The customer service is great here, I've had a few pizzas accidentally messed up but every time they have worked with me in getting it fixed. The food is great, my roommate and father love this pizza as much as I do. The wait is sometimes longer than expected but it's not pizzas that are sitting there waiting for someone to take, which means it's fresh every time you get it read more

My husband wanted their taco pizza. I wanted a THIN crust pepperoni and cheese. No option to make anything custom (but they want $50 min for the order). So, no extra cheese or light sauce. Got our order done wrong early, oh yea! No thin crust, wife couldn't eat it. She ate a bag salad b/c she didn't want a loaf of bread (thick crust ) for dinner. Gobs of sauce, 1/2 cup cheese on a large pizza. Don't forget, no custom requests! So done with delivery pizza! Never again. Placed an order to be picked up. Got a call saying management is telling the store to close down a half hour early. Wasn't even able to confirm if my money had been refunded. Just poor service. Had another incident a few weeks ago in which they had to call and cancel my order. read more

We ordered calzones for delivery, and honestly they were amazing. I don't always think Colorado has the best pizza (originally from the pizza king Chicago!). Worse experience ever!!! Ordered delivery, but it never arrived after an hour (suppose to arrive within 45 min.). Called the place, and they said you could pick it up yourself since delivery services never came through to deliver it. After the fact that I paid delivery and tip! So I drove there, and they were no help at all since it was now on the rode for delivery. I called my house and it was not delivered but after 10 minutes, it finally was delivered after 1 hour and 45 minutes later! Dont ever order from this place, teenagers making pizzas at low wages with little production out and no delivery, seriously waste of time!!!! Had to reheat the cold pizza too!! read more

Ordered wings, cheesy bread and a pepperoni w/jalapeños pizza for pickup. Pizza was sliced like bread (not diagonal like pizza) and asked for replacement but received same product. At that time the staff member stated that a refund would be issued; no problem. Funny part about this review is the fact that when I got home, the cheesy bread WAS in fact a jalapeño/cheese pizza-sliced like cheesy bread. So rookie in the kitchen, and what actually happened to my cheesy bread? Wings were tasty! read more

To start things off, me and my family are from New York. I can eat chain pizza as long as the price matches what arrives. Little ceasers for instance it is cheap and so is the pizza, bread sticks are good though. For Godfather's pizza it really isn't worth the price. I paid 25.50 plus 3 in delivery plus tip, for an 18" you know a reasonable size. I open it up and it looks like I got something from papa johns or pizza hut. We have a very thick layer of cheese that is burnt in many spots, we have thick dough that isn't cooked all the way through. I ordered thin crust so I wasn't expecting this at all. The sauce was light in flavor. This is the only time I can think of that I have thrown out a pizza and said I cannot eat this. If I am going to spend this kind of money I might as well drive out to Broomfield and pick up from Original Pizza, they might be busy, it might be a schlep, but it is very good pizza. I order pizza for conveyance but of the places in this area, I just keep getting disappointed. I was pretty happy with Capri pizza for a while but now there is just no way to order directly from them and their hours change every day. I would just like to be able to enjoy some pizza, without it being such a huge headache. No matter what godfather's tells you this is not new york style or new jersey pizza, out on the east coast this pizza would be considered an insult read more

Tables aren't cleaned. Like almost every table had the previous customers food on them. It is colder inside than outside and outside is 25 degrees. Asked to have the heat turned on and the manager refused. They blamed the front door. Food took over an hour to get to our table. read more

Im writing this review a few weeks after the fact. Not really sure what to say. The pie we got was indeed good but not great. That could have been partly because we ordered traditional crust instead of the deep dish (pan) that we've all become accustomed to. I must say the last Godfathers Pizza I knew of was in Northglenn and closed in the late 80's-early 90's. I understand that it's brand new to alot of ppl but I cant say that it was worth the hour wait. When we did return to pick up our pizza we overheard that the wait had grown to an hour and a half. From what I saw of the interior I cant say I was that impressed. If you can remember, this location was previously a Conoco gas station, and then a bakery outlet. Will we try it again ? Sure. But we will wait until the excitement has calmed down and we are able to place our order over the phone. read more

Good quality food you get what you pay for little pricey, but they have fresh ingredients. Only thing I wish they would do is give fresh hot marinara sauce with the calzones instead of packed mass production sauce it don't taste as good. Pizza is good, calzones, and cheese bread where all good also. Service had been great the 2 times we have been. Nice clean environment. Not to busy for lunch or dinner when we went we were able to find a clean table to sit at. Only issue I would say is price, but as I stated you get what you pay for! read more

I have always loved Godfather's . We ordered a pizza and wings for pick up. The employees were all laughing and having a great time. Couldn't care less about their customers. The pizza was below average. And the wings were a pathetic excuse for wings. The sorriest wings I have ever seen. And dry. No sauce. Looked like they had been sitting forever, in a styrofoam box. We were going to throw them away but I decided to bring them back and tell the manager this is what your staff is putting out. She handled it kind of well, but said, "well, you did order them an hour ago"! I showed her a pic of how they looked when we got home. She didn't take accountability, but that is ok. There is obviously no management oversight/quality control. We will never go back. read more

I used to take my youth baseball team to Godfather's all the time in the Seattle area, sadly they pulled up stakes. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are still open in Colorado, and that the all meat combo is still just as good as it was 15 years ago. The person who took our order for a Taco Pizza and a pepperoni pizza was friendly and enthusiastic. The piping hot pizzas were served quickly. They were loaded with fresh toppings. Delicious! Another person was cleaning up the tables and floors which is a welcome relief from other restaurants that leave straw wrappers, napkins and food crusts underneath tables for hours. Bathrooms were clean. We always enjoy stopping here for pizza whenever we drive through Denver from Loveland. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Jake S.

I didn't set out to become a restaurant owner when I moved to Denver from Omaha about 6 years ago. Soon after moving here, however, I realized that i was homesick for the pizza that i had enjoyed for my entire life. I didn't know how much i missed Godfather's Pizza until i arrived in a town where i couldn't have it. My fiancé and I, along with my best friend, decided we had to be the ones to do it. It's been a long and tough road, and we are still learning, but we know we did the right thing in opening this restaurant. We take all criticisms very hard and we try to react immediately to correct the problems. We might be owners, but we are, first and foremost, Godfather's fans.

My regular go to is the Athena with beets but the Crazy Ivan and MAD Caesar and Ty Cobb salads are also delicious! Go...see...order...eat...and enjoy. There is indoor seating and a patio at this location. I've never dined in but the venue is always quiet and relaxed. Why doesn't San Diego have a franchise?! You're the freshest, MAD Greens!
