Stopped in to have a beer with a friend. It was quite packed, but everybody was very chill. People said hello to you, even though they didn't know you which is very cool we were greeted by the bartender immediately asked what we would like we ordered a couple of beers. The inside is decorated with surfboards or boogie boards, which I thought was very cool because one of the boards hanging from the wall. There's a menu on there for shots, which is very very cool. Although I did not look at the menu all the food that came out looked amazing and smelled very good. We got the fried mac & cheese bites, as well as tater tots. Both were fantastic, which duh is great for a local bar. The drinks were strong. The staff was excellent, attentive and fucking funny. We were also there on a trivia night, and got to see the whole place vibing with the local community. This is a great local bar. If you're there for sports, though... My fiancé absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere of the place. Very chill and happy vibes all around. Pretty tasty food for a pretty good price! The Mac and cheese was like eating a fancier pasta dish. I was surprised! My burger looked like those ultra cheesy gooey burgers you'd see in ASMR videos that makes you want to drop everything to grab one. I'd have to say it was a bit more dry than I would have liked tho. Listen. I can't say enough kind words about this place. We love every time we go there. If you are blessed with Will or Ben being your bartender, then kiss the sky and go buy a lottery ticket after your drinks. The breakfast burrito is amazing (get it smothered), whatever Ben does to the Bloody Mary mix is illegal and awesome, and then go play pool afterwards. Combo of a dive bar, but good food, regulars, and a college bar. And games. The Lone Wolf IPA is off the hook. Big fan. Owners were rude, drunk and belligerent. Tried to kick me out after my friend didn't know a rule. Then his wife tried to wait our table instead (which violates FLSA regulations, and mind you she was still drunk) and then had the audacity to criticized the tip I had left! First, I typically leave it on the table, and second I didn't know I had to give it to the owners! Two pool tables, multiple TVs. Looks like they have nightly drink specials. The menu has more to offer than similar bars. Super weird occurrence. Came in with a group of 10 on their all you can eat wing night. Understandable it would be busy and a bit hectic. We were standing along a railing and just making the most of our space. 8 out of ten of us were served by a server. Two of us were singled out and server wouldn't make eye contact with us or take our order. Server ended up coming over to our group and getting in one girls face and telling her we shouldn't have ordered if we were planning on moving. Came here after class with my BF. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, decorations and set up. We took a seat in the second room with the pool tables. Within a few minutes anwaitress was at our table and we ordered drinks. The drinks came out fast, my Bf has a beer and I had a lime cocktail. While we waited for the food we payed a game of pool. * Read the signs by the pool table quarters area, you can get a discount on two games, which we missed. The food came out pretty fast. The tots were perfect; hot,crispy and lightly seasoned. My black bean burger was good, typical BBB with the regular accompaniments. The Philly burger was tasty as well. A bit over priced for the establishment but nothing outrageous. The service was great, the waitress came over multiple times to refill water and take more drink orders. She was kind and efficient.
