We recently ate at a Michelin rated taco restaurant and your food truck blew them out of the water. The meat is seasoned like somebody actually gave a shit. The toppings aren't there merely to provide color--they're participating. Every bite has something going on. Crunch. Fat. Acid. Heat. Char.
