Dog friendly! Fortunately, ABG not only welcomes dogs but the outside area is large enough that there is plenty of room for humans and pooches. Decent number of choices of beer and cocktails. Variety of food, mostly bar type food but our burgers and fries were good. It can definitely get busy so maybe try at off times.

This was where our friend wanted to go for their birthday. My first time here. Parking can be a challenge. They have a lot, but it fills quickly. We had to park a ways away and walk. Not a problem, but know before you go. This is a family and dog friendly space with a playground. It was a nice evening so the outdoor space was bustling. We headed inside. There are communal tables and we snagged a spot. They have a nice tap list. After chatting with the bartender, we found that the beers have quick turnover because they have so many folks coming through. If there is something on tap that you like, it may not be there long. I had a stout, I love my dark beers. My husband had an IPA and my son had a sour. The food and beverage, though ordered at separate areas, are on the same tab. They do an automatic 18%, so no need to close when you are done for the evening. I chose the Coloradan Brat. It was an elk jalapeño cheddar brat with pepper jack cheese, roasted poblanos, chipotle aioli. The bun wasn't overwhelming. I'm not a fan of all bun and less filling. It was just the right amount of bread to hold everything together. The flavor was tasty, I would get that again. My husband got the gyro which was chock full of shaved lamb, feta, French fries, lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki. Served on pita bread. He found it to be quite a messy thing. He needed utensils because there was so much tzatziki that it was draining back into the container. He said it tasted really good, but was hard to eat as a hand held. My son got the fish and chips basket. It consisted of beer battered cod, fresh cut fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce and a lemon wedge. He liked the fish, chips and tartar. He said the coleslaw was lacking flavor. Considering it was a small portion of his meal, he was overall happy with what he had. There was music playing. It was quite loud with an already loud ambient level. It made it difficult to carry on a conversation with my friend across from me without shouting at each other. It would be nice if it was more in the background. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. Overall a good experience.

I have been waiting for this to open for so long and was ecstatic to finally try it. What a fun add for the neighborhood! Of course a neighborhood next to a park full of young families would love this. The space is great. The fire pits, seating, lights, everything is great. I wish there was one more section covered for when it rains, but I haven't been unable to find covered seating yet so I guess it's not a real problem. The food options are honestly really nice for a beer place. Salads + fried foods is my favorite combo. Plus there are some vegetarian options. The beer list is always diverse and I was very excited about the pumpkin cider they have for fall. It was delicious. Everyone here is super kind, and they are very on top of wiping down tables, and even squeegee them when it rains. Love this place!

Great atmosphere. Bar on onside, food on the other, and plenty of communal tables inside and outside to chill. Tenders were crisp/perfect size and the curds were average. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot to hang out. Oh and dog friendly too.

Beer garden/Food Hall. I would say it's a combination of both. I would try to get here early because it does get crowded quickly on the weekend or happy hour. I just wanted to check it out, but we ended up staying for cocktails. The wife was hungry, so we tried the cheese curds, and the wife ordered the Burrata Salad. She said the salad was probably the best she's ever had. It was huge and made for several meals. Super high quality and awesomely fresh ingredients. The giant picnic table style seating really isn't my thing, but it works. This place is exactly what this part of Arvada needed. Come and enjoy. You will definitely love it.

This is a great place to gather for drinks or food and drinks. There's a great outdoor space with large picnic tables and bigger tables inside if you have a larger group. My only gripe is that the music is so loud it's hard to have a conversation without screaming. The food is good, as are the drinks and it's nice that your tab goes between the two places to order. It's reasonably priced and the frosé is delish! You bus your own table, there are no servers and the parking is limited.

Came here during opening week and it was PACKED! There was a separate line checking IDs then had to get into the bar line to order, but they did a good job staggering so that there were still open tables, etc. Staff was handing out freebie tasters in line while we waited and got to try their soft pretzels, frozen margaritas and beer selections - yum! The lineup of craft beer was pretty solid; there was beer from the CO heavy hitters - Weldwerks, Cerebral and Westbound & Down to name a few. I got the White Noise, a great peach sour from Cerebral. There was also a selection of cocktails and wines for non beer-drinkers. We sat inside but there was big number of outdoor seating available too (with umbrellas which is great, because it looked like it was going to rain but never did). We ended up getting dinner there too - I got a cheeseburger, husband got the cubano, and we split sweet potato fries. The food was honestly way better than I was expecting it to be. Good addition to the neighborhood - and, there's HH from 3-6PM Monday through Friday with a select few craft beers on discount. Only knock - I get it was opening week and super busy but man there were a bunch of kids running around, even through the garden area with flowers/between the fences. Don't think those flowers will make it long but that's more a reminder to parents to watch their kids at a brewery and respect everyone's space!

