The pizza was burnt around the edges and on the bottom. I have been to MOD pizza in every state and this one was the worst. The staff and manager on duty insulting and degrading when I asked for a refund. When they offered to remake the pizza it had minimal toppings on it. I requested extra toppings. Also, manager stated "our pizzas come this way with burnt crust unless you request to have a light colored crust." read more

MOD Pizza - MOD Pizza - Fast Food Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

I love MOD pizza and enjoy going in there but I have never tried Uber eats so during these times I thought it would be a better idea to get it delivered and I was very disappointed of what I received. I had pepperoni and chicken pizza and I'm not kidding you there was a 1 piece of chicken for every slice! I ordered feta cheese on top of it there was none! Mushrooms; 4 of them! I don't understand why we have to be there to get what we pay for, it's 30 bucks for 2 pizzas (before the tip) so if you are gonna charge us this much, stop being stingy and provide what your customers pay you for. Never ordering it online anymore! read more

MOD Pizza - Supposedly 12 ingredients, but looks like 3 - Fast Food Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

The pizzas here are simple and delicious. They're also very quick. It's hard not to appreciate that. The people here are all accompdairng

The pizzas were good and the service was ok. We felt we had to tip a larger amount after overhearing an employee complaining about how their tips were being stolen by DoorDash and UberEats, and how cramp the condition of their working space in the kitchen were. Given how vocal the employee was, and my wife also briefly spoke to her outside the eatery - we felt that ModPizza does not treat or pay their employees well and we will not be going there anymore even though their pizzas were good. read more

So disappointed because we love MOD. We are usually ordering at least 3 times a month. I was really patient when I first ordered online for pick up and they only had 1 of my 2 pizzas. Waited an extra 10 minutes for my other. When we left luckily I checked before we got far and realized this was the wrong pizza. (By the way we ordered 2 cheese pizzas) 1 of the 2 was a pineapple and Canadian bacon. I turned around went back told the woman it was not my pizza. She didn't say 1 word just took the pizza checked the receipt and walked away. We waited another 10 minutes. Finally we get home and my daughter finds a hair in her pizza and I realize the first pizza looks like awful. Check the pictures. We won't be back for a long time. read more

Waited in a line for over 20 min just to place order asked worker why were they taking online orders over in store customers was told that's how they do it online customers take priority ! WOW what customer service is that for 20 people deep waiting in line... won't be going inside to order again if we go back?? will do online ordering... and when you pay the nerve they have to put a tip line for customers that had to wait 20-30 min just to place there order No tip for this kind of service !! order online everyone, you will get served way sooner or for that matter don't go here other pizza places have better customer service read more

Does the owners know employees are telling customers that the restaurant is closed at 7:51 on 3/3? This is the second time this happened. A few weeks ago, I showed up at 8:30 and was told, "I guess we can still squeeze you in." Pizza I got wasn't cooked completely (soggy crust). Guess I shoulda learned my lesson the first time. read more

Pizza is just okay, but the chocolate no name cakes are amazing! I honestly wasn't expecting them to be that good, but now I might go there just for dessert. If you stop by definitely get their chocolate cakes. They are similar to a hostess cake but sooo much better. read more

Always a great pizza place... you get choose what toppings you want. There are two different sizes of pizza a mini or mod. They have a variety of cheese's to choose from mozzarella, feta, parmesan..etc. The meat toppings are anchovies, bacon, chicken, beef, sausage, salami, just to name a few. Vegetable toppings basil, cilantro, jalepeno, mushrooms, peppers, corn, garlic, spinach. Then after they cook the pizza they offer different sauce to drizzle on them like pesto, BBQ, sricha and even ranch. If your on the healthy side, they can offer you a salad with these ingredients also. read more

Five stars, no doubt. Their online ordering is fantastic (everything always comes as ordered, no matter now complicated) and food is amazing. I don't know where else you can have an unlimited topping, delicious pizza for $8.50. Prices can't be beat, they have options for every diet (cauliflower crust and gluten free/ dairy free), and it's always sooo tasty. We love MOD and it's so budget friendly, despite the high quality and quantity of ingredients! read more

