Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean establishment, quick food service! Delicious food!

Visited on June 8, 2026, while in Denver and was shocked by the prices. I ordered two single burgers and two sodas, and the total came to $30.00! For that kind of money, I expected something substantial. The burgers are tiny--about the size of a small McDonald's hamburger, just with a thicker beef patty. They certainly don't justify the premium price. I left feeling like I paid gourmet prices for fast-food portions. The food wasn't terrible, but the value was absolutely ridiculous. There are far better places to get a burger without feeling ripped off. I will never return. read more

So many options! They share a parking lot with Edgewater Public Market so be on the lookout for a spot. You order at the kiosk and then they bring you the meal. I got a regular cheese burger with fries and shared a cookies and cream milkshake with my friend! The burger was good! Good portion size for what I paid for. It's always strange to me when fries are not included with your meal at fast food locations. The fries were crispy and hot! The milkshake was creamy and good! I would definitely go back! read more

Your rarely find me in a drive through line, but when you do, I def like to know the ingredients are fresh, not overly processed and attention is given to how the meat is raised and processed. This is Shake Shack. I appreciated being able to order and then walk in and pick up quickly. Service was quick and friendly. My burger was really good, juicy and loaded with flavor. I could barely get my mouth around it, lol. Add their banana pudding shake and I just had a fabulous (but quick) lunch. Perfect when you're on the go and in between meetings. read more

Was craving a burger and decided to give SS a try- been once before long ago. Service was easy at the kiosk and ambiance was chill and I was able to sit outside on a Lovely day! The burger was juicy and tasty but pretty greasy. Fries were just ok after they cooled for a minute. Price is high and Culver's is still my number 1 fast food burger! read more

Clean store. You order on one of the 4 touchscreens, select a table sign and sit down either inside or outside. They accept credit/debit cards only, no cash or app payments. It asks for your phone number so they can let you know when your order is ready. Then it asks for your email for the receipt. I had no signal strength inside, so I never saw the text message or the email until I came outside. A staff person called out my name. My chocolate malt was excellent. Burgers seemed to have gotten smaller, almost slider size. Still delicious! I would imagine the smaller size might have to do with the prices staying reasonable unlike every other burger joint! Very clean, awesome service and delicious food! $40 bucks for the two of us, but we didn't really care. Take the family because food this good cannot be passed by!! read more

Love getting shake shack! Their location is comfy and spacious next to the edgewater marketplace. Ordering through the screen makes is easy peasy for anxious people like me and the service seems friendly. Quality of the food is super tasty but the only thing is the last time I ordered, they didn't pack any of the sauces including the ones I paid extra for but sadly it was too late by the time we discovered it. It was OK. We stopped in for a quick dinner before meeting friends. I had a burger, my husband had a chicken sandwich and we shared a fry. The fries were tasty. The sandwiches were fine, nothing amiss in their construction. They tasted ok. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was clean and brightly lit. There seemed to be adequate parking. The price point was higher than I expected. I don't know that I will revisit a Shake Shack because I feel like I can get a comparable meal elsewhere without spending as much. read more

Still fine! It's shake shack; it does what it claims to do. It's consistent and a yummy indulgence. The standout for me this trip was the Arnold Palmer made with a fruity lemonade. I do appreciate that they list the calories for each item so that I know what I'm getting into. In this case the fancy lemonade was fewer calories than I imagined so I enjoyed it guilt free. The regular burger and fry was plenty to fill me up for dinner and it was ready quickly. Not much more to ask for really. Good stuff. read more

There are way better options around! This place is seriously over rated and overpriced. The food is very greasy or over cooked. The fries are over seasoned. Horrible!! I ordered the double stack of avocado burger got it from Uber eats at about a quarter of the burger and then realized that bread was completely soggy. Looked at the burger and it was bloody and completely raw. I will never eat there again and if I get any type of food poisoning, I will be presenting them with the lawsuit. read more

