We had the green chile plate and the five taco platter with bison and lengua, with guacamole on top. My only quibble is that the bison needed more seasoning, it was a bit gamey like hamburger meat. Hands down, these are tacos jalisco's trademark. I left a below par review on UBEReats because I ordered 4 Mexican cokes, and they were not delivered. After the fact, I was told, the 4 cokes were bagged, but the UBER driver did not pick up the cokes and were left behind. Mary from Tacos Jalisco phoned UBER and was proactive in resolving this issue. UBER driver was contacted but never returned. I phoned Tacos Jalisco again and was told by Mary that a busser would go out of their way and hand deliver the 4 cokes. I am here to tell you that the deliver was signed, sealed, and delivered within 20 minutes. This is a perfect example not to assume anything. Mary fulfilled her promise, the owners nephew fulfilled his service, apologized at least 10 times, was sooooooo damn respectful, and even provided salsa and chips free of charge. No way in hell, I could still be pissed. For the record, Usually, I spend $500 plus a month at Tacos Jalisco. Please dis-regard my UBER eats review. This place is the ONLY place to buy Mexican food. Period! Thank YOU Mary, Christina, and a ginormous kudos to your nephew. Another satisfied customer Respectfully, Troy Romuald Gamez

Two words - so good! I ordered their meatball soup (Caldo de Albondigas) and loved it. Coworkers ordered tacos, a burrito and a quesadilla. Everyone left happy and full. We all wanted to take the salsas home, lol. Everything was so very good - well seasoned and flavorful. There's a reason these guys are in the Top 10 Tacos list of Denver!

A few highlights from our visit: Margaritas: Super tasty and pleasantly strong! They hit the mark without being overly sweet. Fajitas: Servings are huge! The plate is massive and the balance of sizzled peppers, onions, and meat is cooked to perfection. Enchiladas with Mole: My wife claims these are her favorite enchiladas in all of Colorado, and I have to agree--that traditional Mole Michoacáno sauce is to die for. It's definitely a lively room with a vibrant, high-energy buzz (it gets a little loud inside, but in a fun, festive way). Most importantly, they were incredibly welcoming and family-friendly with our baby, which made our meal so relaxed. Exceptional food and great hospitality--we'll be back soon!

He was awesome all night. Their drinks were some of the best in the city. I had a paloma, wife had the casa marg. Both were very fresh tasting. For mains I did some tacos, and she did the enchiladas both ways. I was very disappointed by the Birra Taco. The shell was not a traditional birra shell. It was just some cheesy short rib in a regular street taco corn tortilla. They were all on the same soft tortilla. Maybe because they are 100% gluten free for everything. The lack of gluten really held back the tortillas from being very traditional or very good. The carnitas taco had great flavor. It lacked any crispy bits that separates carnitas from pulled pork. But the flavor was there. The enchiladas were stuffed with chicken. Great flavor for both ways. Creamy jalapeno was the winner. Overall the ambiance was exciting but a bit too loud. It didn't quite require yelling to have a conversation with someone next to you. But definitely a lively atmosphere.
