Lindsey is the reason I keep coming back. Do they have games? Yes. Skee-ball. Pinball! Do they allow dogs inside? Hell yes. Free popcorn? Check. Also the availability to bring in food. A nearby Taco spot? YES. Bike parking? Car parking? Yes and double yes. Nice outdoor space on those warm days? Yes and it's properly shaded too. Win win. Always a new beer on Fridays. Lifetime mug club membership for $75 bucks. Video game tournaments a la SNES and N64 happen too in addition to pinball tournaments. But it's a friendly place with good service and they remember you. New favorite brewery in Arvada! I've been meaning to come here but put it off because I wanted to make time to play all the arcade games - still haven't but will someday. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the 1 3/4 IPA which was so good. Lots of regulars that frequent Someplace Else. Tim is a fantastic bartender. He was the one that recommended the IPA. So during our visit, we were not anticipating there was an event going on here. Apprently this brewery hosts a few of these a year. This time it was a dog adoption event with a food place, and hound dogs ready for adoption, they even had puppies. Many even brought their own dogs, so pets were pretty much expected everywhere With all the chaos going on, the staff still managed to get around to us periodically, though you are expected to go to the bar to order, as most places do. They do, however, have room to escape in their pinball room, where it is strictly prohibited from children to play. Actually got us some peace in there from all the other riffraff going on. They have a small variety of drinks they make themselves, and even have hard ciders that are pretty solid. Definitely reccomend coming here at least once... I like the beer, I love the people, and I think the staff are fabulous. This is a brewery of which I am a mug club member. I like having my own mug, getting a little extra in every pour, and getting member rewards throughout the year. For those who have never been, this place is an eclectic mix of sci-fi kitsch, cold beer, unpretentious customers, chill dogs, with a fun collection of arcade games, pinball machines, and skee-ball in in the back. This is one of my favorite breweries in the Denver area! Their Raspberry Cream Ale is a flagship and definitely on my all-time favorites list. They have tons of activities and events going on regularly - comedy nights, open mics, Mario Kart tournaments, yoga, and my personal favorite which is Lindsay's monthly crafting event. The back patio space is awesome for events and hanging out in nicer weather. I've never personally played the arcade games but I know there's a wide variety that both adults and kids can enjoy (just note that kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and they may not be allowed for some evening events like comedy nights). They are also dog friendly which is always a plus. Lindsay and Kenna are always on point with fast service and a fun atmosphere. The mug club is also a great deal, only $60 (I think) for lifelong membership and you get your own personalized engraved mug! There's also a decent taco truck next door that does $1 taco Tuesdays. We found ourselves in the area with time to kill and remembered I had saved this place to check out. We enjoyed the Vanilla porter and a Hefeweizen on our visit. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and had the place mostly to ourselves. They have a large selection of board games and 2 skee-ball games. They also have a small room with about 12 pinball machines a couple arcade games. The beertender was knowledgeable and friendly. They will happily exchange your cash for quarters or they will add it to your tab. It was a fun afternoon for our family we played a couple board games and then enjoyed some skee-ball. The beers are generally okay, though the last couple times we've been there it wasn't as good as our first few visits. The darth saison wasn't what I was hoping for. Their IPA is pretty standard as is the padme pils. The reason for the 4 stars? Service, arcade, and crowd. It's a neighborhood brewery vibe, with friendly folks. Love this little neighborhood brewery. Trivia on Thursdays! It is NOT the dreaded Geeks Who Drink brand of trivia, frought with audio challenges. These guys build their own trivia questions which are timed and your answers are submitted via your mobile phone. The questions are clearly displayed on screens throughout the bar. This style took us a minute to get the hang of, but we would definitely come back to play, again. You can easily play with a group or solo. The Ginger Winter Warmer was delicious and the Stouts are solid. Much love was expressed for the One and Three Quarters (almost double) IPA as well. Seriously the best local and family owned brewery in Arvada! From the staff to the beers and the taco truck that parks over in the parking lot of the liquor store behind it, this place is great. The pinball selection is bar none the best in town, from timeless classics like Bad Cats to newer high end games they got a flavor for everyone. The beer is fantastic too with a "Friday release" each week for something new each time you go in. I have to downgrade my review, based only on the fact that they have decided to remove the on-tap kombucha as their NA option, and replace it with a tapped carbonated tea (made in-house). I'm not a fan of the tea, and I don't drink beer. I loved going here with my boyfriend and dog, as it's a great space and they have friendly staff, awesome artwork by a local artist, games, snacks, and other occasional events (ex: trivia). This brewery is one of two by my house that had kombucha on-tap, and we would come in often. Now the dude is on his own if he wants to go. Otherwise I'll be dragging him to the other one if he wants to drink a few beers, play games, socialize, etc. At the very least, I'd love if they could serve a canned kombucha, but that still won't bring me in as often. read more

Fun Little spot to hit. Blink and you will drive right by. Located in a business park with almost no signage, it feels awesome to have been here. The beers are all pretty good by my standards and the overall vibe was welcoming. The open garage style doors let the beautiful hot day reach us as the beers cooled us off. If you are a bigot, this is not the place for you. They are Trans friendly and our service both at the table and at the bar were above reproach. Really a nice surprise from start to finish. Found out about this place via Groupon; they had a deal for 2 ints and a 4-pack of beers to go. Not a bad deal at all, bought it, came on in with the girlfriend. First off, it is a LITTLE tricky to find the brewery: it is tucked away in a quiet area in a business park. Thankfully, they had signs to help find the way. Plenty of parking. They have a game room with vintage pinball and arcade games at the front, which was crammed with kids. The room then opened up into a sizeable and nice-looking taproom. TV on the wall, art for sale and cardboard cutouts of assorted sci-fi throughout as well. Fresh popcorn and peanuts are by the front entrance for snacking. Staff was great. Nice, polite, quick. They had to change a keg for a beer we wanted, and apologized for the wait, but seriously, they took 3 minutes to change a keg and get a beer poured from it? Damn good! The beer was pretty good: I liked the saison a lot, and their blonde was bananananana-y and refreshing. I thought it was a LITTLE too banana-y, but my girlfriend LOVED it, so if she's happy, I am happy. The IPA was just okay, but I am not a big IPA person anyway, so not a big deal whatsoever. In the end, really enjoyed ourselves and liked the beer, atmosphere, and staff. Will be back. read more
