This location regularly gets orders wrong, flavors are sometimes off but most importantly they are radically understaffed. For example at 7 PM on a Saturday they had ONE person working the register so the line was literally out the door. I turned around and left. Pretty disappointed with the meal we got tonight. Picked it up on my way home from work after waiting at least 20 mins for the food. Back in Denver we went in on our meals and were greeted with over-charred burgers and frozen cheese curds. We tried our best to force down the meal but just couldn't do it. They won't refund my money, they want to send my coupons, I don't want coupons because I'm never going back to Culver's. I want my money refunded. I know, I should've double checked. I'm a Culver's fan. At this price point, it's hard to find better selection, quality, price, and service. I like the Mushroom and Swiss Double Butter Burger but usually requires a take a nap afterwards. I also sometimes get the Atlantic Cod but not as fond of the mash potatoes or coleslaw. You're bet off getting fries and subbing subbing a soup or salad. The Custard is delicious but I usually am too full to order and enjoy it. Always eager and attentive service. Food served to your table and dining room is more comfy then a lot of fast casual and sit down restaurants. No wonder why it was voted one of the best Franchises in recent years. There is a bit of a wait BUT it's totally worth it!! They have such a large selection of food to choose from. They have burgers,seafood,chicken sandwiches, and much more!! The fries are crinkle cut and are the BEST ever, way better than Shack Shakes fries. The workers were all very friendly. I will be back VERY soon for a burger. read more

We love Culver's! Culver's is hands down my favorite custard of all time. They have a flavor of the day that changes each day and they are all wonderful. Their turtle sundae is probably my favorite dessert PERIOD. With smooth vanilla custard, warm fudge and caramel, and salty pecans- It can't be beat! Their butter burgers are to die for, and I would always choose the cheese curds over their fries. The service may take a little longer, but the staff is always super friendly. They also have a great covered patio space with nice furniture. This location also has a "happy hour" with half price shakes and sundaes M-F from 3-5. Nope sorry. I used to dine in here regularly a lot until I spoke to a appalling female supervisor during my visit. She is the reason I ended my relationship with this location forever. I had been dining in a lot since 2017- 2018 and would frequently buy the Cheddar Butter burger with extra bacon and the awesome, awesome onion rings. I also always ordered a side of their awesome frozen custard because they would have a flavor of the day, everyday. I would always find myself ordering between the Devil's Food Cake, to the Midnight Toffee. That day in the drive thru, the person said they had 0 of all the other flavors, and it was strictly only the flavor of the day they were serving. That was the first. I got my burger, and a freakin' small fruit fly, or bug thing was flying out of my burger and I called to complain. The female manager totally dismissed everything and specifically said "I doubt that's what happened and not in my kitchen." I was on the phone with her for a full 30 minutes. She was so unprofessional, and since then, they haven't received another penny out of me. read more

Really good food! The fries were hot and fresh and perfectly crispy. The burgers were cooked well and were a good size. We went through the drive through and even though they had us pull over to the side, they were really quick about bringing it out. This reminds me of a place on the east coast called Bill Grays. 7/5 first day open and I was the 3 or 4th customer. Nice and open with plenty of seats. Very clean and bright. Lots of staff on hand to make things go smooth. There hiring still. Returned a second time for the butter burger and it was actually good. However, we usually get frozen custard because there isn't a wait for that. After all, it's just "fast food." Probably our last visit though as we've been waiting 15 minutes for our frozen custard order via drive through. And there is always a a 10 minute wait for everything else here, but usually bot custard. I mean, they simply pull a lever and fill a cup. Somehow, they've managed to cluster up the simplest process...something that every other fast food place does with ease. Just ridiculous. read more

