Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Ordered the small Power Play and it had loads of toppings. Also ordered the Toasted Cheese Ravioli and they were good as well. Earlier in the day I was at a meeting where they brought in lunch and I had the Fresh Greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing / it was so good!! It had spinach, chicken pieces, cheese, sliced almonds, mandarin oranges and green olives - I love green olives. All in all I highly recommend. read more

I'll start by saying that I ordered on a Friday night, knowing that's their busiest night of the week, so that's on me. Anyway, I ordered at @5:50 pm and was told that the pizza would arrive in about an hour, give or take. At 7:15, the pizza had not arrived, so I called to ask about the delay. I was told, with apologies, that they were very busy and only had two drivers, but it should only be another 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes later the pizza still had not arrived. I was getting ready to call again when the driver pulled up. Now, I have no issues with the person who fielded my calls nor with the driver - they were both pleasant, courteous young women who were as helpful as possible under the circumstances. My issue is with a management who, knowing it was their busiest night, didn't provide adequate staff. This is an unacceptable level of managerial ineptitude. It's nice to shop or dine local. I. This case it was amazing The bread was perfect. Slightly crisp crust and soft inside The cheese bread also was excellent and the flavors were on par. Maybe a bit of a garlic spread on the crust? Not sure but very good The pizza was also excellent. I like when the pepperoni has a slight crisp to it and this was very good. This was for a a few months my go to place for pizza. Sadly I have to report that I found in two pizza's I ordered, approximately 1 inch long wood splinters that looked like they came off a cutting board. These were well hidden on the pizza and fortunately did not cause any human harm. I found one and my wife found one. Neither one of us could tell exactly how it got there or if it was inside some topping or what for sure other than it was clearly not obvious it was on the pizza until finding in our mouth. I will just suggest that this place do a very thorough search of their premises and check all their toppings and ingredients for foreign objects that don't belong on a pizza. These splinters could have done considerable harm to someone. I hope this place reads this review and figures out where they are getting splinters into their pizza's and corrects it before someone does end up in the hospital from ingesting these splinters. I will not be the next victim of this so I am not coming back ever. This should have never happened. read more

Very good pizzas! Order consisted of 4-Signature pizzas, ordered ahead to pick up at a certain time. Order was ready at time requested. Staff was friendly and efficient. All of the group were impressed with the quality of the pizzas, many especially liked the crust, chewy but not tough. Toppings were abundant, sauce was excellent. Small town places are the best. We were hanging out at the brewery next door (Mountain Cowboy) and although they have food offerings there, they let you order from other spots and bring it in. They even provided us the menu to Bash's. I called them, ordered, paid, and within 20 minutes they were delivering our pizza right to our seats. (They are located within steps of the brewery.) We got a large buffalo chicken and added cream cheese. The pizza dough was chewy and delicious. The cheese was plentiful and the rest of the toppings fresh. I would have liked some more heat from the buffalo sauce, but that's a personal preference. I added lots of crushed red pepper and that solved that! They have lots of offerings other than pizza. We would not hesitate to order again. read more

For 3 years we have loved this place, loved the owners and the quality they put out. But over the past few months the quality has severely diminished and the food quite frankly sucks. I just called and spoke with one of the owners about my order from last night and informed him I threw every bit of it in the trash and his response was "we hired new people and they suck" Seriously, that's it. I told him last week I ordered $80 in food from them with the same issue, and his response was the same. No offer to resolve any issues. I don't recommend. read more

Ordered two pies. Said 60 minutes. No problem. 1:10 later no pizza, well that sucks.... called. pizza not done yet. hour 30 pizza done no driver..... 1:45 still has not left the store. Fun place. To be honest, I am not a big fan of places that look like a regular restaurant but then have the order drinks at the bar and then you have to go out and figure out what outside vendor you want to use for food. But the BBQ was good as was the in house beer. Fun place, I just wish you could come in, sit down and order......but I am old. read more

The best buffalo chicken pizza I have ever had! Love the dough, love the ingredients they offer, and love that they deliver to Mountain Cowboy across the street. This place use to be good def gone down hill fast. They never answer the phone, are rude and don't listen and always close early or close on random days. Tonight 30 mins before close the girl answers saying we are no longer taking orders NC we close at 8. I asked why and she said so we can clean up. won't be ordering from there anytime soon. read more

