Had Jack in the box for the first time and it wasn't too shabby. I originally ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but unfortunately my ordered was changed to a burger, not sure which burger it was but it was pretty good! I also found the bread on my burger to be a bit dry, but nonetheless I still enjoyed it. I was with a party of 5 and we ordered via the drive through. All our order got mixed up, but after just arriving from FL and driving off, but just ate what we got. I'm total we spent $40, with every other meal being an entree/combo. read more

I visited this Jack in the Box location 2 nights ago and had an awesome experience! First off, there are not many 24 hour anything spots anymore so your choices are limited. Of those choices, I recommend Jack in the Box or at least this location because the food tasted freshly-made (hot burgers with nice buns and patties and crispy fries) and the customer service was awesome. Jorge and the other gentleman I didn't get the name of were nice, provided great recommendations, and overall made our visit great. read more

Don't expect "white gloves" service and well groomed staff. Photos don't lie. This is a filthy restaurant and I wonder if the franchise Headquarters is blind and not doing anything, but earn money. Workers look like they woke up from bed so they look lazy and unkempt. I got cold food. The soda fountain is always out since my previous to today's visit. Cashier didn't smile and looked unmotivated with "Can I help you?" Napkin dispenser was empty and I brought it to the cashier counter, but it was ignored. Cashier busy with mobile and showing coworker, didn't even bother to work hard. Entry door window is dirty. Bathroom was stinky and unsanitary so I assume the kitchen is just as filthy too. I noticed the owner "repeatedly apologized" for the customers' poor reviews or complaints, but it has been "all talk" and no actions at all with improvement and making reimbursement happening. Food options are out and what has been done to prevent this from happening a long time ago? Nothing. Owner doesn't give shit about the customers. It must be shut down. I know it's fast food, can't expect too much but I recently went in for lunch and they took over 20 mins to make 2 snack wraps and a burger, when my food was ready they set it on the counter and didn't say anything I had to wait multiple minutes to be helped to ask if this food was mine cause they didn't announce the order number or anything. they upcharged me for tea, and when I asked why that was since it seemingly comes out of the coke machine the staff worked just looked at me with dead eyes and said I don't know and kept walking away from me when I was trying to talk to them. Apparently the tea doesn't come out the coke machine but the staff member didn't want to interact with me I guess. We got to the coke machine and 90% of their soda is out... so I went back up to the counter was ignored many times so I had to loudly speak up and ask to be helped. I wanted a refund for the upcharged drinks cause their fountain was nearly empty. They refused to give me a refund and just told me it was fine. Worst customer service ever!! They will literally just ignore you while you're standing at the counter. I usually really enjoy jack in the box, I will never return to this location. Thoroughly enjoyed every photo posted for this location. The video of the courteous drive through employee is the best thing I've EVER seen on Yelp. Sometimes you just want some churros injected with sugar cinnamon. Sometimes you want crispy salty fries. Often times judging by the reviews of others this location is NOT the place for hot and presentable food. Inside is kept clean from my visits. Bit more space than the location off Sheridan and 72nd. Inside you'll find the usual tables and high tops. They even have the corporate standard fireplace but I've never seen it used. Generally I use the drive though. Speedy service or as speedy as it can be with everything made to order. That's one of their things like Wendy's not using frozen beef. Always prompt to answer on the intercom. Order hasn't been incorrect and is always hot. Drive thru is open late. Hours state the lobby and drive through are open twenty fours hours so that's a great late night plus. Breakfast is also served all day. Otherwise it's fast food but a nice change from Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell, or Wendy's. Love it or hate it, you get what you pay for. read more

I love jack in the box but tonight it was nothing short of terrible ... I waited 20+ minutes to get my food when I was at the ordering box the guy didn't seem to know how to work the computer it took like 5+ minutes for him to get the order correctly... I ordered curly fries... & got the nastiest tasting fries I have ever eaten !!! They were cold and saltless, the drink I ordered was incorrect and had ice after I said no ice 3 times the breakfast sandwich looked scary and tasted like I was eating a sandwich made from a week ago it wasn't good as it usually is ... the egg rolls were alright a lil burnt but definitely mid at best... and the cheese cake won the fight and I think that's only because they didn't make it but all in all this experience was shit and I definitely hope to get better workers that don't look like they were on drugs and better food next time around ... read more

