We tried Frolic on a sunny weekend day. We got there can hour after they opened that day so we had plenty of seating options. After we were there for a while it became crowded with a cycling group that rolled up. We sat on the patio, which was perfect for us and our dog. They have a huge covered patio as well but it was perfect patio weather so we opted for the front uncovered patio area. We each got a beer which we agreed they were fine but with so many breweries in Colorado, we have lots of better options for flavorful beers. We ordered cheese bread as well. The "marinara" sauce was far from that, it seemed more like they poured tomatoes in sauce from a can. Both the bread and sauce lacked flavor. They could jazz up the sauce with some Italian spices. The ordering system is easy and nice. Not sure it is worth checking out unless you are in the area.

The service at Frolic is very fast and easy. You just turn over your service block to the green side and they come very quickly to take your order! Anytime you need something, just turn it over. They have a great outdoor patio and it's a perfect place if you have a big/loud group! The food is decently priced and average bar food. The patio is dog friendly which is great! Their sour beers are great if you're into that. Decent margaritas too!

Went here with a party of four on Friday night and it was packed! Luckily there is additional seating in another room and there's table service so we didn't have to go to the bar to order. There's a huge outdoor patio so in the summer it must really be hopping. Food - We opted to order some pizza on the menu (a pepperoni and a Hawaiian) - there was a disclaimer that sometimes the wait can be 30-60 minutes but they clarified that was in the summer when it was completely full. We probably waited 15-20 minutes so not bad at all. The pizza itself was ok - I'm Italian so fairly picky with my pizza, and they was very average. Wouldn't order it again but it hit the spot since we were all hungry. The pineapple on the Hawaiian tastes like it came out of a can (which yes I understand it's January) but the ingredients were just meh. The beer was solid - I got a French toast porter that was rich and maybe just the slightest bit too sweet. Overall service was attentive and friendly and it was a very lively atmosphere!

Breweries located in strip malls have a special place in my heart. Throw in a stellar patio with seating for days, heat lamps and puppy friendly and I melt! I stopped here with a friend for some post hike grub and drinks and the experience was fantastic. Seat yourself and one of the staff will help you. The food? Bar food heaven! I couldn't decide between nachos, wings or pizza but per usual, pizza won me over. They even have a gluten free option if thats your thing and that was my thing when I went as I love a thin crust and it hit the spot. I got the pepperoni which comes with spinach and it's enough to eat and take home. It's so weird though, I left with three pieces but only two made it home (I blame traffic on I25!) The beer? Delicious! I'm a sucker for a unique porter or stout in the cooler months and the French Toast Porter immediately caught my eye. It was the perfect blend of maple and smoked flavor, one was just enough for me but I would have loved to take some home. I don't think I would made a special trip here again since I live clear on the other side of town but if I was in the area I would come back in a heartbeat!

First of all, the owner and the staff here tend to be pretty cool. Yeah, sometimes they get busy, and on occasion they don't put up with crap from entitled and/or difficult customers. But, they definitely keep it real, and provide good service at the same time. I come here on a regular basis with our homebrew club. And they definitely do a good job of tolerating our shenanigans. They consistently have 18 to 20 beers on tap, and if you have one that you are fond of, out there's a very good chance that you'll be able to find it the next time you stop by. The menu solid. I am particularly fond of the pizzas. But, there are some other interesting things that are definitely worth checking out. For example, you can pretty much have an omelette made in the pizza oven with any of the toppings that one might normally put on a pizza. And, this is actually a great low-carb option if that is your jam. Or, if you are just a fan of breakfast for dinner, this is a fun change of pace.

When I went in the main, I told them I was there for that event and they directed me down to the proper door. This party room has a bar area as well as several tables and a cozy sitting area. It has its own unisex bathroom. There are sliding barn doors at the front and back of the room to allow both privacy for the party as well as easy pass through for the staff. The servers that were taking care of us were great! My friend had arranged for pizza and everyone was on their own for drinks. We had a variety of pizzas. My favorite was the Jalapeno Popper Pie. It had sweet chili sauce and the toppings were mozzarella, cream cheese, chorizo, bacon and jalapenos. That was delicious! For beer, I started "light" for me. Blarney Stone is a 5% ABV Red Irish Ale. That was tasty, but being that dark is my favorite, I needed to get a pint of Cow Tipper next. Cow Tipper is a 5% ABV milk stout. Dark beers are my jam so I really enjoyed this one. This was a great space for the party. They even let my friend set up their karaoke equipment and we were belting out the tunes. Great time!

I grabbed a seat at the bar and quickly realized I was putting up numbers that would've made prime Caitlin Clark proud: lots of hand raises, plenty of court awareness, and absolutely no whistle. The beertender to my right was locked into a one-on-one conversation with a guy down the bar like it was Game 7 of the NBA Finals. At one point, I wasn't sure if I was a customer or just part of the décor. The funniest part? While completely ignoring my existence, she was telling the guy a story about a customer she'd put in his place earlier that day for being rude and not saying "please." The irony hit harder than a linebacker. Meanwhile, I was sitting there thinking, "Interesting. So we're enforcing etiquette now? Because acknowledging customers seems like a solid place to start." Shoutout to the other bartender, who eventually came off the bench and saved the day by serving me before I qualified for Social Security. The beer was good enough that I would've happily ordered another round. Unfortunately, the customer service put up such an elite defensive performance against me that I finished my pint and transferred myself to free agency. Maybe it was an off day. I'd give the beer another shot. Assuming I can get drafted.

Satire without a doubt has the most interesting and quite frankly tasty beers! Overhearing one of the bartenders talk about some of the new upcoming Drink specials lets me know that this place does cocktails well too. It's a large place that has two bars in two separate rooms. One thing that made me pause a bit was that most of their food comes out on paper plates. For the sake of ease, this is awesome, but I think their food is nicer than what should be served on a paper plate. I will definitely be back and I will definitely bring friends and family.

The beer I ordered was a simple lager and it tasted great with reasonable pricing. Service here was impressive. Even with how large the place is and how many people were there, we did not have to wait long at all to be helped and get our stuff including our beers and then our check at the end. Great job staff and managers! I will be back to have a few beers with good company! Cheers!

The interior is dark with cozy bar stools and tables inside for sipping beer. Bruz Beers (a play on the Belgian Bruge) has an extensive menu. I got the bartender Tim's recommendation for my first beer. It was their dubbel, which is a dark abbey style ale. It was very tasty and not overly heavy. I wanted to try one more and am a big fan of sour beers. The grape saison (only available at Colfax location) is tart and fermented with Gewürztraminer wine grapes. It was also very good with the right of sour and not overly sweet. The bar has some snacks for purchase like popcorn and meat sticks.
