If you want to see what microbreweries were like at the dawn of the revolution check this place out. This is what it felt like back in the 90s! Sweet little brewery off wadsworth. Has a cool little patio built into the parking lot. Lots to choose from, mead, lagers, cask conditioned, several ipas and lots gluten reduced beers! We used our pub pass today. Fun to explore a new spot

Rickoli is definitely somewhat of a hidden gem! Located in a simple strip mall type space, this small brewery has some not-so-simple beer to offer! Currently, they're only allowing people to sit outside, so you order at the door and sit on their makeshift patio. Super friendly staff + seems like a locals spot! My boyfriend got the Imperial Black IPA and loved it & I got the vanilla rye stout and absolutely loved it as well. We also split the double cream ale - very tasty and strong! These beers don't skimp on the ABV that's for sure. Overall unsuspecting spot with tasty beer - I'd go back!

Seeking to kick-off a little Sunday Funday brewery crawl with some friends, the fiancé and I made our way to Brewery Rickoli for our first stop of the day! Whoa! Brewery Rickoli definitely took me by surprise in the best possible way! ++ The beertender was super friendly and attentive! He stopped by our table to clear our empty glasses, brought us our next rounds, and gave us some great information about the brewery and their brews. ++ The beers were excellent! I sipped on their rotating chili beer (mango chili) and the sour bourbon peach monolith. Both had such a wonderful flavor. The chili beer had just the right mix of spicy fruity flavor with a great bit of heat. The sour was barrel aged, dark, slightly fruity, and delicious. My fellow brewery goers opted for a variety of other brews including Aldo's Red, Social Lubricant, and the cask ale. ++ The taproom is quite cozy. With spent grain bags on the ceiling tiles, their own label art on the walls, and hop pendant lights in the windows - you're sure to feel right at home! ++ Brewery Rickoli participates in both the Hop Passport and the Pub Pass. So while their pricing is already on point; you can save even more! ++ While they don't have a kitchen of their own they do allow you to have food delivered or bring in your own. If you're not terribly famished they do offer up popcorn and Bavarian pretzels (from Baker Street Pretzel's) to nibble on. While it's a little off the beaten path for me, I look forward to making my way back to sip on more of Brewery Rickoli's tasty brews in the future!

Love this place! Friendly locally owned and operated! All brew is gluten-free Great place! Dogs are allowed ... if your hungry though bring your food in or order delivery!

I was shocked. I came here with a friend who has celiacs. I was willing to suffer down a horrible gluten free beer for her because it's all she can have. First of all, it's a cute little place. Nice outdoor seating. Small, free popcorn and small snacks. The service was great. They were pretty busy and only had one bartender but they were great. I honestly couldn't taste the difference between this gluten removed beer and regular beer. It was delicious! I ordered the Hefeweizen. My friend sampled a few and liked them all. It was great for her to not only be able to drink beer again, but also have options! I'm hoping the concept catches on in other areas.

The beer here was delicious and affordable, and the service was absolutely top notch. With flights that range from $5-$7, the cost really can't be beat. The variety of beer was fabulous, they had everything from a Mango Session to a Vanilla Rye Porter to a triple IPA, and lots in between. If you are a beer aficionado - try this place! The biggest drawback here is the ambiance - if feels like a dive bar, but is one that brews and serves awesome beverages. I see ambiance as equally important to an experience as the food itself, so have rated this spot down a few stars for that reason alone.

Meh. Meh. Meh. While touring through Denver, this was on my boyfriend and I's must try list-as it is a brewery that caters to gluten intolerant folks. I wanted to like this place so badly... I haven't had a good beer in forever. But some things just can't be ignored. Things I enjoyed: -The food truck outside, the brussel sprouts and artichokes were great! -The bartender, he was very friendly, approachable and attentive to needing refills. He even had a good sense of humor when we ordered water calling it "coors light". Appreciate his knowledge of each beer and how to pronounce them properly (the names of the beers are strange). -They have Cards Against Humanity. Always a plus. -They have growlers (two sizes) for purchase. -Their selection of beer is pretty large and seems to rotate -I got the Quit Your Bitchin' and it was pretty good but I got two others that were extremely hoppy, not my cup of tea but I know that it just a preference thing since I love farm house style, whites and saisons. I will say that pretty much all the beers are either very hoppy or an IPA-so if you're not a fan of either of those, this place isn't for you. Things I found irritating: -the hours posted are wrong. So we ended up in a ghost town for two hours waiting for them to open. -the location is...unappealing. Looks like something out of 28 Weeks Later. -the environment inside is strange, most people there looked like they had a permanent seat at the bar and, like in Cheers, everybody knows your name-except us-which makes it awkward for out of towners. -people bring their kids here while they drink...they even have coloring books for children. Something I have literally never seen before at a bar because honestly-who on earth wants to go to a bar that has screaming kids there?? It would be one thing it this were a restaurant setting and they were getting dinner and drinks as a family outing, but this place literally only serves beer-so wtf? Anyways, if I were a Denver resident, I would probably not come back here. But it's nice to know that people are trying to make gluten free beers for the general public.

Over the long weekend, my buddy Colan and I stopped into Rickoli, his new favorite local brewery. Had I not been looking for it, I would've driven right past Rickoli's little store front, situated on Wadsworth and 44th. While the store front appears small, Rickoli is kind of like the Tardis: bigger on the inside than the outside. With plenty of tables and ample room at the long bar, you'll certianly be able to find a spot. Colan and I opted for the bar, since we were the first ones in on this particular day. The lady slinging brews was super friendly and patient as I perused the menu. I opted for 5 sampler flights from the standard menu. The big stand outs for me were the brown, the scotch ale, and the vanilla stout. The others were just so-so. While I enjoyed the beers here, nothing was so memorable that I'd make a specific trip out this way for. That being said, I would certainly poke my head back in here when I'm in the area to see how the beers are developing and what other creations Rickoli has come up with. This is a great little brewery on this side of town with friendly service and a warm atmosphere. Definitely check them out!

It is a brewery making delicious beer so you should come here. The beer is great. It is $4.50/pint (American: money and measure) So, why not 5 stars? 1. Lighting is fluorescent stark. Like a cheap restaurant in Mexico where electricity is expensive. 2. Beige walls. Beige ceiling. Beige floor. Beige tabletops. Flat reflecting noise surfaces. 3. No food. For me, no food means drink one beer and leave. 4. 100% hard surfaces. Noisy to "I have to leave". I really wanted to be drawn in to stay and buy [drink] more, but it was all too harsh. The payment system is cool. iPad with Square. They captured my email address so hopefully, I will see some decent marketing from them. My advice to the owners: Buy 5 of Jay Conrad Levinson's books [used] and do some guerilla marketing.

We ended up finding two seats adjacent to a larger group. Aside from a lack of seating, the other drawback is no TVs in the main room, so if you're wanting to watch anything (such as the NFL playoffs on this day) you're out of luck. On the bright side, they had a great beer selection...five different malts, so we started with a flight. In order of preference: * Maple bourbon pecan brown * Tmave pivo dark Czech lager * Up and about mocha stout * Black planet imperial porter * Rambler American amber One note, if what we got was actually the Rambler, it's the worst amber we've ever had. It tasted more like an IPA, which we both hate, than an Amber. Didn't care for this one at all. After finishing the flight, we each had a Czech lager followed by the pecan brown. The more of the lager I drank, the less I liked it. It was fine, but not sure I'd get it again. All in all, cool place with good beer. Especially on a nice day where you can sit outside.