This is the best pizza I have ever had hands down. I had a mod and still had half a pizza left over and ate it the next day. SOOOO GOOD!! Defiantly a great place to go if your traveling here in CO or even from around here! read more

MOD Pizza - Had their version of a magherita but tweeked it a little to my satisfying - Fast Food Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

I have never been here. That said, I did have to deliver a DoorDash from here and the order took WAY too long. Literally on the sign it says "SUPER FAST". Pretty disappointing, it also made me extra late delivering the order I had previously taken as well. Definitely will be avoiding this place when looking for places to eat. read more

Although it's sad the food can't be made %100 gluten free safe, the staff working today was so kind and tried their best to make it as gluten free safe as possible. They switched gloves got a new pizza tray and even a new cutter for my pizza. I've never experienced this at another MOD and I'm so happy! So thank you to the thoughtful and caring line works today! 04/22/23 at 1:15 pm read more

FOOOD IS OUTSTANDING! Great size options for pizza! Great size options for kids! Standard pizzas are amazing ( cheese and pepperoni ) Best dessert, called the No Name Cake, just like a Twinkie. Definitely Recommend!!!!!!!!! read more

The food would have gotten a solid 4 stars, it was above average but not completely Mind blowing, However, the service was terrible they were prioritizing online orders over individual pies in my family's. 3 online orders were in between my father and mother and 6 between my mother and me. This caused my father to be almost finished by the time I had even started ordering. I felt totally forgotten. I'm blaming this on shitty management and will no be giving a single cent to this location until someone major changes are made. read more

MOD Pizza - 6 inch pizza. They have a sign plastered to the door, no gf crust available. - Fast Food Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

This is my son's and my favorite place to grab lunch or dinner when we go to see a movie at the AMC 24. The staff are friendly and fast, the ingredients are delicious, and we love the thin crust! Great pizza at a terrific price! read more

Great spot to make your own pizza! We were killed with kindness the moment we walked through the door. I think every employee welcomed us audibly! Service was on point. Lots of great selections and build your own options. For two people we split an 11 inch and a mini, which was perfect. Ingredients seem fresh and tasty. No complaints, good overall pizza on thin crust. We will definitely head back. read more

Great pizza, great salads! Very easy and fast carry out option, with car-side service. On the pricey side for pizza, and smaller proportions, but the flavor delivers. Will eat here again! read more

This was so fun! I got to build my own pizza with tons of fresh ingredients to choose from that I could see in front of me. My favorite options were the roasted garlic and fresh basil. I got a pesto base with tons of veggies, feta cheese and a balsamic fig glaze to top it off. Man, it was GOOD! And fast! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a take out order. Would definitely recommend this place! read more

Excellent thin crust pizza with a double crust option. They're very cool about adding your toppings and custom adjusting them (less please, more please). It's not necessarily the cheapest but if you need gluten free/egg/soy free crust, it's worth it. read more

LOVEEEE MOD PIZZA! This location just opened and I couldn't be happier and impressed! This MOD pizza at the Westminster promenade is the new revolutionary for pizza or food for that matter. They make amazing pizzas and salads along with 5 star quality restaurant service. You put whatever toppings on a personalized sized pizza for NO EXTRA CHARGE. And pizzas always tastes amazing. The quality of food is amazing but the customer service is even BETTER! Always friendly and the staff goes above and beyond. This place is great for families and even SERVES ALCOHOL! Like a Subway for pizza with plenty of toppings to choose from.

