Great friendly service, yummy beers! Love that they are puppy friendly and have food truck partnerships. I'm usually not a hoppy girl but their "Painkiller" was so tropical and yummy! I also love the orange cream one I think but it only came in cans..... got some of those to go too. It appears there are various events happening with concerts and activities. Seriously? How did I not review this brewery already? I LOVE this place. I have been coming here so long, I remember when there was ample parking (sigh). The owners are fantastic. The staff are consistently great. The beer is varied, interesting, well-made, and the hits just keep coming. You can always find an old favorite, a variation on a theme, and something you have yet to try. They are super dog friendly, and rotate through all the normal fun events (comedy, trivia, live music) you would expect. They typically have a solid food truck as well. I particularly enjoy their anniversary parties, but it gets very busy. If you see a negative review of Odyssey, I'll bet you "dollars to donuts" (trying to bring that phrase back), that it is a disgruntled parent who has not yet accepted the fact that during (and post) pandemic, Odyssey has gone "child-free". If you cannot get on board with that, maybe take your business elsewhere and quit complaining about this oasis of adult beer consumption, that is also dog adjacent. read more

It was quiet with only a few people and their dogs when I visited. Can't complain. Hung out with my partner and enjoyed a Rice Lager, which was tasty. Food truck out front. Have not sat down and had a beer at this brewery since 5/17/2019. Came here in 2020, but just got beer to go. Came here on 7/27/24. Great space! Decent sized patio. Good selection of beers. From light to dark. Looks like they package most of their beers. Friendly and attentive staff. The Counter Clockwise IPA was one of the best I had. I tried a flight of their beers. All very solid. Odyssey Beerwerks is another great Colorado brewery! We've been here twice now, which says something given the high concentration of breweries in the metro area. Odyssey Beerwerks has a good variety of brews ranging from Mexican Lager to light beers to dark beers to barrel-aged. We haven't met a bad beer here yet! My personal favorites are from the "fluffy" line. The staff have always been friendly! Plus, they've never forgotten to add our PubPass discount, which is appreciated! Seating is always available for a group of 2 or even 4! There's always cold 4 or 6 packs to go as well, which is great because I've had trouble finding their brews in retail locations. Super friendly staff and locals. I was approached by a couple folks and they made me feel really welcome. Fluffy Pumpkin Porter Sweet, chocolaty, smooth,slight pumpkin flavor. The aromas are fall all the way. Gone Tomorrow Hazy IPA A little bitey but approachable. Earthy with faint citrus undertones. Odyssey on Oak Oak aged barley wine Rich in character with vanilla and caramel notes (from the aging). Add the bright flavor of a barley wine and you have a winner. Old Dodge Red Ale Smooth, malty. Tastes like a vintage red ale. Very traditional. Summer Slice Watermelon Gose Highly recommended Slightly sour I'm not a big fan of watermelon but it was recommended. If you like watermelon and you want a refreshing summer Gose, order this one. Moonshade (Dunkelweizen) Not one of my typical favorites. This one is smoky and you'll be able to pull out the flavors of banana bread (banana and cloves). It's a little too warm outside for it right now but November and December in CO will welcome this rich brew. Diez Años Mexican Lager Light, crisp, with lots of character. I pull out notes of grass and lemon. Finally, a Mexican lager that doesn't need a slice of fruit. read more

