Garlic knots were fresh and perfect as we were hungry after visiting wild animal sanctuary.

Fantastic!!! The garlic knots and homemade sauce is delicious! The service is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Savanna our waitress who made our lunch stop such a pleasure. The ambiance was light and the NY themed restaurant was welcoming being from Connecticut and a visitor to Colorado. Ohhh did you know they are a world winner for pizza?? A must stop.

Second attempt to not overcook it

First Stromboli we received was so burnt the knife wouldn't cut it and they still brang it to us , this picture is the sevond one still burnt but dough on the inside and we were still charged 27 .00 for this

First time visiting this location. Upon being seated our waiter asked what we would like to drink. When we asked what they offered he pointed to drink menu on the table and advised for us to look at the menu and walked away. Not the best start to a new location. We decided to order 2 dishes and share. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of fries and a 10' pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. We were going to order a 20' pizza however, the waiter advised it was quite large and since we were sharing a 10' would be best. We did appreciate his advice since the pizza was ok. The cheesesteak was good and definitely shareable. Overall it was good however, not sure we will be visiting again soon.

Updating my review. We came today for 3 strombolis and a kids meal. We were sat close to the kitchen and watched our food sit at the kitchen window for 10 minutes. I know this for sure because I texted my husband about it and it was time stamped. Our food was lukewarm. They also raised their prices considerably since the last time we went. I would expect hot food and good service for the prices. Not lukewarm old food.

Triple by pass boli served by Nikki. This is the best. Make the drive it is worth it.

Go here and enjoy the place, the staff is very friendly. They will recognize you even if you're not a regular.

I have a gem of a spot for you to check out in Fort Lupton. It's about 40 minutes drive from Denver. Go when you wanna relax. So many things to highlight, so I've broken them into a story or stories. @wholly_stromboli will surprise you! They serve delicious Italian food! They also have this gorgeous Speakeasy in the basement! It's a must do! Make it a date night! Everything about Wholly Stromboli is unique. Husband & Wife Melissa and Eric Rickman owns it. I've met and spoken to Melissa and enjoyed chatting with her. Gorgeous lady and a very gracious hostess. She suggested some dishes. Everything that she mentioned were in my list of must try! So the dishes below are all her fave and we love them! Can't pick just one! Melissa's Favorites:( now mine too) Garlic Knots Italian Nachos Baltic Circle Pizza (winning pie) The Hulapeño Stromboli Chicken Parmigiana Mom's Bread Pudding. You just have to get this. Tips and whispers: They're absolutely busy. No reservation. First come first served ONLY. They will only sit a completed party. They're 10 years old in a historic building that was originally built in 1889, burnt down and rebuilt. There's whispers that a couple of spirits do linger around the building. They have probably the most aesthetically pleasing a beaSpeakeasy in the basement! A must-do!

Amazing!! I added jalapeño mmm definitely will be back! The atmosphere was nice as well!

Ridiculous price for a side of ranch!

Wholly Stromboli is a cute little restaurant in a small town. It serves homemade Italian food from pasta to pizza. My daughter got the pasta and really enjoyed it. We also ordered 2 personal pizzas where the crust was paper thin and the toppings were sparse. The prices are a little steep for what you get. With that being said we always like supporting a local business..However when we got our bill and saw a $5.00 charge for 2 small sides of ranch, I about fell over! How ridiculous!! I can't support a local business when they are price gouging customers. When you spend $21 on a personal pizza and still leave hungry..you could at-least include one side of ranch for free. Sadly we won't be back or be recommending.

Earlier in the day I was at a meeting where they brought in lunch and I had the Fresh Greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing / it was so good!! Anyway, I ordered at @5:50 pm and was told that the pizza would arrive in about an hour, give or take. At 7:15, the pizza had not arrived, so I called to ask about the delay. I was told, with apologies, that they were very busy and only had two drivers, but it should only be another 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes later the pizza still had not arrived. I was getting ready to call again when the driver pulled up. Now, I have no issues with the person who fielded my calls nor with the driver - they were both pleasant, courteous young women who were as helpful as possible under the circumstances. My issue is with a management who, knowing it was their busiest night, didn't provide adequate staff. This is an unacceptable level of managerial ineptitude. So basically, good food, excellent staff, inept management.

Looking for places to eat in Ft Lupton could get frustrating because there isn't much of a variety…read more Luckily we found this little hidden gem. We were a little skeptical at first but I am so glad we went ahead and tried it. There aren't many tables so the wait might be long if they get packed. Luckily we came when there was still a table available. One important thing to remember is to not expect your food come out fast. They even have a sign on the wall saying this. My roommate ordered the breakfast bowl. This bowl is hearty and can easily feed 2 people! On top of that she ordered pancakes as a side and this thing is as big as a large pizza! The to go box is a pizza box. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken. This was actually less food than the bowl. I was surprised how good this dish was. Crispy and full of flavor, this dish was delicious.. I also ordered the pancake and got the same size pancake. Our server was really nice and she was the only one waiting tables. So I can definitely understand why food comes out slowly. This just gives you more time to read the stuff on the walls which is pretty interesting. The place is pretty clean, including the bathrooms. You can tell the people work here takes pride in their restaurant.

I was going to order a side of hash browns and the very nice waitress said you may rethink that as the pancakes are large. I took her advice. Well my meal came out and I was shocked. Two pancakes on a pizza pan. The food and all were great. The place is just a comfy, homie place to enjoy a great fresh meal. My wife ordered a breakfast bowl with green chili. It was great and the green chili was very good. We both had to go boxes and I will be eating on the pancakes for a few days. The portions are off the chart so bring your appetite. We will go back and would highly recommend you put the Copper Kettle on your list to try. You won't be sorry.

He was quick and helpful and seemed to have a great rapport with the regular customers. The beers were ok. I tried 8 different ones. My favorite was the Frost Bite. A mint chocolate oatmeal stout. It was very good. Their blood orange ipa was especially good as well. Their honey red "cream ale" is definitely not a to style cream ale so heads up if you're ordering it expecting a cream ale. Their peach blonde was pretty good as well. I wasn't a big fan of their Mexican lager taco matic and the peanut butter blonde. I'd probably try the cherry Belgian strong again as well. Overall they do have some good beers and some that I wouldn't try again. But they're worth supporting!! I wish they would have something that talked more about their beers. As a brewer I'm interested in some of the ingredients they used in their brews so I can understand more of what they are shooting for flavor and style wise.
