One of my favorite pizzas in the Denver area. The Sicilian crust was nice and dense, the toppings were excellent, service was great. They did charge for a side of the cold marinara sauce, and it was almost $12 extra to do the pizza 1/2 and 1/2, despite both pizzas costing the same. The pizza did not heat up as well as I would have liked, so avoiding leftovers if you can is a good idea. I liked the white pizza a little bit more than the salami and basil, but both were good. We I would come back if I was in the area.

Don't love the communal seating, but we were lucky to get a table to ourselves on the beautiful back patio. All of the staff seemed so happy, like they really like working there. Had a few good beer choices, but we were really there for the pizza. That is the shiny star! It was HUGE and so good!

5th time here and always top notch. If you like good margarita pizza, then this is a great place. I get it to go as there are not a ton of tables here. Pizza is awesome each time wirh a bit of delicious charr on the bottom of the crust. Cant wait to go back for the 6th time

everything that touched my lips was delicious. blueberry-lime stem cider, custom pie, house salad. this place is crushing it. really special place. check it out for sure. i've read about it on reddit for years. in foco on business. so glad i remembered!!! they're an old world east coast pizzeria. delicious round pizzas and indulgent squares. they sell round slices. square slices on tuesdays, and for weekend brunch. live music on tuesday's too. happy hour is 2-6pm - dollar off all alcohols

This was for a 1/2 white with sausage and 1/2 Margherita with pepperoni.

Great pizza, no doubt. Thin crust was excellent. Just don't split the pizza, especially if you get 1/2 white 1/2 red sauce. They warn you it will cost extra but THIS is ridiculous. They charged for EVERY item on both sides of the pizza. Take a look at this receipt. Ordered 1/2 white pizza with sausage, and 1/2 Margherita with pepperoni. The White pizza with sausage half was charged $6.50 for sausage. The Margherita half with pepperoni was charged $1 for red sauce, $4.25 for the mozzarella, $4.25 for the basil, and $3.15 for the pepperoni. Every single item was added as an "extra". Total bill for the one pizza, one lemonade and a can of cider was $60.77. As good as it was, probably not going back.

OMG! After having moved from NYC to Denver twenty years ago, let's say that on the pizza front, it's been a challenge. I took my mom there today and had a Caesar salad, which was excellent, and a Pizza Margherita, which was DIVINE! Perfect crust, sauce and amount of cheese. It's a good thing I don't live in Longmont as I would spend way too much money here!

We made the drive from Denver due to the recommendations and it did not disappoint! We went around noon and it was already getting busy, we were able to walk in without a reservation and the service was great. We got to seat in the front patio and were served right away, very friendly environment. The ambiance is great, they are quick to serve you and come around. We started with a couple of Caesar's salads and they had homemade croutons that were delicious. You are able to order by the slice or a whole piece. Keep in mind there are only 3 options by the slice (pepperoni, cheese and the pizza of the day) the pizza was delicious! Thin style. I would recommend this place to anyone! They also have a cute outdoor patio in the back with more space

I came into town due to an overnight layover in Denver, it was a whole thing with frontier cancelling my direct flight and re-routing me, but this is not a review of frontier. That would definitely not be 5 stars. Rosalee's pizza however IS 5 stars. My friends picked me up from airport and we headed out for dinner. They picked Rosalee's since they had been craving this pizza. I can see why. It's a small restaurant with not a ton of seating so we waited about 30 mins to get a table. I was pretty hungry when we arrived so to kill the wait time, I ordered a beer on tap, I believe I had juicy bits from Weld Works? Maybe that's right, either way it was good. They sat us at the area with a couch and coffee table. It's not a great seat for eating. If you're just having a beer it's fine but an actual table seat would have been better. The hostess said "some people love this low, lounge area and others don't like it at all". We fell into the latter but whatever, I was so hungry by then. Just wanted to eat. We ordered a round style half and half pizza and an order of garlic sausage knots. I tried a local cider which was tasty as well. They also have wine on the menu. We got the soprasetta & basil and bacon & ricotta pizza. Both sides were delish. I liked the bacon & ricotta a bit better. And for desert the only item they have on the menu is the pudding, which I would have never even thought of ordering cause it's just pudding! I don't love or hate pudding, it reminds me of being a kid in the 80s, and it's nothing something I eat anymore. But I'm glad I listened to my friend's recommendation because it was super light & airy and full of flavor!! Very rich chocolate mixed with the creamy flavor of the whipped cream. I ate the whole thing. So good! The pizza at Rosalee's is legit. The round style is a thin crust - crunchy and just right. I saw the square pizza on someone's table and that looked great also. The square is deep dish and I love that style also. I like all pizza styles... pizza is awesome. Be leery of someone that doesn't like pizza. It's a universally loved food. Pro tip- save the butter and garlic sauce from the sausage knots and use for the pizza. It's so good. Anyway, I had a delicious dinner with some really great friends for an impromptu overnight visit to colorado.