I love a brewery that you can bring your dog inside. It so helpful to get a puppy out of the house during the winter and my mini English bulldog doesn't like to take walks so bringing him to a brewery is ideal. They always have a great variety of beers. It's a bit off the beaten path in an industrial complex but kind of a hidden gem for a brewery. They typically have a food truck outside. The food was from a food truck-Korean Bbq-I did enjoy the food and the service was really good. The bartenders were friendly and helpful-more than willing to give samples. The problem for me was that the beer just wasn't good. I have high expectations for local breweries here in Colorado and they missed the mark. Also, I played a song on their TouchTunes and I couldn't even hear it because they had their own music playing overhead. Don't offer TouchTunes if you are going to drown it out with house music. I did like the overall atmosphere where people can bring their dogs and just sit around and play cards and hang out. It never feels too crowded or chaotic and is the perfect place to have a casual date night. Great beer! Gluten messes me up. This brewery is really nice because they have a ton of gluten reduced beers. The staff is friendly and they have lots of good events going on. There's always a food truck out front too. It's clean and fairly big if you need a spot for a bigger group of people! I've had the Helles of a Time, Fluffy Hazelnuts and the Hopward Bound. This is the brewery to go to if you're needing a bit of quite. The front of the brewery is pretty cool. It's got its own hump of a land or a small mountain. So it offers a buffer from either the noise of the passing cars or it just makes the brewery differently unique. This is also I'd say is a mid size brewery. Although they make use of every space they have. Four tops that day felt right. The requisite food truck? They have it. I think it's a sandwich one! Friendly, knowledgeable and more like a two bar keep possible. Even the bar sits only about less than 6? But it's a great place. It's secluded and away from the noise that I much prefer when holding a bottle of ice cold beer. What about the beer? Let me say this. I'm not a beer person. Pocketed off of Ralston Road, it has a local, community oriented vibe here in Arvada and offers a variety of beers, light snacks, and a plethora of events. Recurring trivia, mug club, and vinyl nights bring an abundance of fun for anyone. Cute little brewery tucked away in some office spaces! Despite the location, Odyssey brewery is hoppin'! They have plenty of beer on tap, in addition to some kombucha (pre-bottled) for those who may not want a beer. I tried the lemon flavored kombucha and it was super tasty (especially if you don't like the "beer-like" taste of kombucha). Great outdoor and indoor seating and a super fun vibe all around. We took my dad to this brewery since it was right near us. It was open and clean! We walked up and they had a big fan running as it was super hot. They seated us immediately and got us menus. My dad was a big dark beer fan and tried the fluffy bunny. He absolutely loved it (bought a crawler) and was excited about it! I had the Lando beer and it was a great brown India ale. Definitely loved it. I also tried the cream soda orange flavored and that was tasty as well! The service here is always friendly and quick and I've never had a bad experience ever! My personal favorite is the Ghost Drifter (I like my beer on the hoppy end of the spectrum). But, I really enjoy the Caribbean Lager and banana-cloveyness of the Heliocentric Hef on days when it is warm enough to sit out on the patio. It can be a bit of a challenge to find. It will take you a few minutes roaming a business park to spot this place. But, that also means there is tons of free parking and space to lock up your bike. Mondays are Trivia nights and we are here pretty regularly for these. Free to play. Bring your own grub or order delivery. Always a fun way to spend your evening. Wednesdays are Discovery Beer Day where Odyssey releases a small-batch of an experimental beer. These are always fun. Wednesdays & Saturdays Odyssey has live music in the brewery and most nights they have food trucks. Once a month, there is a Brewery Bike Crawl in conjunction with Yak & Yeti Brewery. And, occasionally they have board game nights. They are regularly looking for volunteers to help with canning their beer, so check that out if you have some free time and would like some free brew. This place is just a lot of fun. The folks that work and pour here are always friendly. And, there is always some fun activity to participate in, solo or with friends. read more

This place has a weird vibe. Stopped in for a beer with my wife, grabbed a table and went to order at the bar. It's a small, loud space. An angry lady behind the bar ignored me for a minute before looking up with a glare, "we'll be with you in a minute," as she grabs dirty glassware and starts washing. Ok, sure no problem, I smile and wait. Finally another woman comes out and steps behind the bar. She turns her back to me and is kind of piddling around with something and now I start thinking I must be doing something wrong, maybe I'm supposed to order from a waitress or, am I standing in the wrong place? She finally turns around and just kind of looks at me. "Can I buy a beer here, or is there a waitress, or..." She points to the small sign that says order beer here, and I say, "yeah totally, I saw that. That's I'm standing here. What's up with the weird vibe?" She takes my order and finally pours our beers. Selection is odd, a bunch of sweet options, chocolate and caramel and orange cream kind of stuff. No thanks. I got an ipa, it sucked. We both drank half our beer and moved on with our night. We've frequented Odyssey for a many years now and also frequent many other breweries in Colorado. The beer is consistently great and Odyssey employs extremely friendly staff!