I love when a good idea comes together!!! I was hungry for calzones, and my husband had just brought home the menu from Bash's. After reading the list of ingredients, knowing I wanted sausage, artichokes, spinach and red onion...would they also have green olives, not something every place carries, but they do!! Ordered it and a small pizza with the toppings my son enjoys. I can't speak to the restaurant interior, since my husband braved the snow to go pick up, but I can say...both items are SO good! I heartily support local businesses!! These guys are family owned and know how to make pizza, it is well covered with toppings, the crust is perfect chew. The calzone is HUGE! Full of the toppings and...I noticed they spread Ricotta with a little marinara on the bottom. Really good, lots of flavor, and texture. I personally love my flavor combo, but I am sure whatever you choose will deliever. Prices are also very reasonable. This beats any cheap, chain store pizza hands down. And they serve a variety of other choices, so will need to also try their sandwiches and burgers. Their menus have coupons on the back! read more

We ordered a large order from a dozen pizzas to multiple appetizers for a birthday party and we were happy with a number of things. One, we made the order the night before and they were able to have it ready for pick up by the desired time the afternoon of the event. Two, the three young gentlemen working were very kind and had wonderful customer service. And the food was great! We had many family and friends compliment the pizza and how good it was. First time for us at the recommendation of a neighbor. LOVE that it's local and woman-owned!! 5 stars for the pizza, 3 stars for cost, even less than that for time (it took an hour and a half from order to delivery but I'm uncertain whether that's on Bash's or whatever delivery service they use so trying not to weigh that too heavily - but plan ahead). We ordered a large half and half Jalapeño Popper/Chicken Pesto and it was excellent. The dough was the right combo of crispy and chewy. Toppings seemed to be appropriately portioned. And the real test? Leftovers the next day were delicious. It is expensive (a large cost us $30 including a reasonable tip) but the quality far exceeds any $12.99 special you'd get from a chain. Maybe we'll try pickup next time to see if the time and value shift at all. read more

Great pizza with an even better price! I got a BYO pizza with 1/2 chicken, 1/2 pepperoni with banana peppers, jalapeños and cream cheese! The crust was the perfect thickness and so flavorful. I also got the bread sticks.. Not a ton of flavor, but with the marinara sauce it was better. Next time we'll nix the bread and just do the pizza crust in marinara. Definitely recommend over the big name pizza places around! read more

I really wanted to write a positive review. When I place an online order I was never given a wait time on delivery, because I want support my community I waited the hour & half for it to arrive. Then I had to call to see where my order was 20 minutes after it was suppose to arrive. I was given the option of cancelling my order or wait another 45-60 minutes for another delivery! I understand the pandemic is causing stress but just admit you messed instead of lying to the customer that the driver said no one was home or answered the phone! Oh my goodness! What a fantastic addition to the Carbon Valley area! We ordered Bash's earlier in the week and both of us agreed - it will be our go-to pizza spot from here on out. We ordered a build-your-own calzone (huge!) and the Blitz with no bacon (we're vegetarians). So so good! The pizza crust was perfectly hand-tossed. The calzone was enormous and we definitely had left-overs to enjoy the next day. We also enjoyed one of their salads, which was delicious and fresh. Give Bash's a shot! Update: they fixed everything and gave me a refund! Thank You !! This was one of the Worst experience of my life !! I was excited to try new a place and help a small business out. I ordered online and did not receive my delivery time tell later! It was an hour and 30 mins !! The store is only 7 mins from my house. I called and had it change to carry out. The guy on the phone said to give them 25 mins. When I got to the store 25 mins later they hadn't even made my food yet !! So I waited another 30mins ! Finally they had my ordered ready. It sat on the table for another 10 mins before they handed it to me ! They still charged me the delivery free and took my tip!!! They did not apologize for the wait either! Food was ok. They got our order wrong. But they corrected it. Some of the staff was very friendly and some not so much.

If you order do not expect a speedy delivery, waited almost 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered. It arrived cold boxes smashed and appeared to have been in the delivery car for the 2 hours to be delivered. Called to complain to the manager, girl on the line stated the manager was too busy. There was a computer glitch so they didn't see our order (internet was having outages all over the US) but when we called and asked, they immediately got our pizza to us AND gave us a refund. Do not order through their website it won't be able to process your transaction and they'll charge your card multiple times with no order to be found on their end. They will then tell you to call the website provider directly who will not help either. As to their food quality I don't know because they did not resolve the issue and I did not receive my order. read more

Ordered the chicken strips, meatball sandwich and cheese burger for delivery. Food was great, just a little on the cold side. I would suggest they get a heat bag for their food delivery's. It was 19 degrees out. The delivery wait time wasn't that bad and ended up being sooner than they said. I would have done 5 stars had the food been hotter. read more