First time to a Culver's and I guarantee it won't be the last. We went on Saturday evening (2/1/2020). The restaurant was very clean and the employees were super nice and welcoming. My favorite food is cheeseburgers and I have tried lots of them. I had the double deluxe cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was perfectly greasy (this is a major compliment) just the way I like my cheeseburgers and the onions rings were hot and crispy. We were too full after dinner but next time we will definitely try the frozen custard. Thank you for the wonderful food and the great service Culver's. I really like the burgers here. Of all the smashed style burger places, this one is one of the best. They're a relatively smaller diameter but you can get 2 out 3 patties which makes the meat to bun ratio better. I've given up on the chocolate malts though. The first time I got one it didn't taste like it had much malt mixed in. The next time I ordered one it was lacking malt and it was visually obvious it was lacking chocolate. I bought it up with someone behind the counter and she told me everything is pre measured and offered to bring out some extra chocolate that I could mix in myself. Seemed like a super chintzy way to handle it. Disappointing too since I wouldn't bring it up if I didn't like the place. read more

The burgers are thin and crispy in the edges- packed with flavor. Buttery buns, chicken, fish, salad options, and amazing chili!!! I seriously enjoy their chili when I have a cold! What can I say? Butter burgers get me every time. Growing up in the midwest, Culver's has been a phenomenon since my late teens, early twenties? There was definitely one in my hometown of Decatur, IL by the year 2000, around the same time they built an Olive Garden. Once you've had a crispy burger and a soft, buttery bun, you kinda don't want any other substitutes. The only problem is that there's not a Culver's on every corner like a Walgreens or McDonald's. You have to head far out into the 'burbs, usually near a Wal Mart, to get this greasy goodness. I'm kind of glad about this because if there was a Culver's closer to my house, I'd probably weigh about 50 lbs more. Beyond the burger, I do love Culver's soft serve custard. Very midwest. I've been seeing adds for this place so today at lunch I took my co-worker Kevin, and we went to have lunch. Many choices on menu, I chose the Cod fish sandwich basket, subbing Wisconsin cheese curds ( nothing more than bite size fried cheese sticks which were over salted in my opinion, WAY over-salted. Sandwich was bland, the grated cheese was not on the meat, so it didn't melt. The tarter sauce was hard to find, so overall, it was not that great either. I asked for a Milk Shake with some extra milk to make it a little easier to get through the straw, Manager was helpful, but the guy making shake must not have gotten the message. I'm picky, but I like my milk shakes drinkable, NOT spoonable. If I wanted a Frosty I would have gone to Wendy's. 2 of us, over 25.00$ This will be my first and last time to visit. It was overpriced, and food was mediocre at best. Sorry, but I do not give this place a good rating. Much better hamburger and malt places. read more

Came to this place twice yesterday and I never really eat fast food, maybe just twice a year... At any rate, got a burger and was pleased it looked as good as the photo. Bun was toasted, not soggy. Meat tasted fresh. Very rare in a "fast food" place. Went back later with my son to try some custards. AMAZING. They have a special one ever day but even though it wasn't the day for banana creme pie, the man behind the counter was super helpful and decided to tell us about the "mixers" and they're so good. I wish we could give half stars because the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I try to reserve that honor for places that completely blow my mind and are an absolute must return. That being said I think culvers is a fantastic "fast food" venue. This place is always packed, though I'm not sure if it is because it is relatively new and there was so much hype surrounding it. One of the kids in my neighborhood whose family is from the Midwest recommended we try out culvers because it is one of her favorite places to eat when they go visit family. The burgers are really good, buttery, juicy and topped well. The cheese curd replacement for fries is something I've never had before. It is really unique, and worth coming to culvers for that alone. That being said you better not miss out on dessert. They have a concrete mixer of the day every day. They do their ice cream/ custard dessert similar to some of the smaller sandwich shops I've been to in Boston. You can choose a vanilla/chocolate flavor base and then add mix-ins Obviously they win my heart having peanut butter as a mix-in. Normally I'm never a fast food gal, but Culvers is worth the visit! 7/24/16 They are having new crew/new location issues. Lil bit of confusion from time to time behind counter, a few register issues, customers not knowing how food items are served. FYI, condiments are added by hand, by you. Ask for what you want & they will get it to you. They are a bit slow but not surprising during busy times and newly opened location. They are nice & give friendly service with a smile. The burger was good & the custard was awesome. We will be back! 7/28 Going thru drive thru this time. OMG! What a damn mess!!! There are 5 of us who have paid but sit waiting for our food and the person bringing food out is certainly in no hurry. Got my drink & concrete mixer. Mixer cup is in no way full. Not happy at all.