09/25/2023 Update In the two+ years since my first review, this place has stayed perfect. How they've managed to maintain such a stellar staff is impressive. Everybody is always so nice, and everything is cooked exactly how it should be. In fact, my most recent meal there might be the best burger order possible. The online ordering process was a pain. I tried to schedule an afternoon pickup in the morning but the website wouldn't let me because the pickup location isn't open yet (sigh, what is the purpose of "scheduling" a pickup again?) Finally it was after 11am and the location opened, but the pickup time keeps being stuck at 1:45pm (????) I gave up and downloaded the mobile app to place the order, which was much smoother. Got here to pick up the order and the girl who handed me my food was very polite and nice. I saw that there was no other diners and decided to eat in. You can tell the food was freshly made - just the right temperature. The ShackBurger was pretty good, it's so filling that I didn't need to eat anything else for the remainder of the day. I later checked and one single ShackBurger is 1000 calories! My goodness, it was good but was it worth having to burn off 1000 calories? I'm not sure anymore. I also had the new item: Parmesan Fries with Truffle dip. The dip is a game changer. Try smothering that on your burger, it's divine... well, for a burger chain. Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. Ordering on the tablet was super easy! Our order was ready in about 10 mins. The sandwich had good flavor, but the chicken was crazy greasy. I know fried chicken is inherently greasy since it is fried, but this piece of chicken was glistening with oil and grease, it was so shiny! read more

There dead flies in the windows. little flies flying around. The tables were all dirty. Only two other tables were occupied when we were there so wasn't like they didn't have time to wipe off. My partner said this was the best burger they've ever had! We got an avocado bacon burger and the seasonal truffle burger with onions and cheese. Both came on a brioche bun and were so flavorful. They serve crinkle cut fries and they were perfectly crisp! You can tell that she shake was made with super fresh ingredients. They also have chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and vegetarian portobello burgers. They also serve wine and beer at this location. The food preparation and ingredients have degraded here so significantly that we are not inclined to ever return. It was a sad day. Shake Shack used to be a reliable old pal we'd visit occasionally. -Dried out burger served with a smidge of sauce, It was as if the burger was pre-made and hung out on the grill for a while. -Salty, salty, fries with a weird texture that we didn't bother to finish - what is going on? So very salty and unpleasant. I used to love Shake Shack fries even though they are frozen. -Lackluster chicken nuggets, laughably small, overly salted and served with pre-packaged sauce that has a Shake Shack logo. It costs over $5 for maybe half of a chicken breast. This is now a very poor food experience at a very premium price. I spoke with who described themselves as the GM once regarding an issue with a T-Mobile promotion and was told to just try another location because she couldn't be bothered. Easy ordering process, doesn't take long to get your food and there's a bunch of indoor & outdoor seating available. this was my 2nd time at this location & I was somewhat disappointed tonight. 1/18/2021- never pass up an opportunity for a delicious Shake Shack burger and fries. This is a new location in Edgewater just a few blocks from Sloan Lake. Fantastic location with a lot of cool stuff in this area. The staff was very friendly, the food was tasty, and the restaurant was clean. If you are craving Shake Shack or just a very tasty burger put this spot on your list. I will be back soon to try the new Korean inspired fried chicken sandwich. It's a Shake Shack, the food is famous and it's obviously fairly large (and growing chain). Normally this wouldn't warrant a review, but this one in particular needs a review as it is particularly well run. The space is always clean, the layout is spacious and fantastic. Most of all though, it is really well run. The woman who seems to run the place is passionate and focused, she really does a great job. I hope someone reads this and provides her the recognition she deserves. I stop in probably once every two to three weeks, and have only been in maybe 4 times. Tonight, on my fourth visit in nearly three months, the person working the register put "Ike" on the ticket. When the woman running the place saw it, she said, "Oops, no, his name is Mike." For a holiday weekend, they weren't very busy, but acted like they were. I ordered at 6:50pm and received a text message regarding my order. I didn't get another text until 7:20pm. One of my burgers was incorrect so we brought it back. 5 minutes later, the same burger came back out. Don't understand how you can't differentiate between Smoke Shack and DBL Smoke Shack. I had the privilege of visiting an original Shake Shack in midtown Manhattan ten years ago, and this location is not even close... in terms of quality, nor service. Ordered online, for takeaway, and waited 20 min for my order, which was cold and incorrect. I spent nearly $35 on that meal, that I put in the trash. Customer Service at Shake Shack is sketchy at best, and offered an apology, but didn't refund any of my money. Gahhh Shake Shack why o why did you move into my neighborhood? This location is new, clean and well kept. I ordered through the app and it was a quick and easy transaction. I got in line to go in. One in one out policy. Told them I ordered online and the girl gave me my food. Overall, I'll give them another try. They're definitely going through some growing pains. PRO TIP: Make sure you ask them if they have condiments in your bag before you leave. Handful of people grumpily came back when they realized they were missing their sauces. Highlights - consistent AF! I love shake shack and it never disappoints. - get a burger you fool - even though our food was cold (my fault not theirs) it's still so darn good Lowlights - half and half lemonade and tea was watery.