Old review "Had a late night work out and was looking for places that were open not any choices but Jack in the box and Mc Donalds. I decided to go to jack in the box and I'm glad I did! Late night crew did an amazing job seriously they took my order quickly made my food and they did not putter around. You can see the kitchen through the drive through and it's really clean. Tonight this location stole money from me by not including things I ordered. Not only that but the fries are burnt hard. I guess they hired new people and those new people are awful. We REALLY appreciated the friendly service from Jalisa at the drive-thru! We had never been and asked questions about the menu which she answered so politely and patiently. I love Jack in the Box and am so glad to have found one here in CO (possibly the only one?) AND it's like 2 exits from home, yay! The food was familiar, greasy and fantastic. They have added curly fries to their repetoire, which are not of the same caliber and fantasticness of Arby's, but are still pretty darn good. I love the gooey fake-cheese-awesomeness of the cheddar bacon wedges. And, if you're going to get a sandwich, it MUST be on the cibatta bread. The chicken brushetta one is my favorite. If you are a CO native and have not experienced the Jack in the Box (lovingly referred to as "Grease on the Box" and "Crap in a Sack") I highly recommend it. My husband drove down to the jack nesresr our house- we live in the country and our nearest jack is 35 minutes away- so getting to eat a jacking the box dinner is normally a treat!!! He ordered two combos- one of which was missing the entire sandwich- the main of the meal! He drove home and didn't discover it was missing until he came inside. This meal costs 9.78 and the bulk of that cost goes towards the sandwich- we were too far away, he was too upset to go back, and he did call the restaurant 4 times but no answer....! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We've had our share of "undesirable" trips to this location, but nothing major enough to make us refuse to come back. Except now. Not only did they forget to include items from my order, the sausage on my husband's sandwich was PINK in the center (obviously that went into the trash). His other sandwich, the Brunch Burger, was missing the hamburger patty (one of the STAPLES of it being the BRUNCH BURGER). The onion rings weren't even fully cooked inside and the breading was soggy. I had ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl, and until tonight, I've never tasted steamed rice with the consistency of MASHED POTATOES. I'd say the only "saving grace" was the drinks, pretty hard to screw those up...but hey, the night is still young, I'm sure they could figure out a way to do that before the day is up. On top of clearly not being able to read a screen, they also don't know how to conduct themselves professionally in the slightest bit (ie: managers belittling employees, employees yelling back and forth at one another about personal conversations, and the like.) Needless to say, we won't be back to this location ever again. I'd rather spend my money at a fast food place that will actually provide me with food that I can actually EAT. read more

Her name is Melba (she gave me her last name but I don't want to give all that information on here), she's professional, courteous and very much takes pride in whatever job she holds and it's evident. When she took my order she was concise and I could understand every word she said, no grunting, mumbling or slurring all her words together. First of all I am one of those weird people that enjoy ordering food off of one of those touch screen devices that Arby's used to have. I felt that this way of ordering food was the future of all fast food restaurants, nay, the future of all restaurants. I felt like George Jetson or Buck Rogers. Take your pick. I find their food is usually hit or miss. The tacos aren't as good as I remember, but they're ok. The mini churros are pretty good, and I like that they have a filled center. When I order their raspberry iced tea, I have to get it with half the usual amount of raspberry syrup, otherwise it's way too sweet. The deli trio is a good sandwich, but sometimes it comes out way too buttered and greasy. This location is pretty new and still nice. There's a fireplace inside, which is pretty cool. And there are kiosks which you can order from. I actually liked those because I could see what I was getting and how much the upcharges would be. read more

Seriously, people. 4/5 stars for this place? I'm a fast food lover, but this place is disgusting. I had vague memories of my last Crap in a Box encounter a few years ago but decided to give it a shot today. I got a Sirloinburger combo. First of all, no wonder our country is so damned fat. That burger is huge. I ordered the medium, thinking it was the smallest option (I don't think it was). HUGE drink, huge fries. $7.34. Ouch. The curly fries were surprisingly good, hence the two stars. They were crispy and flavorful and not too salty. But the burger......gross. Seriously gross. The toppings were good, pickles were good, lots of onions...but you can taste the low quality meat in the burger. Real, good quality meat doesn't need a lot of seasoning in it to make it tasty. Real meat is tasty enough, and I like to taste it, not the shit that was ground into that nasty cat-food burger. So I went to their website to see what seasonings they use in their shitburger. I found plenty of boasts about their "high-quality ingredients" and notes that the sirloin burger is made with "100% pure sirloin." Then I checked the ingredients....artificial CRAP. You're using "high-quality ingredients"- let them shine, don't try to cover them up with artificial seasonings and salt and butter flavoring and "topical seasoning" mixes and God knows what all. This location is absolutely disgusting. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, in that 20 minutes the things I saw were appalling. NONE of the employees were wearing their masks correctly even after being asked to pull them over their mouths and noses by another customer. One gentleman sneezed while bagging the food and continued bagging and served it! He never went to wash his hands. There was a general "Don't give a shit" attitude. One employee came in, no mask at all carrying his skateboard and walked right through the kitchen. The young lady at the register had her mask under her chin, coughed and wiped her mouth and handed people their food and collected money. Gloves were not used. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told he's not here sorry. I could not be given a refund because the manager was not there. So I got stuck with an order I would not feed to my dog. There are no sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of covid 19 at this location or otherwise. I will be filing a complaint with the health department. read more
