I asked him what the first item on the menu (Dumplings with meat) was like and he quickly offered me a little glimpse of it by giving me a sample. "Yum!" I, without a hesitation, went with it. The food came out so quickly as there was no line. With the price of $13.60, this dumpling dish has all sorts of flavors and yummyness. There were 8-10 deep fried dumplings on one end. A curry like stew type thing in the middle, the other end had some pink cabbage. The portion size is/was quite large and generous. I was with two other friends and one of them got the Stuffed Cabbage (Golubsti). She kindly let me take a bit of it and oh my gosh, this dish was also delicious. This food truck moves around quite a bit in the greater Denver (per his google calendar, his location for yesterday was supposed to be Golden and yet he was up in Arvada. Appears to be a last minute change which I didn't ask and yet, had he gone to his original location then I wouldn't have discovered this wonderful restaurant so for that, thanks Kostiantyn!