After so much anticipation- it's open! Went to the first evening it and did not disappoint. Didn't get a chance to order food because we brought our pup and she got a little overwhelmed / warm but we did get 2 drinks each and they were amazing (frozé is yummy / deadly, Hugo spritz is refreshing and the dude stuck with beers). Line was long but the staff was extremely apologetic and offered samples while waiting in line which was so thoughtful and well done: mango sorbet, marinara cheese curds, "beer shots" etc. Smart of them, we will order it all at some point I am sure. The layout is awesome - lots of tables, shade and misters outside. Dogs can only be outside but there's plenty of space. Tons of bike racks which is great because this is very much a local spot. They do have a decent sized parking lot but it will be interesting to see how that goes when the apartments are occupied. All in all a great stop and excited to have it here!

Fortunately, it is close to our home and the reviews looked great. When we arrived, we redirected from the main dining room to another space the restaurant owns 2 doors down. I wonder if we may have had a more attentive experience had we been in the original? The first disappointment was that our meal took 40 minutes to arrive from the time that we sat down. Our waiter consistently forgot that my husband had ordered a Diet Coke or to refill the drink when he had offered. The tables around us seemingly were served earlier, even though we all placed our orders around the same time. I ordered the Thai Pork Belly Benedict, which was absolutely delectable and definitely something write home about! And the country potatoes side was perfectly seasoned and crispy. I would absolutely go back for this, just maybe on a weekday brunch due to the wait. I thought it was extremely unique how the children's menu was plated in a muffin tin, with 6 different food choices for just $12. Great deal! My husband had a Belgian waffle topped with fruit, which was really unremarkable. Reminiscent of something that you might self-make at a hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, his waffle was cold, and he requested that they remake, which our server made sure was done in a timely manner. All in all, our meal was very reasonably priced at around $43. I just wish it hadn't been such a long wait, both to receive the initial order and for drink refills.

Shout out to the bartender, it was her first day back working at BDB at this location and a few staff did not show up to their shifts that evening. Checked in on us before our beers ran out and got our refills. I ordered the smash burger and my partner ordered the bistro burger. He loved the bistro burger because when I looked back at him, his burger was gone. Inhaled it. My smash burger was good, but it was way over seasoned. The patty is thinner so I wonder if they took the same approach as seasoning the regular burgers... Took off a star for that.. and the soft fries... but the tater tots, the deviled eggs, the beers, the service were all top notch. Definitely will be back for their happy hour weekdays, seems to be a great deal. Their own Bad Daddy Amber is always a great deal too. Thanks for the good times!

As Lucy's is known for their stuffed burgers, I went with The Juicy Lucy and a half order of fries. The burgers are made with a 76/24 blend and stuffed with cheese, onions, and pickles. There are plenty of add-ons (tomato, lettuce, pepperoncini, bacon, even an egg), but go easy as these burgers are seriously indulgent and filling. The skinny fries were fabulous (you can't have just one). My order arrived quick AND hot. The burger was good and as promised, juicy. Definitely recommend indulging in a cocktail too. My wife and I popped in to try it out and got the classic stuffed burgers. The burgers were almost 20 bucks each with no sides, which would be fine if they were exceptionally tasty or high-quality, but they tasted as if they came from the frozen section at Walmart. The stuffed cheese was barely existent, and I was charged for adding lettuce and tomatoes. Wtf? The fries were good, but they were clearly from a giant frozen bag, so charging extra for them seems crazy considering the burgers were almost 20 bucks. When it was all said and done, we paid over 80 dollars for two mediocre (borderline bad) burgers, one side of fries to share, a Bloody Mary, and a cheap canned beer. We left with with a very bad taste in our mouth both literally and figuratively. The only saving grace was that the server was very friendly and nice. That's the second star. Also, we chose this place because we had some cash on the in-kind app, but when we went to pay, they said they had changed POS systems, so they were essentially engaging in false advertising. They did give us a drink coupon, but we won't be back ever.

When we walked in, there was a table near the door with order sleeves and paper forms where you build your burger by choosing the meat, bun, cheese, free toppings, and extra toppings. They have a really good selection. I went with a single beef patty on a white bun with American cheese, pickles, raw jalapeños, tomatoes, green chiles, banana peppers, and a large fry. We turned in our order sleeves at the counter and ordered fountain drinks. When we mentioned it was our first visit, the staff gave us a very warm welcome. The young lady behind the counter explained a little about the place and how the ordering process worked, which was much appreciated. The burgers are made to order, so we waited about 10-15 minutes. Honestly, that worked out perfectly because indoor seating is limited, and during the wait we were able to grab a table. They also have outdoor seating, though it was raining when we visited. When the burgers came out, they looked amazing. I'd describe them as a cross between a smash burger and a traditional patty, and I really liked that. My burger was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and messy in the best possible way. The large fries came in the usual paper sleeve, but it was absolutely overflowing, and the fries were hot, fresh, cooked to order, and excellent. This was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Great food, friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and a local feel that big chains just can't touch.
