I love beer and was excited to try this place out a couple weeks back. Unfortunately, I never got a sip of their limited beer options. I walked in with a couple of buddies - I told them to grab a table and I'd buy the first round. I stood at the bar for 10 minutes with 4 employees behind the bar - no one made eye contact with me or even said hello. I moved down the bar closer to the cash register trying to get someone's attention - still no luck. I gave up and went to the table with my buddies. They told me someone dropped off a menu without any greeting and didn't come back. I was starting to fume. We waited another 5 minutes without anyone coming around before I lost it and told my buddies that at this point I wouldn't want a beer here even if it was free. We left and went to Old Chicago's. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a smile and escorted to a table where we enjoyed cold beer and a tasty pizza. I worked in restaurants for years when I was younger and the piss poor service I experienced at Big Choice is typically indicative of an owner or managerial problem where this type of culture is tolerated and allowed to fester. It likely won't change and I won't be back. I will be going back to Old Chicago's however! read more

Big Choice is always a great choice in Brighton. The open area for dining, the central and inviting bar, and the two outside decks make this restaurant a great place for casual dining, conversation, and even board gaming. There is a great selection of house crafted beer and cocktails. The pizzas are unique and delicious. The servers are prompt and attentive. While there we enjoyed the Malleous Mallificarum Belgian Ale, Gen X Mexican Lager, Shirley temple, and the peach wheat to drink. We also had the side salad and breadsticks with marina to start. The salads were a basic side salad and dressing, which were fine. The breadsticks were thick but airy strips with a yummy marinara. We also had a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza of the Meatz-zza and Diablo pizzas with a Neapolitan crust and a meatball sandwich. All had great flavor! We will certainly return as one of our favorite beer and pizza places close by. read more

Totally chill place for a casual dinner. If you tip with cash, they ring the bell at the bar! We ordered the Neopolitan thin crust Meaty pizza and the Borratos Nachos with balsamic drizzled on top. Seemed to take a long time for our order. Now the nachos didn't look as big as the other pics depicted but nonetheless still good. We ordered the pleasant Peach Wheat beer which was had a nice not too sweet taste. Son ordered the half meatball sandwich which wasn't large so it's a better value to order the full sandwich. The pizza is so inedible, the crust was pasty white, they used low fat shredded cheese (disgusting), the dough was so dry it made it crunchy but also very doughy, they used literally no sauce. We didn't eat it even though we were starving. I also ordered a salad and it was straight spinach with some oil and vinegar, no depth to it at all. You're better off eating a frozen pizza and making your own salad. Never coming back. Excellent Neapolitan pizza! Could have been cooked a little more but very tasty. Had a pineapple mango cider it was excellent. They have many beers that they brew themselves as well. Looking forward to trying those next time . The service was very good and a cool artsy vibe inside with several different artists displayed on the walls and available for purchase. Big Choice has a very cool atmosphere with plenty of seating inside & out - and they have a lot of good beer options too! I got the peppermint stout b/c tis the season and my husband got the chocolate orange cream ale. The stout had a peppermint candy-rimmed glass and was so tasty and the cream ale had a good flavor too! So with 15 counties going to Level Red and indoor dining suspended, date night dinner and a movie bring romance to a new level. The folks at Big Choice have made curbside to go so easy as ABC. Order and pay online, and when diners arrive, a simple text and dinner is promptly delivered. Kudos BCB!! The sammies are ok, the pies are fantastic (I'll continue to rave in two breaths) salad fresh and growlers round out dinner perfectly. The pizza pie's have, in my humble opinion, the best crust and most flavorful sauce. Definite must have from Big Choice. We ordered a mango marg growler, perfect for 2 and super tasty. We stopped by for "Happy Hour" this afternoon due to a sign posted out front. The "Happy Hour" is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3-6 and states it is a coin flip happy hour. If you guess correctly on the coin flip you get your beer for $1, otherwise it is full price. I guessed correctly and got my beer for $1, my husband's beer was $6.35. We paid cash which gives us a 5% discount. Somehow our bill was $8.59 (which makes no sense!) We have the server $9 and he said he would come back with our change. He never did. We questioned another server about what we were charged. She looked in the computer and it had a different price for my husband's beer. They never offered to correct our bill, never took the 5% off and never brought our change! Never going back! read more

After landing in Colorado we wanted to find a restaurant on our way up north. I'm so happy we happened upon this place! Service was excellent, they had outdoor seating, and the pizza was phenomenal! I had the July special- jalapeño popper pizza and omg... . My partner had the zesty meat-zza and devoured it. He also had a flight of all of their IPAs and highly recommends the "stinker bell" IPA. Great brewery with good options. The jalapeño popper pizza was really delicious. I wish they would've given us more queso because the bowl was about half way full but it was still good. The beer selection was also good and they had a variety of other drinks as well. There was ample parking and not too hard to find. The service was pretty slow on a Sunday afternoon and it took us a while to get our drinks and food, but it was ok. I also liked how they had games and there was good outdoor seating. read more

Have been coming to this restaurant for over a year. Things started off great, and the food is very good! However, the service has gone far downhill. We came today and one girl was tasked with serving everyone in the restaurant, meanwhile the managers were standing around talking to customers and not helping at all. The last two times we were here we were stuck with trivia crowd (can be done tastefully, but was loud and annoying) and kids running rampant and screaming all over the restaurant the time before. They changed their menu and removed the personal pizza, so now every pizza looks like it's $20 without any smaller options (you can have the personal pizzas, but you have to ask). Overall, food is great but plan on being here for 1.5 hours while they run one waitress around to 7 or 8 tables. Side note- prior to this, Big Choice was one of our favorite spots. We have easily spent thousands of dollars eating here. They just need to treat their staff better and have some integrity around service for us to continue returning. read more