We are not in Longmont often. But I had read about Rosalie's pizza on Reddit, so many people on the r/denverfood said Rosalee's was absolutely the best restaurant in Longmont. Well, we found ourselves up in this part of town one day and decided to check it out. We walked in and the vibe here is so chill. We took a seat at the bar and a young man with a lot of personality helped us out and took our order. Service was prompt. He kept our drinks filled, but the star of the show is the sausage pizza. They make the sausage in house and it is phenomenal. The pizza was perfectly cooked, thin crust, not overcooked with just a little bit of flop so it can easily be folded over. My New Yorker dining companion was very pleased. Highly recommend we will absolutely come here again next time we're up in this area.

Always consistently good sometimes hard to get a hold of by phone for takeout. However, fantastic pizza probably the best in town.

Is this restaurant still open? I've tried calling the past two weekends for takeout and no one answers the phone, even during business hours.

They're open but refuse to answer the phone. According to them when I stopped at the premises they will only process take out orders if you show up at their location. And you must stay on the premises and order drinks at your expense while waiting… Read more

I came here with a group of 24 people FOR LUNCH and we were greeted warmly and each of us were treated like VIP's. Starting with the in-house made bread that was FRESH and crusty but soft inside. The bread was served with olive oil and was a a great way to kick off the meal. The menu has so many choices it's hard to choose what to try. I decided to start with the ZUPPA CAPRESE soup- $8 Roasted garlic, tomato and basil with melted mozzarella crostini. Mmm mmm good! EXCELLENT layering of fresh flavors. Next I got the lunch antipasti - appetizer with steak and fire roasted peppers and eggplant. The complexity of flavors was absolutely incredible. There was enough food to make a nice meal. I didn't need anything else! Alas, the linguine putanesca - Linguine, olives, capers, garlic, tomato basil sauce called my name and I could not say no. I added some grilled chicken for protein. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The sauce was so flavorful! My only complaints are that I probably had one or 2 olives total, once you add up the little pieces. Also, that chicken I added? $6 for 6 tiny little partial chicken strips. Overall, given the great flavor and excellent service, this is my new favorite Italian restaurant! Troy - thank you for making each of us feel welcome. Bravissimo, Caprese Trattoria! I'll be back!

Had all the usual suspects, escargot, calamari, veal piccata, veal parm, and chicken parm. I decided to try the special braciole beef rolls which I was thrilled to see on the menu. HUGE MISTAKE. Dry, overcooked lumps of beef with no flavor whatsoever. The visual should have been my first clue. I should have sent it back. I let the table try it and the consensus was that it was not edible. Not wanting to make a fuss, which I regret now, I waited till dessert to mention it to the waiter. He seemed skeptical. Since virtually it was intact I suggested that the kitchen try it. I only ate one of the doughy gnocchi and so the plate was intact with the pasta. He later came back and said they would discount it 50%. Better than nothing, but still not good enough. We eat here often and that was the only really big miss. They need to learn how to cook that dish or eliminate it from the menu. We are returning for another birthday this week, but we are all going to avoid any specials from now on. The gelato was superb! Really smooth and satisfying.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!…read moreThe service was great. Watching the staff work in unison tending to their part in the cash register, oven, to table process was an eyewitness testament to their pizza excellence

Such a moment arrived as I stepped into Antonio's, where the warm, amber light fell upon the counter like a benediction, and two slices, humble in form, heroic in spirit called out with the quiet confidence of things well crafted and sure of their welcome. The Calabrian Spicy slice stood first, crimson-kissed by oils that shimmered like sunlight on distant southern seas. Its peppered heat did not assault the senses, but rose instead like a disciplined flame, bright and earnest, coaxing forth the deeper notes of the cheese and the well-rested dough beneath. It was as though Calabria itself, with its windswept coasts and ancient hills, had whispered into the ear of the baker, bidding him craft a slice that speaks of vigor, warmth, and unapologetic fire. Each bite unfurled like a stanza, bold yet harmonious, a small poem forged in spice and heat. Beside it, in gracious contrast, lay the Chicken Tikka Marsala slice a traveler from distant lands, bearing with it the fragrance of cardamom twilight and saffron dawns. The sauce, rich as a painter's final stroke on canvas, carried the gentle mysticism of the East. It wrapped the chicken in a cloak of warm spices, tender and abundant. This slice did not seek to conquer the appetite with intensity; rather, it invited the diner into its quiet temple, where flavor deepens like thought in the reflective hours of evening. It was a pilgrimage in a single plate, a meeting place of continents upon a sheet of humble dough. Together, these slices formed a duet: one fiery, one contemplative; one singing the high, bright music of Mediterranean fervor, the other murmuring the resonant, soulful hymns of the Indian subcontinent. And Antonio's wise curator of this delicious conversation stood as the keeper of a table where worlds are not only bridged but joyously celebrated. To eat them was to be reminded that even in the simplest corners of our days, delight waits: warm, aromatic, and ready to crown the humble with a taste that lingers long after the final bite has gone.