Second time we have been to this location. First visit we ate in. Service fast and good. They were out of plain iced tea. Had no diet drinks. Went again tonight - a Friday. They were very busy. Still fast. We ordered to go. Got someone else's pizza. Their system failed. Hope whoever got our pizza enjoyed it. I do not like Hawaiian pizza. read more

So delicious! I was impressed with the customer service--we were greeted enthusiastically (really enjoyed the big bearded guy). The pizza was awesome and you can add any other toppings you want for no extra charge. The dessert and milkshakes were also delicious. Manager came around to ask how we were doing--he was personable and you could tell he wanted to please his customers (kudos to him). Will definitely be back! read more

GLuten Free Caspian (BBQ Chicken) Pizza was Yummy! I took advantage of free delivery and it was fairly quick! There was no special marking on my food to say it was GF except the receipt, but crust def looked GF. Larger size pizza was definitely too much for one sitting but perfect for leftovers! Popped in here for a quick lunch before a movie. The pizza is delicious! Flakey, yummy crust and all the toppings your heart desires. Try the "no-name cake". It's a specialty little cake a lot like a Hostess ding-dong. You won't be disappointed, I promise! read more

Came back today(6/9/19) with a party of five, all of the pizzas came out at random times with me having to remind the cooks for two of our pizzas repeatedly. Went there for lunch today with a group of friends in a time zone. And even though the place was packed their team kept up pretty well and managed to give us great treatment and our food came out great :) and the lemonade was probably the best I've had. I ordered a mini mod with pineapple, bell peppers, onions, and pepperoni, was delicious ! Definitely going back there again. Only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because crust was very thin and even though I loved the pizza I can't say I'm addicted and will always go there. (Also I know the thin crust is their thing, just wish the medium or small pizza could have a bit thicker crust) but I can look past that and rate everything four stars! read more

Great pizza, cooked perfectly, fresh salad & efficient & friendly staff! Busy location but moves customers quickly & efficiently !

Great pizza. Tried a salad pizza, too, which was yummy! Quick, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This place is great for those who have alternative dietary needs. My son is allergic to dairy and is a big fan of the dairy free cheese they offer. Honestly all individual pizza places should do this! The staff is always friendly and in the rare event they mess up an order they are really quick to fix the issue and issue a voucher for a free pizza. Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely do not come here if you have a serious allergy. If you do make sure you always get a receipt for your order incase they mess it up and talk to a manager or higher up if something goes wrong immediately! As someone with a severe gluten allergy MOD Pizza used to be a place I could trust to come relax. Unfortunately I lost my trust in this business due to their lack of integrity and mislabeling my order. I ordered a gluten free pizza and as I was eating it in the sitting area a worker came up to me and told me he had given me the wrong pizza. The pizza I was currently eating had my name on it and said gluten free, I also watched them make it right in-front of me . I was super confused and asked him what happened and he laughed and said he mixed them up. He didn't even bother to apologize as I explained I have an allergy and I can't eat regular pizza because it makes me very sick. Of course I got really sick soon after leaving and the next day called management. The manager was super sorry and understanding and said next time I could get a free pizza, however I went in the next time and told them my story and they didn't even give me the free pizza as promised. I couldn't be more disappointed in this experience, as this business used to be one of my favorites and now I can't eat here because I can't trust them. read more

Five of us stopped by after seeing a movie at the AMC theaters. Love the "have it your way" style pizzas with fresh veggies. The guys behind the counter were extremely nice and attentive to our requests. I am a fan of thin crusts too. Had two toddlers with us so the mini size pizzas were perfect for them. We didn't care for the garlic bread, but I'm not a fan of a lot of butter and cheese. I had the Jasper with added olives and green peppers - loved it! The only thing i didn't like was we were overcharged $7.67. The cashier was busy with her cell phone and seemed too occupied by it an not customer service. We may go back and next time will double check our bill before paying. read more

What a great experience I had at MOD pizza tonight. This is my second visit and I love their entire concept and their excellent thin crust pizza. Tonight, I forgot my wallet, didn't realize until my pizza was already in the oven. First I apologized profusely, then went and dug up five dollars in change out of my car, came back in and the Manager or Captain Tracy tells me don't worry about it, pizzas on us. The five dollars went into their tip jar. Eddie was the initial cashier he too told me not worry about it. Sounds like this company's got great management and the staff is empowered by their owner and the mod pizza company. From my discussions with Tracy sounds like a very progressive company! I highly recommend and want to commend how friendly and nice the staff are! Scott you're doing a great job! Thank you very much! read more
