Everything is premade, so you can't make any substitutions or changes of any kind. Just not worth it for me, although I've heard from others that the donuts are good (I'm not a fan of donuts). Hopefully those make this place a little more redeemable! I will say that the interior is really well done. Visually, the place is great. The lady working the counter was a total gem. I wish I had caught her name! I had a special request for a few raspberry-filled donuts. I didn't see any in the case, but figured I'd ask. She told me they didn't have any made that day, then offered to run to the back and fill a couple for me. She even asked if I wanted them glazed or plain! I was shooketh! Such a great experience.
