry for bbq as it has a variety from brisket to ribs to pork and chicken along with shrimp. Plenty for everyone!

Restaurant interior. Plenty of helpful staff.

It took about 5 minutes for us to be greeted by anyone working; there were two employees working behind the counter, both were busy making sandwiches. Eventually one let us know it was going to be a few more minutes before they could take our order, to which I didn't mind - I recognize it takes time to make sandwiches. We waited for a bit (probably ~10 minutes), and then decided to place an order with them online and continue walking around while we waited. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready, so maybe this is the best way to go about ordering so you're not just standing around. To clarify, I didn't mind waiting but it also made sense to place the order and then walk around while waiting. I ordered the North of I70 Italian sandwich, and indicated that I wanted mayo, mustard and oil + vinegar. My wife ordered the sweet baby turkey, and also asked for mayo and salt + pepper. Neither of our sandwiches had any condiments on them (pic included). Each sandwich cost $20, and while I realize that the price of good deli meat has gone up, it was definitely a bummer to not have exactly what we ordered on a sandwich that costs so much - $40+ for 2 standard size sandwiches. The other thing to note is that the mushrooms are not fresh - also included a pic of the mushrooms which I assume come from a can/jar. Had I known the mushrooms were not fresh, I would not have ordered them. I was really rooting for this place to be good, but was overall disappointed in the experience and outcome of our order.

I had it saved but couldn't quite remember why...until we turned the corner and saw a line out the door around noon on a Sunday. Normally that might be a dealbreaker, but once we saw the food coming out, we were all in, it looked way too good to pass up. The menu is stacked: everything from sweet pastries to savory sandwiches and even pizzas on what looked like fresh, fluffy focaccia. I went with the prosciutto sandwich (prosciutto, cheese, pesto on focaccia), and it was incredible--simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. My girlfriend had the ham sandwich on a baguette, which was just as good. We were also tempted by the turkey and some seasonal options, so we'll definitely be back to try more. We couldn't leave without grabbing a couple pastries. The almond croissant was a hit (my girlfriend saved it for the next morning and loved it), and the standout for me was the cinnamon white chocolate cookie--kind of like a snickerdoodle but with white chocolate chips. Easily a top tier cookie. Between the quality, variety, and how clearly everything is made with care, this place jumped straight to the top of my list. Worth the wait, worth the hype, and absolutely worth a return trip.

I sure was one of them today as when I stepped in it was past 2pm. What I had in mind was (of course) all gone which forced me to go some alternative option. The vanilla custard bun was simply the right size for me (I not too long ago had just had my late breakfast so I was still quite full from it.) Perfectly brown on some of the custard on top. This Portuguese style dessert is a staple at any bakery or dessert shop. It's moist and yet the flaky out layers made the perfect sound as I bit into it. As of this writing, I haven't had the baguette yet but I can only imagine how delicious it would be (as the kind lady upfront was telling other customer that.) For a great business like GetRight's, I do the drive to get to it from my southeast Denver home. It's my utmost duty to support them.

I was so happy my friends enjoyed Jersey food as much as I do! We all loved the atmosphere, and the seating is plentiful inside and out. The parking is wonderful since they have their own lot! I have to add that we asked to speak to the owner, Ken. We were told he is not really a talker. To our surprise, Ken came over and was terrific! He told us the story of his dad starting at 4 am every day to begin the prep for the Taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches for all the Jersey trades workers and other patrons. This is a strong part of the NJ culture. Ken told us the story of how he got connected to gnomes (ask him to see the tats). Ken shared his favorite Jersey food and how he got to Colorado. They simply Do Not care about general food safety getting a hot meal here is rather risky I will explain why. My friend was a cook here for a short while and quit on them once he realized they care nothing about serving food that is safe to eat, he saw them do sooo many things that would easily make the food contaminated and unsafe to eat and somehow that was there process of doing things. Here are a couple examples of menu items one should try to steer clear of Chicken parm sandwich- they cook off a large batch of the chicken cutlets and let them sit at room temp for a hour or two until someone orders one they refries them for a minute or so, your supposed to keep food hot once it is cooked especially chicken to leave cooked chicken at room temp for so long is extremely risky to the public's health. Meatball sandwich- they leave there meatballs on the hot line all day then they save all of the hot food items from the day and reuse them the next day without properly cooling any of the food and the cooks will leave these item sit out at room temp for about 45 mins before even putting them into the cooler. Many issues with this practice first of all hot food should be discarded after 5 hours according to the health department because after 5 hours it will start growing bacteria, to leave it on a hot line all day then save them for the next day and not even cool them down properly is Crazy risky to people's health and they do not just do this with the meatballs they do it for many of there hot dishes they are used for days on in, not properly cooled and not properly tracked for how many times it has been reheated and such me they keep them in the same pans it's flat out gross. Other issues my friend encountered there was never seeing anyone at all wash there hands at any point in time, a ancient dishwashing machine that didn't clean anything at all it didn't even get hot so half of there dishes are greasy and have food residue on them, in his short time there he saw people fired for no reason what's so ever from what he was told the owner fires people left and right and doesn't even give reasons as to why, that's why they have ads up on indeed looking for employees 24/7.

It has a slight hipster vibe or ambience, with posters displayed supporting local concert events, etc. I approached the spot on the counter where orders are placed. About seven diners were seated at two separate tables at one o'clock on a weekday afternoon but no one was in line behind me, so I felt okay about asking a few questions. I'd only seen Snarf's appear as a blurb when I'd ordered Door Dash and I was curious. I spoke with a man in his 20s, I suppose, and he was friendly, courteous, and able to answer all my questions. There were two other sandwich makers behind the counter on his side, attending to wiping down the counter and replenishing items used in their sandwiches. The man pointed to the menus on my side of the counter, and I took one, asked some questions about Snarf's, and continued on my tasks that day at other shops in the strip mall. The restaurant is clean and equipped with new tables and chairs, and new equipment that the sandwich makers use. They also set up dining outside, weather permitting. Delivery is available through Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. Sandwiches are offered in sizes of the Novice at 5"; Snarf's at 7"; the Pro at 12". They also offer sides of chips, potato and macaroni salads, coleslaw, and The Big Pickle. Sandwiches are served on fresh-baked White, Wheat, and Gluten-free breads. Other salads are offered, as are soups, and dressings for salads are homemade. It's worth checking out their menu online for better detail. The day after my visit, I ordered their Pro size Italian Sandwich and a bag of chips for delivery. The sandwich was superb and neat enough to eat without falling apart all over my lap. I may have been out of the market for a while, but the chips and Big Pickle seemed pricey to me (I didn't order the pickle because of the price). Snarf's Sandwiches at 88th and Wadsworth in Arvada appears new, is clean, and is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people; their friendliness made me feel totally welcome and at ease. They're knowledgeable about what they offer, and the ingredients used, and I feel confident saying this because they answered all my questions. My experience with Snarf's customer service is five stars, but because of what I think is the priciness of their sides, I feel justified in pulling it back to four stars overall. I recommend Snarf's to anyone seeking a good, filling sandwich shop with no hesitation. It's worth a look at their website.
