Hidden gem for fried chicken right off of I70. Stumbled across it while I was next door getting tires changed, and I'm glad that I did. It is easily the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in Denver and it's not particularly close. I thought it was perfectly fried - crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the breading was delicious. The house sauce, pickles, and slaw on top were a perfect complement. Came with a healthy amount of fries which I also loved the seasoning on. Very few places make me stop and say Wow this is amazing as I'm in the middle of eating of it, and this was one of them. I thought it was a great value. It is slightly more expensive than a fast food competitor equivalent, but I think the quality is leaps and bounds above that makes it worth it every time, and to support a local business. I was also impressed with the space itself - was very clean and well kept for being a hole in the wall. There's no way the reviews here are real and if they are I'm completely done with believing Denver metro food reviews. This was the worst Nashville hot chicken sandwich that I've ever had anywhere. It was soggy, overcooked, and under seasoned. The slaw and sauce was sweet which did not pair well with the sandwich at all. The fried pickles were also sweet and not tangy. It's a small, family run place. Decorations are plain and the menu relatively simple. There's room to sit inside, but it seems like most of their business is takeout. Tenders and fries combo is always the move. Now Denver has seen many chicken joints open up these last few years. Does Binge have what it takes to compete? YES, yes they do! Here are my initial impressions: +Chicken is well breaded and coated evenly. +Sauces are pretty good, and used primarily for dipping. +If you love Raising Canes, you'll love Binge Hote Chicken. +The chicken is crunchy on the outside, while moist and tender inside. +Fries are thin and crispy. +Portion sizes for the price are great, especially in this economy. My only knock? It comes down to mismanaged expectations. Based on the name, I was expecting Nashville style hot chicken, which is a special technique of coating the chicken in a specialty hot sauce coating. The tenders were breaded chicken with a sidecar of sauce. Again, not the worst thing in the world. But I was craving real hot chicken, and I didn't find the Nashville hot dipping sauce to be very spicy. I will 100% return here and shout their praises, though! I've been meaning to try this place for a while. The crazy construction on Kipling that has been going on for years has held me back. We finally visited and the chicken was really good! The best chicken in the Denver metro. I live about an hour away so when I'm down in the area, I always stop at Binge. I'll buy extra to take home as well. This place does it better than Raising Canes, Dave's Hot Chicken or whatever else is out there. A little whole in the wall, but the flavor is phenomenal. As mentioned, it's a whole in the wall. This seems like a fresh new restaurant. It has a decent sized parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is located. The woman working there was vey friendly and helpful. They serve salads, wings, tenders, and some seafood. There is an adequate sized dining area with seating. It has a pretty open layout and is very tidy and hip. The menu is pretty straight forward. I ended up ordering the 3 piece tender meal that came with fries. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food and it was fresh and hot. The tenders were huge and very tasty. I opted to get the Spicy Boom Boom sauce and it did not disappoint. My only gripe was that it was not enough of it. It only came in a very small cup. The fries were seasoned perfectly. Mmmm mmm good. I could not eat all of my meal and had to get the remaining stuff to-go. This restaurant has some real good food at a reasonable price and top notch service. Solid chicken spot with all sorts of yummy fried options! I ordered a 3 piece tender so that I could share with my 1 year old as well as some cheese curds. The tenders had a great crispy exterior but were a tad dry. The sauce options helped cover the tad dryness though! Of course I also had to get some ranch for the tenders and the cheese curds... which were delightful because ranch (which didn't taste to be store bought). I got medium spice level. I learned my lesson elsewhere where we got hot and it was too hot. So I like to go easy my 1st time. Chicken is a good size breast crispy and seasoned well.
