Well, this Raising Cane's was definitely all in with the Ice-T promotion more than others I have seen. They had that dude on every surface they can get away with it. Usually it's a sign or two. But here... Dude had more presence in the store than the FBI has on your average conservative. Which, honestly, was amusing. What wasn't amusing was the service here, though, had to address my wait twice before I finally got my meal. Turns out, some people just assume my order was for drive through and handed it out that way. That really chaps a hungry goblin's ears, you simply don't do that. Good food, though. I went through drive thru, smiled and said hello, gave my payment and said thank you after getting my card back. After getting my food I said thank you again and the person stared me dead in the eye and told me to "Have a greasy night" in a passive aggressive tone, and before I could say "Huh?" he slammed the window on me and walked away. What the hell did I do? I highly doubt that's a company approved slogan, and it was so weird and upsetting that I felt the need to double check my food for anything "extra". Luckily there was none and the food was excellent as per usual, but the person in question was for sure rotten. Ordered my usual 3 piece chicken tender combo. What I love about their chicken tenders is that they're so damn moist. This chicken literally melts in your out! This is the only fast food joint that makes their chicken like this. Plus, I love those damn crinkles fries and that lemonade. And don't even get me started on the butter toast! I LIVE for that perfectly toasted and buttery toast. As you can imagine, I dived head first into that meal like there was no tomorrow. And that sh*t was smackin'! Especially during those late night hours. Had me feeling like I was 20 somethin' again. Just nom nom nom. Of course, service at the window was wonderful as always. They only sell chicken tenders (even the sandwich is tenders) but it allows them to focus and specialize in that and make sure the tenders are always to perfection. The tenders are a little hot since they fry them fresh after you place your order so I recommend breaking them open to cool off for a second before dipping them into the delicious sauce. The toast as my boyfriend says "is the most tender toast you'll ever have". Dine in is open at this location. I read somewhere Cane's has the fastest drive though time compared to other quick service restaurants. Friendly staff and simple menu is what we want. We don't need 100 things on the menu. You choose combo with either 3, 4, 6 fingers or a sandwich on a toasted bun. There's always a yellow Lab hanging out on the side of the building, Why? I don't recommend eating this type of food on a daily basis (to each their own). Every now and again, this stuff SLAPS. The Box Combo -- the simplicity of the RC menu is a home run. Quick, digestible and to the point. Chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, toast, one sauce. They get you on the upcharge for an extra sauce, but lawd have mercy spend the $0.42 and splurge like royalty. Dunk the fried crispy tenders like nobody's watching. The sauce bath makes for the perfect accoutrement. Like how Babe Ruth needed Lou Gehrig beside him. The slaw is my least favorite thing RC offers. Too much mayo for me, I like my slaw a little dryer. My family loves Raising Cane's! We came to this new location for dinner and it was great! We also brought my parents who had never had Cane's before and they loved it. Their chicken is crispy, delicious and fresh. I love how it's not greasy like other fried chicken places. Their sauce is also amazing! Their menu is simple; they only offer a tender meal or a sandwich meal but, they know what they're good at and stick to it! The meals come with fries and cole slaw. Great chicken and sauce! The location we went to is fairly new and it was apparent when we came in. It seemed everyone wanted to work but the lobby was somewhat slow. We asked for tea but the refrigeration wasn't on and my daughter said it didn't taste good. They have a large patio area but it is on a busy corner so not sure how pleasant that would be. What a friendly group of employees and quick service! Came in for an early dinner thanks to Yelp. There was a steady stream of people coming through the line but they had everyone in and out quickly. Dining room was mostly empty, so I decided to eat-in. Some tables were designated closed to promote distancing. I got my food quickly, despite the constant group of people. I appreciate the simple menu - it makes it easier to order. It's also nice that drinks come with the combos, a dying breed. Loved the crinkle cut fries - they add a nice texture to traditional fries. Also, the coleslaw had the perfect mix of sweet, salty and creaminess. The chicken tenders were moist and tender, you could tell the chicken is good quality. I just wish it was seasoned a little more. As far as their famous Cane's sauce, it was okay, but I appreciate variety in sauces when eating tenders - I wish they had a mix of honey mustard or barbecue. None of you employees wear gloves even during COVID19 sounds like a heath violation no gloves is Raising Cane's trying to kill people with COVID19? Next we sat inside and started eating because the outside patio area had 29 people in 6 tables where NO social distancing that was NOT occurring tables not blocked off. Then my family was kicked out of the dining area said we can't eat inside we looked around and there were 6 people eating at tables inside with no MASK ON the rude employee said the dining room is for employees only not customers. We sat on the SMALL SMALL patio customers where I could feel the spit from customers table inches next to ours. First Reviewer- Do not pay attention. This reviewer a chronic complainer and should just stick with drive through dining. I have never visited a Raising Canes so this was a first. I walked in and did feel safe. All the staff wearing masks and gloves. Dining room is closed at this time and there is obvious signage on every table. I ordered and she said I could eat on the patio which I did. Very hospitable team members here. The food- Let me preface by saying the drive through line around the building should tell you that a lot of people like this place. Very cool! For me I thought the food was just okay and would rank Chic-fil-A up the street as just plain better. Ordered the kids meal just to try the chicken plus I wasn't very hungry. The fries were of little to be desired. Flimsy, but they were warm. I ate them all so that should say something. The chicken (which is why so popular) was pretty good. Well above the standard fast-food chain. Good breading, not overly breaded, juicy high-quality chicken! Its just that it didn't have much flavor. The signature sauce was pretty bland as well. Extra sauce will cost you more. I asked for honey mustard, also an extra charge. Scratching my head here. I think the franchise might be a little cheap at this location. Mayonnaise and salt were FREE! LOL. Value- expensive! $5 bucks for that kid's meal I thought was a tad pricey. Overall a good place. Clean, new, friendly staff. Okay you got me on this one! We were in a hurry so this was fast and then onward to our goal. Really this joint just serves fried chicken fingers. Add the fries, coleslaw and sauce and you have your meal. It was busy when we arrived but to their credit they moved pretty fast to get us our orders. We took them home and pigged out! We were all very pleased with the chicken fingers. They were tasty and most importantly the chicken was moist and simply delicious. They have their own dipping sauce and it is unique, perhaps a combination of ranch and bbq (just taking a wild guess at it). The fries were just okay but I personally liked the coleslaw. It was rich with flavor yet easy on the tongue, not heavy just right. These meals were quite enjoyable and no doubt we shall be back often. The menu is simple so don't overthink it. This is only the 2nd location of Raising Cane's that have been in, the other was in Colorado Springs. This location can't even began to compare to the other one. I walk in this location and you can they are busy. They were very friendly, explained the menu a little bit to me. Hey where I live in SE Washington I don't know of any of these restaurants. The food was fresh, hot and perfect. I was wearing a new pair of sandals and when I pulled out the chair, the heel of my sandal got caught on one the legs of the chair and it accidentally fell over, it was loud as these are metal chairs, one of the young ladies raced over to make sure I was ok. While eating someone came over not once but twice to make sure we were satisfied with our meals, you don't see that in fast food. The service, the atmosphere was spot on, and of course the chicken was GREAT!!! Keep up the good work. Came here a week ago and they forgot the condiments in the bag for the to go order through the drive-through. I came inside and the manager handled it very professionally and gave me a free box combo for my next visit. Here I am with the free box combo that I got through the drive-through with still no condiments. I have always heard about them but now I got the opportunity to actually try them and the chicken tenders were quite tasty!!! Succulent white meat that was crispy and juicy all at once. So good!
